Confiserie Hedinger in Monthey

Very very poorly served by one of the waitresses/saleswomen, unfriendly, poor welcome and not at all pleasant and this is already the second time this has happened there. Borderline uncomfortable. Really disappointed. I will never set foot there again with my friends.

Always pleasant and smiling welcome. At first glance there is a wide choice of pastries, but since we go there almost every Saturday, outside of school holidays, we end up lacking choice. For several months the window has not been renewed, it is always the same products with the exception of a few seasonal tarts. So we end up always taking the same thing. The pastries are very good but for my part a little too sweet which ends up masking the taste of fruit or chocolate. The prices are a bit excessive. Average ticket for a coffee, a sparkling water, a small tart and a mini sandwich around 18CHF. Excellent quality but excessive prices..

When I arrived I asked if I could eat there, they told me yes, I bought 2 sandwiches and a Coca-Cola, when I went to sit down another woman told me that I couldn't because the Coca-Cola I bought was not to be consumed locally, to be consumed locally had another more expensive one, incredible but true

As we cannot be vaccinated we go there and really like the terrace, especially early in the morning little noise from anyone smoking. Super friendly salespeople, top service and only good yum. And finally a real reverse like I like yess. Thanks to the whole team, looking forward to going back

Small choice of bread, 11:30 a.m. on Sunday no more bread available (this often happens), bread full of air holes, pastries good but small for a price identical to competitors (and not better), drinks menu expensive cappuccino too expensive than everywhere but small cup. Very nice staff though.
