Clean, tidy, quiet environment. Delicious and well presented food. Service is neatly and always polite. Little bit pricy. Pity is small.

I generally enjoy visiting this store again and again. Unfortunately: Product selection as early as 4:30 p.m. very thin.

As a long-time regular from the very beginning in Küsnacht, I unfortunately have to say that the quality has deteriorated a lot, for example the small pretzel sandwich was dry and there was hardly any sauce left in it...egg canapes new with "Maggiwürze" in it😵‍💫...and on Sunday morning at 9.15 a.m (except for two pieces) already sold out!!! For this day. The team is also very unmotivated and not friendly. Maybe that's why there wasn't as much of a rush this Sunday morning as usual... it's a shame... but maybe it was an exception this time...???

Unfortunately the gentleman was very unfriendly. A pity. We like the bread and other baked goods, but the service was very unfriendly. Maybe because we once only paid for Good2Go? The staff at the Honold branch on Rennweg is much friendlier.

I bought a Bircher muessli with a 100 CHF note and the saleswoman claimed I gave 50 CHF. Was just yelled at by the saleswoman and portrayed as a liar. Outrageous! Never again. Thanks for nothing!

I bought the worst butter pretzel. Dry, tasteless. I even wondered if they were from yesterday. Never again

It was once an experience to enjoy the café with brioche! Our last visit was on October 19th. When we were away, it was an unpleasant surprise for us?! The Café Creme in a cup was only just over half full and the crema in the jug was ice cold, i.e. straight from the fridge? The brioche was never as airy and fluffy as it has been in the past! But the bill was above average, say SFR 17.20 is not justified by the price/performance ratio! In psychological dissatisfaction, have We made our way home to forget the u/not experience as quickly as possible!

The Parisette is the local baguette and tastes like it just came from a Parisian boulangerie. Great cakes in the refrigerated display case and the ability to order special items make this bakery/patisserie something special. The chocolates are also worth a treat and turn every coffee into an after-work beer ;)

Incomprehensible from a business point of view, we were in the store after 1 p.m. on Sunday. There were still various cakes on display. We were stubbornly and unambiguously told that we were closed, the checkout had already been made..., I suggested paying on Monday... Again we have to…. No interest… It's a shame I wanted to buy the fresh cakes of the day...

This is a much better Honold than the one in Herrliberg Feldmeilen. Fast service, friendly discussio and high quality bread amd baked goods.

Nice products overall and a great selection of chocolates, but two issues I've noticed and hope they'll address: 1) No milk alternatives available for coffee. They said this morning that they only have normal milk and that's that. I've asked about this several times. It's 2021 and they can't even source lactose free milk, let alone oat or soy milk (standard in pretty much every cafe around these days), I can't understand why. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's asked about this. 2) On weekdays the baked goods seem lovely and fresh, but for some reason on weekends they often seem stale (like they're from the day before). Perhaps we've just been unlucky somehow. I'll try again and amend my review if needed.

Chocolate, pralines, truffle cake: they deserve 5 stars***** Baguettes: Unfortunately only 2 stars** A pity. The baguettes used to be TOP. For me the best by far. But lately they've been underbaked (I have to bake them myself) and not crispy at all. They no longer have much in common with a fine baguette from France.

Visited today the factory tour and was amazed how much love they dedicated to hand crafted and quality products. Really great to experience. Also that the owner cares about the source of the raw material in a ethic and sustainable way gave me a better feeling to shop here.

Wonderful family owned confectionery. Almost everything is made by hand! The chocolate is organic, although not labeled so. You can see the staff loves working there and fills the product with lots of passion. The chocolate itself as well of bakery products are delicious. Mostly local suppliers and ingredients are used (like eggs etc). Loved that place!

Very fine food and very friendly service. Nevertheless, depending on the product, it is extremely expensive (steady price increases over the last few decades across the entire Honold range). For me it's no longer worth a visit, especially when it comes to canapés, ham croissants and the like (small sizes at an exorbitant price) - but maybe it'll work as long as the expats buy. What a shame! I go to Eric's (Baumann) for the same quality.

Dear people, let me tell you, I fell on my face like no other today. The quality of the products is really top and consistent, and I love our Honold in Herrliberg, top service, customer-friendly and customer-oriented. WHAT YOU CAN NOT CLAIM ABOUT KÜSNACHT IN ANY WAY. I just wanted a cup of flour, and you think, I'll quickly go to the bakery, that's obvious, but far from it, no, we won't do that, was the succinct answer, and in a bakery, very cool. I think there needs to be a major rethink and employee training on flexibility and customer-oriented work. Thanks for the great negative experience.

Very friendly staff. Exquisite selection of the finest delicacies. The store is bright and inviting. The products are made by hand right next door. Sometimes an employee even says hello when you look into production from outside. The parking spaces in front of the entrance could be wider.

Very clean, very friendly, very expensive, really expensive!!!! Quality??? Well, better than in the discounter, but for these prices... it should have been something extremely excellent, and it definitely wasn't. I can also get this from other bakeries/pastry shops at better conditions.

One of the best confectioneries in German-speaking Switzerland, much more classy than the older branch on Rennweg.

Delicious! It may seem expensive, but it's definitely worth the price. The salad, the pastries and the chocolates are to die for. The saleswoman is very welcoming and warm. And if you are French speaking, there are a lot of signs written in French. I can’t wait for them to open a branch in Lausanne!

Gorgeous food, the best Bakery in Canton Zürich, Better than Sprungli ! If you are looking for a present to take home, don't hesitate and go see them. Your friends and family will love you for it.

I did a workshop to make chocolate. Incroyable!!!

Just went in this nearby Confiserie to buy some pralines. I choose a box of 9 and assumed that I should choice which chocolates to go in the box, as at Sprungli. The assistant was very rude and sulky and looked very angry at me. I wish I had not bothered to spend the CHF20. Maybe the staff should be given some training in politeness.
