Super cozy restaurant, with very friendly service... I've been coming here for years and they always surprise me with many specialties that you can't find anywhere else in Zurich. If you like authentic, fine Italian cuisine, it's really worth a visit.

One of the best pizzas I have eaten here in Switzerland, not comparable to other pizzarias! You can taste the fresh ingredients and how much love it is prepared with. Worth every cent, would love to come back! :) Lots of tasty options for me as a vegan too!

Small and warm Italian pizzeria with real Neapolitan pizza. The pizza is really excellent as are the starters (especially the parmigiana). We recommend the "con gusto" and "maneskin" pizza, the delicious Giulia craft beer and the "lemon delight" dessert. Very kind and welcoming service and staff, they also offered us a delicious dessert, the fried Nutella balls. Highly recommended

The food and drinks are very good! But the music is always way too loud!

Con Gusto has the best pizzas in the city of Zurich. Awesome pizzas that you can get here. The best pizza dough and the best topping ingredients. We are regulars and come here regularly. At Con Gusto you have to eat pizza and not anything else even though they offer it too. And I would recommend the local and not the delivery. I recommend that all negative reviewers satisfy their stunted palate and frugal wallet at Domino's.

Definitely avoid, unfriendly service, takes people for fools. Ordered via Uber but didn't provide promo code to get 1 for 2 pizza. I called him straight after ordering and he just said I'd order and I'd eat, which wasn't true. Stinginess is never a good thing, so con gusta will be avoided in the future and I will recommend that to my people.

Very authentic looking place, like in Italy. The pizzas are the finest. The service was very friendly and helpful. Only the clothes smell like a bakery after the visit. However, we were happy to accept that.

Devilish buffalo, absolute fave

Unfortunately, the pizza that was delivered was undercooked and limp. But it was very generously occupied. I can't judge the ambience.

Apparently there are people who like soft, lukewarm pizzas and that's what you get here. We prefer them crispy and warm and are disappointed. The conditions would be good, the freshness and taste are right, but there is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to baking. It's possible that it was due to the large crowds, but given the high prices, the quality should always be top.

I love this place, it si really on par with a good neapolitan restaurant. That's why it saddens me that would remove the campagnola from the menu, especially considering how well it sold.

Salad was boring a mixed salad should contain more than just a tomato and gree leaves. Pizza base was raw, tasteless and the salimi was gone! Italian coffee was great!

Edit 17. 8. 2023: From 5* to 2* - looks like something has changed. I hope the restaurant has not changed ownership but the staff was new (we were always served by the amazing hospitable ladies, now two men who were definitely not up to the task), the food is more expensive, portions smaller and the quality took a deep dive. New menu. Pizza is soggy and definitely smaller than before, tiramisu was accidentally semifreddo (frozen bottom) and frankly tasted like something out of coop. House wine flat without any taste, this was also much better before. It's actually super disappointing as we invited our friends to show them our favorite trusted pizza place and the result was so below average. And the service ASKED for tip? Shocking. Just compare the pizza size in photos... You'll understand the difference. Original review: Best pizza we had in CH so far. Very soft crust with a nice chew to it. Deserts were also good but pizza was the highlight. Nice and attentive service. The place is smallish inside but didn't feel crowded even through a busy evening. We will definitely put this place on our regular go to list.

Very long waiting times, eat well

We ordered a pizza. Scheduled arrival time was 6:45 p.m. At 7 p.m. I went down to the door to meet the delivery person because we were hungry. That's when I found the cold pizzas lying on our mailbox. We then called Con Gusto. They have denied any responsibility and placed it on the supplier. We're supposed to speak to Uber eats even though we ordered directly from the Con Gusto website. Afterwards the gentleman on the phone said that the hall was full and hung up. We understand if errors occur during delivery but expect that responsibility will be taken and the appropriate measures will be taken.

Real artisanal Neapolitan pizzas!

It looks unspectacular from the outside and inside but it was worth it! The menu offers a little bit of everything. Pizza (5 formaggi) freshly made, very good. The salad and pasta carbonara were also tasty. Price/performance ratio absolutely ok. Service top!

Pure disaster. Employees did not want to accept € notes because they were allegedly counterfeit, with direct emphasis on the fact that there was nothing “personal”. Pizza chefs became bank tellers. 💪🏻

I didn't see this coming, a proper neapolitan pizza in Zurich! I only had mediocre or plain bad pizza in Switzerland but this place is an ossis in the desert and I will certainly going back.

You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. They are always ready to give recommendations and respond to individual requests. The service is quick and efficient without neglecting friendliness. The location may be small, but it has a charming character. The decor is simple but cozy and there is a pleasant atmosphere. Although it can get a bit crowded at times, it is still a fun place to spend time. All in all, I can only warmly recommend the pizzeria “Con Gusto”. The quality of the pizza, the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere make this place a must for all pizza lovers. Here you really get the best that Italian cuisine has to offer.

