We regularly visit Suteria for breakfast on Sunday mornings. Your quality is top. Most of the time we are served by Ms. Giorgio. She is very friendly, attentive and competent. We are looking forward to the next time. Julia and Martin Fux

Not just the food, the fine canapés and cakes, but the cheerful serving staff and not forgetting the saleswomen at the front of the shop: absolute pearls!! You can really get in a good mood there! Thank you!

Whether you want to take away or eat here, Suteria is a solid address. But for me personally the prices are excessive. A salad bowl with four small chicken skewers for CHF 17 amazed me. Even a soup at lunchtime with a drink can easily cost CHF 14.- and it can be a little bit depending on your stature.

We had ordered a cake for our first communion for 700 Fr. including delivery directly to the restaurant. Conclusion: They had forgotten to deliver the cake and we had to call shortly before the shop closed. Because the cake was in the fridge for too long, the blue marzipan roses we ordered turned green in the meantime

usury! 3 small ones and one large one were bought away today on August 1st. all 4 together 16.60! The small ones were approx. 85gr each and the large 240gr. The 85gr cost a whopping 3.60. that would be around 4.50 for 100g. This is absolute usury! A normal Weggli never costs that much. The national holiday really cashes in. used to be there every now and then, but not anymore.

We love Suteria's products and like to come back again and again, even for breakfast. Unfortunately, we once again experienced long waiting times and impatient, unfriendly staff. Waiting more than 20 minutes after asking twice what we wanted to order is not very customer friendly. Unfortunately, we also observed 5 tables that wanted to pay at the same time and all waited for more than 15 minutes, double deliveries to tables, etc.... Conclusion: products TOP, service staff FLOP.

The food was good, but you had to earn it with great patience. Since there is no buffet staff, the serving staff has to take the ordered drinks themselves, which of course means that the food cannot be served. Our neighbor at the table, for example, waited an hour for his food, but for us it “only” took half an hour!!! It's a shame, if this problem were remedied, Suteria would be highly recommended.

Despite making an early reservation by telephone for the Suteria Brunch, there were no more rolls on a Thursday at 10:30 a.m. for the second time in a row. 👎🏼 Unfortunately, you can't have brunch without bread rolls. Suddenly some bread rolls were found in a basket somewhere (wherever they came from), but then we got tired of it and wanted to leave. Unfortunately, the service and offerings have declined significantly recently It's a shame, we were looking forward to the brunch because it worked without any problems about 2 years ago and was delicious. Why is brunch offered every day without a time limit when everything is no longer available?

We registered for brunch, 5 people, where I had to eat gluten-free and asked about this on the phone. When we arrived, everything went very promptly, except for my gluten-free bread. I had to wait 40 minutes for that. Wait and then it was so hot that I had to wait a bit until it was cooler. The other 4 were almost finished eating by then. Logically, I couldn't eat the Bircher muesli either. Unfortunately there was no alternative such as yogurt or yogurt with berries. Otherwise everything was very nicely prepared and really delicious.

Really exquisite selection of tarts, sandwiches and chocolates. Only the latte macchiato has little milk foam - but the "coffee cream" tastes very good. Overall: Highly recommended - but especially the Zug cherry cake.

Very nicely located confectionery with cafe next to the cathedral in the middle of the old town of Solothurn. Fine treats, coffees and much more are available here. The service is perfect both in the store and outside. Highly recommended.

We have been to Suteria countless times. The goods are always great. The service is mostly flop (there are two or three glorious exceptions): You wait an incredibly long time before the service even notices you. Then you wait until the drinks are finally delivered. And finally you have to ask for the grace to finally be able to pay. It's unbelievable that Suteria doesn't manage to make the service customer-friendly.

We came at 16:35, 25 minutes before the closing time. We were unable to order one ice cream and coffee because it required too much work in their opinion. One of the worst experience. Leave it and enjoy in other places such as Viktor (2 min by walk).

The food is absolutely top, but the service was flushed down the toilet some time ago. I have rarely experienced so much unfriendliness in such a small space. Therefore only 2 stars from me.

The service has been so overwhelmed for some time now that you can easily be ignored for over 20 minutes at an uncleaned table. You are usually put off by saying we will send someone straight away. The quality of the food is top which unfortunately bears no relation to the service. I used to be very satisfied, but the last 4 visits were far from service quality and quantity.

For my visit I went to Solothurn and bought four small round pieces of “Solothurner Torte” and four macarons, totaling CHF 14.00. Afterwards I drove 10 minutes home and served the dessert to my visit. The pieces were rancid and inedible. I then went back to the store and needed the spoiled goods back. I was greeted there in a very unfriendly manner and was accused of having exposed the dessert to the heat. Reluctantly, the money was finally thrown at me. It's a shame, it's a shame.

We know about the good quality of Suteria products and appreciate them very much. This morning we stopped by for breakfast. Somehow the staff were at odds with each other, which was noticeable. You didn't serve us for that. The two of them talked behind the counter. There were two other tables waiting with us, about 10 minutes. A lot of staff, including those from the store, walked past us without greeting us. Which really irritated us because we wanted to greet them with a smile. When I called out to the third employee, she came without saying hello and said "do you have the certificate". We were kind of disappointed. When the service supervisor came, everyone was working. Are staff aware that customers are watching? A friendly “hello” or a smile would have felt completely different.
