Coffee to the Three Hearts in Einsiedeln

The lady behind the counter with glasses was quite rude. When we sat down and I politely said we had already ordered online, she said - Hello first. But in an unacceptable tone. I wanted to have a coffee, I already have a mother. I prefer friendly and reserved service. The coffee was OK.

Unfortunately, you are not taken seriously in this café. Waited at the checkout for a good 5 minutes where I was ignored several times by the staff (no eye contact). Other guests who were already sitting inside were given priority and served at the counter?! You don't really know where to wait and you don't feel welcome. So we left again. I won't leave any cents behind.

Nice place but disappointed by the cappuccino

Not many café have the Rio Chai Latte. Love it. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I only miss more vegan options when it comes to food. Added: The café is in the center of Einsiedeln and only a minute away from the famous monastery. The service is friendly, the ambiente relaxed and the coffee very good. The café offers also vegan options. It is a great place to start your hiking or biking trip i. e. around the Sihlsee up to the Etzel and down towards lake Zurich. I have been a regular customer for years and always enjoy to go there. And don't forget to buy a bag of coffee to take with you. The coffee is simply tasteful.

Ambiance is very cozy and invites you to feel good. The armchairs are very comfortable and the stools should be replaced or replaced with armchairs. Food was good and tasty and the coffee was also good. I thought the digital ordering process and payment with Twint was great.

Very nice Cafe' in town. I ordered a mocha, which was really tasty. They offer an online order service, with which you can order and pay your drinks with your phone (using Twint) by scanning a QR code that's available on the table. They will then bring the order to you shortly after. Moreover, the local is very nicely decorated. There's also a range of coffee machines available for purchase.

Very good coffee, good place to study if you have headphones, vegan options too. The only negative thing is the opening hours, which could be extended during the week.

For the attention of owners: I have been visiting this place for many years but today November 23rd around 3pm there was a very rude waitress on duty. I assume she was stressed, but hey, no one has to do a job she doesn't like.

Hardly any tourists - just locals. I thought it was great! Great cappuccino, beautiful ambience!

... a great café with its own roastery. Small but nice. A great ambience, with an unusual and extensive café offering. Some crazy and innovative creations. The employees are polite and courteous. If they would have been more attentive to the guests and not busy themselves from time to time, then I would have given 5 stars.

It's not just the coffee that's great (many single origins and specialty coffees to taste). We were at Drei Herzen at the weekend for a private party with forty people. The friendly and warm service, the aperitifs and the drinks left nothing to be desired.

We were there for the first time yesterday, Saturday morning. Nice atmosphere and large selection. Yesterday's waitress had such a great and friendly aura that I wanted to take her with me and marry her.

We were turned away twice when I tried to order a decaf coffee. They said they didn't have time to prepare it. I wonder why a coffee house is not capable of this…. It's not a pizzeria or anything, but a coffee house specifically designed for that purpose. It's a shame it happened twice in a row. We usually go by once a week and get a to-go coffee (certificate required) and then that was it. Disappointing! We gave the store a third chance. We were again treated very unfriendly by the waitress, you had the feeling of being unwanted and the atmosphere was very stressful. You hardly have time to think about what to order. In addition, you now have to really stupidly scan the drinks menu with your cell phone before you can choose what you want to drink. It's a shame that everything in such a small coffee shop is digitalized. The coffee is great, that's why we like being there, the atmosphere would also be very cozy. Unfortunately, all of this loses its value if the staff is not friendly. The bad thing is, it's always the same person and I wonder how much longer people will watch. This person is destroying the whole place. It's a shame, I can't take the owner seriously anymore.

Coffee is roasted there in-house and the advice on coffee is simply great and recommended. The coffee taste is great. The price of coffee to buy is cheap because there is no coffee tax in Switzerland. Therefore, top coffee at German supermarket prices.

We bought coffee beans and asked the girl to grind them for espresso. It seems the grind was too fine and it ruined our espresso machine. Worst and most expensive coffee experience ever Your tip is useless since your mistake broke my machine and costs me at least 200 chf

The service was terrible. The girls had no structure. We had to wait a very long time to be served. The focaccia was still hard and frozen. The espresso was cold and tasteless. 👎

I come here 2-3 times a month, it's not exactly around the corner :-) But the coffee is fabulous, perfect cappuccino! And the goodies too, hmm, yammi! :-) Friendly people work here! The atmosphere is inviting and cozy.

We visited this cafe during a weekend out of Zurich. The service is very friendly and efficient. Coffee was well prepared and the roast their own coffee which I always appreciate. I really like the design of the place. A few improvements would make it even better like filter coffee options. But in general I recommend it as it a nice place to spend a couple of hours.

Excelent stop while exploring, especially during Xmas market, not far from the Cathedral/Monastery. Good cakes and soups and a decent selection of teas including the Glücksbringer (Good Luck Charm). The pastry in the picture is a Zimtschnecke made with Cinnamon. You can also pick up coffee accessories like Bialetti filters, reusable coffee beakers and Chai ;) Very friendly and prompt service!

Every year we visit the Christmas market in Einsiedeln and the coffee afterwards is a MUST here in the coffee house. Personally, I come here specifically to enjoy your delicious coffee. The interior is also cozy and makes you want to linger, especially the great seating areas with sofas. Despite the small steps, it's easy to get in with the stroller and there's room for it. You are also equipped for diaper changing. So support the small restaurants and be sure to visit the Dreiherzen coffee house and enjoy the delicious coffee variations!

Unfortunately, I "discovered" this lovely/stylishly furnished coffee house very late, probably because I'm not a coffee drinker ;-) But the menu offers you so much more - and our daughter loves the children's cappuccino that is sometimes offered ;-)

Beautiful, small and very friendly coffee in the middle of the old town of Einsiedeln or not far from the Einsiedeln monastery. Lovingly prepared coffee creations are served with all sorts of delicacies and each of them is worth a sin 😊 But the most beautiful thing is this pretty coffee at Christmas time. It resembles a fairytale structure. Absolutely recommended!

A nice restaurant in the heart of Einsiedeln. Great hosts, amazing coffee specialties (be sure to try White and Dark Mocha). If you're lucky, coffee is being roasted. If you ask, the whole thing will even be explained to you. People just go and test it

For those who are addicted to coffee like me....this is the place in Einsiedeln, on the main street that goes down in front of the big square in front of the monastery. A small cafe that you can almost miss, which prevents it from being crowded and annoying when you want to drink a cup of coffee in silence. Worth it before or after visiting the monastery...or both!