A very nice pizza for zürich standards! Not really italian level pizza but close. Don’t order other things from the menu though, you have a better luck with the pizzas.

There is a bit of a wait time, usually the place is packed during lunchtime. But it is well worth it. The pizzas are great, but I would focus on the other offerings. Really tasty antipasto, pasta, gnocchi... And of course don't forget the coffee at the end :) Highly recommended!

Very tasty pizza, but unfortunately too expensive. We each ordered a pizza and a coke and paid 70 CHF, which I think is a bit overpriced. Unfortunately I'm deducting two stars because of the price.

Pizza arrived via delivery service completely soggy. Had to throw half away. It's a shame and therefore unfortunately not recommended.

The menu isn't exactly extensive, but it doesn't need to be: for me there's always only one choice - the Margherita pizza, with a glass of red wine (even though in Italy it's more traditional to drink a beer with pizza...). That's enough, because the Pizza Napoletana is incredibly good. Cozy inside and always full, recommended outside when the weather is nice on the wide sidewalk on busy Schaffhauserplatz, pleasant and urban. It's better to reserve!

The Parmigiana and Pizza Nutella were really tasty! The prices were reasonable for the quality you get! Recommended!

Catastrophe!!! You forgot our order. When we brought this to their attention, we didn't get an apology but an arrogant excuse that it wasn't their fault because the restaurant was full. In the end we wanted to complain to the manager. He wasn't there and there wasn't a substitute either. The reason for the poor service was that they knew we wouldn't tip because we were upset. Shocking experience!

Because of the good reviews and the article at Gault Millaut, I ordered 3 pizzas here via Uber Eats. In our opinion, the price/performance ratio is not right. In terms of taste, the pizzas are OK, but not particularly well topped (few anchovies at Siciliana and hardly any vegetables at Vegetariana). The pizzas all arrived cold. In addition, 82.90 CHF for 1x Vegetariana, 1x, Capricciosa and 1x, Siciliana including service and delivery is a lot. There are cheaper or better pizzas for the same price in Zurich. I wouldn't order there again (but at least try it on site when the pizza comes straight and fresh out of the oven).

Ordered through Uber eats. barely any toppings, burnt at the bottom and on the crust leaving an awful aftertaste but somehow raw dough in the middle, the oil was dripping off the pizza felt like there was 6 litres of oil on the pizza… was honestly disgusting and could barely stomach a bite. Ended up going to get a frozen pizza instead… Nutella pizza and cannolo was delicious though, just a shame the pizzas were inedible

Went there for a cup of coffee before going to work. I ordered cappuccino. It tastes and smells really good. The best cappuccino! For dinner I ordered Sapori a Crudo and Risotto Carbonara, yummy! Waitresses are very helpful. The restaurant is quite full, would recommend to make reservation.

We live nearby and pick up pizza every now and then. Nice airy dough (I like it much better than thin & crispy), not too much and not too little topping, beautifully baked... we always like it. Small detail that I really appreciate: When I pick it up, the pizza is placed in the box with separating paper so that the pizza and the box don't "combine". The prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but I think the quality is absolutely right.

Great pizza. Neapolitan, so for those who expect crispy, you should expect something fluffy and softer (often it is confused with the fact that it is not done because it is not crispy). The only drawback: the expected delivery time, which wasn't quite right and was slightly above the expected value and was constantly correcting itself. (Ubereats).

Very disappointed experience! We have ordered 2 pizzas (50 chf) and a tiramisu (9 chf) over UberEats. The quality of the ingredients that have been put in the pizzas is poor. I don’t want even to talk about a black crust at the bottom…. The tiramisu was definitely made of wiped creme, and not mascarpone, which is for that price we would expect something better. I personally don’t recommend this place!

Completely astounded by the reviews I have read here which leads me to believe they must just had a horrible night. Admittedly, we ordered over Uber eats, and as such, we have no experience dining in at this popular restaurant. Our first disappointment was in the quantity of the toppings, which were concentrated in the center of the pizza, with the vast majority of your pizza being crust. Literally no more than 25% of the pizza is covered with any topping. On the topic of crust, both of our pizzas were burned on the bottom, leaving a very unpleasant aftertaste. For dessert, we decided to split the CHF 9 tiramisu! which we mistakenly expected to be large enough for the both of us at that price. Not only did the portion weigh less than 100 g, but the quality left far to be desired. If there was any mascarpone in there, I would’ve been shocked. Espresso? Perhaps someone drank one while making it. Nothing about this 70+ CHF delivery has encouraged us to try the restaurant in person.

What is there to say, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I really enjoyed the visit here. The atmosphere was really nice, you could have a chat and enjoy some brilliant food. Will definitely visit here again!
