I was there on Sunday morning. The employee was very nice and served me courteously. The coffee was excellent and I had the tomato mozzarella sandwich, which was fresh and tasted delicious. Feel free to try out more things on your next visit

My cold brew vanilla LATTE is made without milk. In the order I specifically said that I would like oat milk. The name ....LATTE already says that it is a coffee with milk. The barista doesn't understand this and thinks cold brew usually doesn't contain milk. Then what does the milk do in the name? The cheesecake also tastes bland. Employees understand German very poorly and are unmotivated and not exactly friendly and accommodating, rather know-it-alls. The coffee didn't taste good either.

The barista was very friendly. Your straws, on the other hand, are complete nonsense. These dissolve in the drink, become/are brittle and make the drink bitter and undrinkable. Very unfortunate..

I had an iced cappuccino with a piece of chocolate cake. The cake was ok. But the iced cappuccino was extremely watery and tasted like burnt coffee beans. Definitely NOT recommended!

Music in cafe could be better...just for atmosphere need another music😕🙏

Overall a decent coffee shop nothing special, a bit understaffed and there are no tissues other than the single one offered which can be a bit annoying but overall it’s a good restaurant with good food. They also have vegan options (chicken that’s not really chicken).

Very friendly service and enjoyable coffee for a coffee chain. Everything can be ordered in two to three sizes and is freshly prepared. The cold brew coffee is highly recommended. Is refined with a pinch of vanilla. Very fine.

The service was excellent and also very quick. The quality of the cafe and the food was very good. These are reasons for me to remain loyal to Coffee Fellows and always get my coffee side dishes there. The new management is fantastic. No. Comparison to predecessor. You should really try it and give the new management a chance. It's really like night and day compared to its predecessor.

We ordered different drinks, a coffee, a latte machiato and a chocolate. The frozen pastries didn't look particularly tasty. The coffee was a watery broth, the latte machiato was very bitter and the chocolate was a glass of milk with a colored chocolate rim. When we complained, nobody could/wouldn't give us any information because unfortunately none of the employees spoke or understood German. Conclusion: if it comes with a high price and self service, then the quality should be right.

Very bad quality. Freshly squeezed orange juice was simply not drinkable and had to be thrown away because it contained an extremely chemical taste! The excessively yellow color of the orange juice also suggests that food coloring was added - something like that is not normal and I have never seen it so fluorescent yellow. The barista who prepared the coffee on January 8th is very unfriendly and simply disappeared into the next room and I as a customer had to close the coffee cups myself etc. said this (almost no customers there in the coffee - they certainly had no stress at all) ! That's not possible and it's certainly not the customer's work and I don't know what size of the cup lid either (promptly caught wrong). Beagles sandwiches don't taste fresh either and the selection is very limited, for example there is no ham or tuna. The employees speak German very poorly and ordering becomes a linguistic challenge! All in all just bad and not recommended. One can only hope that there will soon be a fine bakery with coffee there!!

There are lots of comfortable seats and we even get served. The staff is multilingual and very attentive. The bagles and sandwiches are a little more expensive, but the price is well worth it. Coffee is one of the best anyway!

Coffee is absolutely DELICIOUS, I had to go back the next day for more! The baristas were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to fulfill my craving!! 10/10 recommend!

There is a good atmosphere in any case for a Saturday afternoon.

Ordered espresso doppio and got a kind of watery broth the length of a lungo (and in the lungo cup). No crema. Feedback from the "barista" on my comment that the espresso is WAY too long: the machine is set that way. If I'm paying barista prices, I don't want broth from an unqualified employee. Every Coffee Fellow store at the crappiest truck stop makes better espresso. Absurdly poorly adjusted (in itself great) machine and incredibly poorly trained employees (the gentleman probably bought the barista apron as a carnival costume). It should also be mentioned that the gentleman hardly speaks German and comes across as extremely unfriendly. Please remove the "Coffee" from the name of this branch, as the core competency of every barista should be espresso.

On the first visit the staff was a bit unmotivated but that didn't necessarily bother me, but on the second visit we had to witness how a young employee was treated very badly and in a derogatory manner by her work colleague! She was obviously new there and didn't know the drinks menu by heart (understandably) and had to run after her work colleague several times just to ask a question, who simply ran away several times. She was ignored and treated very disrespectfully, all in front of other customers. Very unpleasant to look at and very unprofessional. I really felt sorry for the employee! When I asked him about it, he just said that although she was new, it wasn't her first day at work. Still and understandable how she was treated. Not OK!

Very appealing pastries and a wide selection of drinks. We had the Cookie Frappiato and the Tiramisu Frappiato. Both very great drinks. Cold flavor bombs made from chocolate and cookies. And not even that brutally sweet.

It’s great to grab a nice coffee while doing some shopping here. I do wish they had ice coffee year round here, but even so they do have some tasty, satisfying coffee’s. It’s always clean and staff are friendly and the seating is cozy.

The staff was unmotivated and already at 2 p.m. When I placed my order, the waitress wasn't very motivated and only paid me half attention. In addition, the coffee was left on a tray at the checkout, which wouldn't have been a problem, except that I wasn't even asked if I wanted cream, sugar or a spoon. Small chill place to drink a coffee. The cappuccino is good and so is the blueberry muffin. Perfect for a quick break during your hectic shopping days.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it! I bought a “fresh” bagel there, but it had probably been there for a few days. Staff really unfriendly - cell phone is more interesting than the customers :) Puff behind the counter and on the tables isn't exactly aesthetic either. Sheep, coffee was pretty good otherwise.

Terrible service, there is no sign you need to register before ordering so everyone queues up for nothing. Then you order something on their menu and not available. The person at the counter was very rude. The beverages are barely ok. Worst coffee shop EVER.

First of all, super unfriendly The drink looked like diarrhea that had been carelessly slapped down for almost 8 chf of impudence That was the first and last time Fellows faith goes to Starbucks there it costs a lot but you get top friendly service and good Frappocinos that you can make yourself. The staff is absolutely bad. Very slow, unmotivated and overwhelmed with simple questions about the offer. Chiabatta was on the menu but couldn't be done. I then chose a bagel with tomato mozzarella. Bad when the customer sees that Budget Mozzarella is used. No mise en place and a huge puff behind the counter. A pity. Would be a good place to make a lot of money but not like this.
