A failure from start to finish. -We enter the restaurant for a 5 minute wait to get seated. - 20 minutes to serve us drinks and give cards - 25 minutes later so 45 minutes later we were finally able to order -1:15 after our arrival my partner finally receives his salad accompanied by old bread because it was so hard. - 40 minutes later we finally receive the dish and how can I tell you that after almost 2:00 of waiting we hope it will be good! Missed big flop! Meat not cooked, side dishes not respected, sauce??? We're still looking for it! In short, we left more than half of our plates because it was so laborious! Again nice we say we have dessert and there an inedible crème brûlée had turned out. Result: the steaks were inedible! They were hard, full of nerves! The morel sauce was tasteless and you had to manage to find them on the plate! We left half of our meat in our dish. For my part, I chose to use pasta as a garnish. I received penne in butter soup! I ate 3! The horse steak arrived raw and without Café de Paris! My partner left 3/4 on the plate! For dessert, I had a tiramisu with a promise of coffee flavoring. Result: I ended up with whipped cream mixed with water!!!! This evening is a disaster! I have underlined the essentials yet I refrain from mentioning the fundamental errors of room service but I think I have said enough! We have expressed our disappointment to your staff. As compensation, my partner received a coffee because he had not had dessert. The gesture is weak! I have never expressed my dissatisfaction in a restaurant because I respect the profession and I know the sacrifices it represents! However, tonight I can't help it because it's a shame! I will not recommend this establishment to those around me and I will never set foot there again! They ruined my sister's 30th birthday, we lost 375 CHF! Understand that my anger is immense!
