We followed the advice of friends, and we did well. We simply ate the best fondue of our lives. Magical, incredible. We came from Lyon and the staff was kind enough to serve us quickly, before the "normal" opening of the kitchen. The setting is very pretty, the staff friendly. Anyway, go for it. You will not regret it!!!!!!!!

We ate "hunting", local elk. Four pieces of meat full of nerves, so much so that I couldn't cut it. I had to ask for another knife. My friends and I had to spit out pieces because they were so hard. The sauce was good though. However, with the meat, only 4 small carrots were served, and a portion of spatzli. Lean, for a game plate at 55 chf. I complained, the waiter replied that it was the elk's own. He didn't make a move, didn't offer to add a softer piece, didn't offer a dessert or herbal tea, as sometimes happens when the customer is dissatisfied. I'm sure I won't set foot there again.

This dish is a fantasy in itself, a long story... the fish, firm, exceptionally fresh, topped with a crunchy batter, no oil that bleeds, nothing on the fingers, the crispy fries, the tartar sauce, the small salad with ideal seasoning, in short, a treat and I didn't think I'd finish because it was well served! En tout cas fondue au top, la meilleure depuis longtemps et ont même réussi à détrôner notre bistrot préférer.
