A sandwich and a cola 12 fr VERY BAD

I've never liked macarons, but here they are a complete hit. I recommend yogurt. We always pack it when we go by.

Normally the food is ok but today I had a small fly in my food and the pasta was already hard underneath. However, the fly is the main reason why I won't come again. Edit: portions too small. I've never had enough of you. In each of your restis.

Very slow service, the staff would rather talk to each other than serve the customers.

Unfortunately, the saleswoman had no idea what she was selling, which isn't so bad since it's difficult to find trained staff. But you can expect the saleswomen to be friendly, it has happened several times now that I have been treated unkindly, not even a thank you or a goodbye or a nice day, just a quick chat with the other colleagues about private matters. Experienced a total catastrophe today, Luxemburgerli were simply thrown into the box and the box was shaken. Didn't know what empanadas were, wanted to pack some ham croissants... I felt like I had to change the cash register 10 times because it still didn't work. If I had been here for the first time, it would have been the last time.

A disaster !!!! It's still possible to take away, but it's terrible to consume. Cappuccino??? No trace, every coffee with milk has more foam! In addition, almost all the seats are dirty and you wait endlessly...

I've been a regular customer at Bachmann's in the Pilatusmarkt for 7 years. The selection is fresh and delicious, the service is very friendly and well-positioned. You really feel the family atmosphere among your teammates and you also feel welcome. Starting with the service from Vitorina to the counter from Bisera 1A service!!

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in peace - there is no better way to start the weekend! (Then weekend shopping can no longer be stressful... 🤣). And soooo nice service! Competent, very friendly and accommodating! And then there is the note that 1 café can be “paid” with points. Just nice to be served like that! 😍

Food was great and nothing to complain about, staff were always very friendly. Unfortunately, you only find dirty tables (you also pay extra if food is consumed "at the table"). If you want a cleaning cloth, the staff reluctantly follows you to the table with the cloth. It's a shame...unclean tables can be found in various Bachmann branches...

A Mrs. E. Rexhepi is working upstairs. She is a very friendly, attentive, well-positioned young lady. My favorite employee. She knows in advance what I would like because I am a regular customer of yours. Kudos to your great employee.

I've been a Bachmann fan since I was a child and know almost all of the branches, but this one has the unfriendly staff, either they didn't understand me or they just didn't want to, I don't know But she was able to speak her language without any problems with her friend and her dog, which she also picked up

The upper Bachmann has a great view of the entire shopping center. Delicious food and drinks.

The staff is usually friendly, but sometimes they don't notice if you've been queuing for a long time. We appreciate the range of high-quality breads. We would like to have an even larger selection of small breads, for example a small organic potato roll, perhaps an oat bran roll or even a protein roll.
