Went to the place on 24 march for breakfast with my family. Delicious croissant and excellent coffee. The owner/staff were also very friendly

Very friendly and flexible service and very good pizza.

We have been ordering there for some time and were initially impressed. The dough was great and the topping was made with high quality ingredients. Now it has nothing to do with Neo-Apolitan pizza; Standard dough, cheap cheese and zero taste. Really disappointing :(

We ordered 2 pizzas through uber eats with the "buy 1 get 1 for free" promotion. I believe that because of this promotion they were trying to save something by obviously dividing the dough in half for a pizza. We've never had a pizza with such a thin crust. It's a shame, the pizza itself would have tasted good, but by saving on the ingredients they unfortunately lost two potential new customers. Next time we will order somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant last friday, it was recomended by locals. The place is the cutest and pizza was to die for! It was like we actualy were in Italy! The stuff is so kind and pleasant, our waitress was Maya and she gave us perfect recommendation for our meal and best food experience in the city! You have to come and see yourself 😊 I would give 10 stars for service and food if I could 👍🏼

I order two pizzas on ubereats. Very small pizza for the price. Very acidic or low quality tomato sauce. Buffalo mozzarella which is not buffalo, you can tell by the taste. Ultimately, poor ingredients, but maybe I'm used to Italian pizzas.

Friendly establishment, well located in the center of Oerlikon. The premises are clean, rather well appointed and the service is courteous although very slow, although the restaurant was not very busy. The waitress, however, apologized. Even though the choice of pizzas was a little limited for my taste, they were really excellent! As for the starters, they were good but lacked finesse in their execution. Negative point on access to the toilets which requires leaving the restaurant and going to the floor above, through the hall of the building.

The restaurant itself is very cozy and the food is really good, but the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired and the last two times we were there the same lady served us and allowed herself to round up the bill both times without saying anything, which is an absolute impudence. That's why we probably won't come here again in the future.

They recommended this restaurant to me and we had dinner with friends, the first courses and pizzas made me go back to Italy.... we will definitely be back ❤️

Ordered a normal and a gluten free pizza from the place. The normal pizza was fine (Napoletana style) but the gluten free pizza was a frozen spongy dough topped with tomato. For some reason the delivery guy brought us 3 GF pizzas not one. Unfortunately we had to throw out all because they were inedible.

Service rude, table sticky, she rounded up the amount of coffee herself in the hope of being able to keep the rest. I wanted to eat something after coffee, but that wasn't possible because I wasn't sitting at a dining table. I find it strange that so many guests still come!

L'artista offers a somewhat different menu than your everyday Italian corner restaurant which I appreciated very much. The vegetarian options are limited but changing toppings on a pizza is not a problem at all (as you can imagine) so you'll find something for sure. Generally the food is very tasty, although a bit on the salty side if you ask me. The staff is friendly, not too proactive. Pricing-wise they are average at Zurich-level - rather high for pizza though. L'artista is a great place to catch up with friends. Wasn't too busy on a Tuesday but I imagine it to be on weekends. Will probably visit again.

The overall experience was really bad. I physically went in restaurant to check their menu and made a reservation. On the day of reservation , we were informed that they are not doing that menu today that means no dessert in menu and no pizza for us. After that, my friend got a hair in her salad that made us feel really about food we are gonna eat their. After having the food , i got food poisoning. Please buy a sandwich from the street but don’t go in this restaurant.

I ordered through Uber Eats. purely catastrophic. They delivered wrong dishes and other products not at all. Ordered a fitness plate (waited 45 minutes, my colleagues were finished with their pizzas...) never experienced that salad takes longer than pizza or pasta. The salad was so carelessly prepared and then with these ready-made sauces on top (I wasn't even asked if I wanted that). The owner or the boss there (very arrogant) insulted an older employee. Don't do that in front of your guests! Very uncomfortable. Ah yes and don't make chicken if you can't because I had intestinal problems for 3 days! Coffee was OK. Tiramisù came in an espresso cup... Please prepare it more friendly and above all with better quality!...

We ordered at 8 p.m. through “Just eat” and it was noted that the pizzas would be delivered within 30 minutes. We called the pizzeria after 45 minutes because we didn't see the courier online. Very friendly coffee and quiet atmosphere, friendly staff

CHF 28 for a fairly small portion of pasta, supposedly freshly made, hence the long wait. But the sauce felt like it came from a can, at least nothing special. Overall very poor price/performance ratio. My wife's pizza margerita was also clearly too expensive at 21 euros. Compared to the competition, everything is about 20-25% too expensive. A pity!

Please don't order your pizza, the veal is still raw and therefore a health risk, and the pizza isn't cooked either. That's definitely not how it works.

We have actually been visiting the restaurant regularly for 10 years with customers and business partners when we visit Zurich. This year we were massive! disappointed with the service. Very unfriendly, she didn't know her own menu, inflexible and more like "disturbing guests". We weren't even offered dessert at 9:15 p.m. because the restaurant closed at 10 p.m.

Service desert. My girlfriend and I came into the shop and an annoyed waitress had a customer in front of us. So far we have not been welcomed or noticed. So we waited until she had "handled" the guest, bored. After we were greeted with a casual “yes,” I asked for a table for us to eat. I think she didn't want to understand us and hissed a rude "WHAT" at us. Turned around straight away and left 300 chf in Santa Lucia. It's impossible to behave like that, even if you're having a bad day.

There were very few people inside. We waited a very long time before we could even order. Service was very disappointing. Instead of serving us, the waiters just walked around. Then even more was added to the invoice than was actually ordered (we also had to wait a long time for the invoice) Not recommended at all!

I'm still sitting and have to write a few lines. Inconspicuous, very inconspicuous. But! Carbonara - > Giuancale, egg, pepper, Pecorino/Parmigiano, pasta al dente in a copper pot... Hot and wonderfully creamy. Plus a small salad, ciabatta (lukewarm and homemade) and as dessert a small tiramisu in an espresso cup for 24 Stutz!!! Good, quick, attentive service. Always my pleasure. The young waitress made a mistake on my order, and when I kindly brought it up to her, instead of trying to figure out what happened, and what could be done about it, she immediately raised her voice to -argue- (underlined) with me that I was wrong and that she brought me exactly what I had ordered. Then she proceeded to go complain about me with her colleague just a few tables from where I was sitting. The colleague, a middle-aged lady, then stared at me with an angry look in her face. Luckily, my Swiss colleague was able to back me up in Swiss German, so that in the end, I still got what I ordered (because she spoke up too). There was still no apology for their impoliteness. We were at a family dinner. I would start with the very professional staff who immediately greeted us and seated us at a table. The service was amazing.
