Amazing hot chocolate, cakes were great as well. Will definitely visit again every time I go to einsiedeln from now on.

The Ciocolatino Brauer is a pearl in Einsiedeln. What Thomas Brauer conjures up from his small but fine show kitchen in terms of confectionery and patisserie is the finest. From his home-made chocolate to his cakes and his pralines, the finest craftsmanship. The ham peaks wrapped in its extremely delicate sheets of dough have addictive potential. Some will love it, others will avoid it forever 👎 The answer from the owner that the 2G rule has been in effect in Switzerland for 2 days is unfortunately not correct. The owner introduced this voluntarily. Maybe it will come - but here people are already discriminating against it.

Einsiedeln meets a piece of Italy. Il Cioccolatino Brauer is already inviting you in from outside. As you walk in you are warmly greeted and welcomed by your hosts. You can also hear the Italian radio station like in Italy. But not only, also the taste of the homemade chocolate. The patisserie and all other homemade specialties are always prepared à la minute. The quality is great. The coffee is sensational. The entire ambience and furnishings look simply wonderful and warm. The entire atmosphere carries the concept of Italianità. Last but not least, a big compliment to the hosts, the Brauer family. You always work with concentration, motivation, pay attention to every detail and are very attentive. If you love coffee, you've come to the right place! Coffee like in Italy. The restaurant is inviting and comfortably furnished. Patisserie and chocolate are top! My tip, pralines marc de champagne! The hosts are accommodating and very attentive.
