Mountain restaurant with a large choice of dishes Spectacular view

Beautiful views and best food we had on this mountain. Goulash soup was delicious. BBQ chicken pizza had very good flavors. The burger is better in the valley. Overall probably the best food we had on the mountain in Port Du Soleil.

The best of Avoriaz! Here we are well received unlike many cafes in the resort. Varied menu, great atmosphere, excellent fries 😎

Top location, basic altitude restaurant cuisine but of very good quality but altitude means very expensive!

Best ski restaurant in the swiss side of Portes du Soleil !

A very good café with young and smiling staff… An essential place to take a short break at altitude. A superb view.

Unfortunately you have to queue a lot to order something... It can take up to 1 hour in the season.

Such a fantastic cafe with incredible food and panoramic views. The staff are all amazing - especially the blonde English manager who made us feel so welcome! Recommend this cafe to anyone visiting the area!

The visit to the restaurant was disappointing. The prices were excessively high and bear no relation to the standard in Switzerland. The price-performance ratio was not acceptable. Additionally, the fries were cold, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's a shame about the disappointing dining experience.

Great spot to stop for lunch if skiing in Avoriaz / Morzine. We found that a lot of places on the mountains in this resort had a reasonably limited menu offering mostly just crepes. This place serves up a brilliant steak sandwich in fresh bread, or a number of really quite impressive burgers. The cookies are also very tasty, with a selection of gluten free snacks for those in need. Cool spot that we were pleased to find.

A great place on any reasonable day. Was amazed by the view here on top of the clouds, the milkshakes and the food was great and the price reasonable for been 2k+ metres high. We ate here twice

The place is really nice and the food is good but most of the times I've been there I queue and am told that the burgers are finished, :( victims of their success. Anyway very kind!

Good food. Lots of space. Good view. Get in early or late to miss the lunch rush. Prices look like they've gone up for 2024. But still reasonable.

Great place you stop for a drink & cookie during a busy day skiing - oddly enough, they only had one type of cookie when I was last there!

My favourite spot to end up at on a long day of skiing! I particularly like the blonde, multilingual brother and sister behind the bar!!

We came for lunch and were very disappointed. We asked what the real dish was, and we were recommended the entrecôte. When we went to pick up our order, it was a sandwich, with bits of meat in it. Not at all what we ordered. Almost no choice apart from junk food, when you expect real comfort food for a high-altitude restaurant. The same goes for the “blueberry” muffin, with 3 blueberries fighting a duel. No drinking water either. Everything is way too expensive for the quality of the product. 1 star for the view.

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend anyone but it was just after we arrived that a large group of very 'lively' people arrived making it difficult to talk while we ate our lunch. What I can say is that the seating area is rather run down and a bit of a mess.

Not cheap but very pleasant venue for coffee and cookies at top of mountain. Only discovered I was in Switzerland when I came to pay.

Ordered a margarita pizza at €17. The pizza tasted of a chemical/ cleaning product taste which was confirmed by others at our table. We told the chef and he swapped it for another which I watched him take out of the freezer & add cheese & herbs to what looked like an €2 base Again it tasted disgusting and inedible, we could still taste a chemical. We complained again only to be met with a rude reply and refusal to swap our order for an item of the same or similar price on the menu. The best they could do is give us a potion of fries in place of the pizza so we ended up spending €17 on a small portion of fries!!! Will never return to this place, terrible service. We were told pizzas are popular sorry, but as a mountain restaurant I doubt people are re ordering pizza 🍕

Great views but low-quality canteen at Swiss prices. Glass and cutlery were disgusting as well. Avoid at all cost.

The best cappuccino is here. If you're lucky you get the coffee with latte art, very nice. We come here every day skiing. (Music inside could be a little quieter)

Nice place to have a drink. The burgers are not tasty. Got dry and a standard hamburger from a catering box. For that money (18) euros you can expect a nice piece of hamburger…

Vegan food! There was a vegan Thai salad with deep fried crispy veg thingies. It wasn't on the main menu, presumably new or a special.

Quite cold on the terrace. Not particularly attractive. Don't know what the food is like because I only had a beer. Fairly pricey.

Too bad we can't give 0 for the quality of the food, everything is tasteless, it was simply bad, a mess in the kitchen... in short, a bad experience that we definitely won't repeat.

No need to “reserve” because there is “space” apparently, well no, actually! A canteen room which serves as a restaurant, where everyone takes their time to drink a chocolate when it's time to eat... Upstairs there are sofas, be patient to have a place, those who come to drink a bottle of water will stay for a good hour sitting in the warmth during the rush hour. In terms of food, a hamburger worthy of a Spanish hamburger with meat with flavor but obviously at Swiss prices. 2 hamburgers, a fries and a coffee for 48fr. At this price, you might as well go to a restaurant on the French side and be served and eat like kings. For the WC, it feels like an Italian highway, but there is hot water! French friends, go your way.

Help 😱 on your site I read “we have a lot of tables” sorry? Where did you hide these tables? Order food (at the bar) you won't enjoy it, outside for the unluckiest, on the ground in a small corner if you find it. Should we talk about food? I would give you €9 for the burger and fries that I ate! Good plan: want to rest, grab a little hot chocolate and go upstairs, you can stay all day on shabby sofas and as a bonus take advantage of the electricity to charge your phone, a good deal guaranteed. Go forever 😂

Good variety of food (the Asian bao's were surprisingly good) and absolutely stunning view. There's an upstairs that's very comfortable with big couches (and a view on the mountains). But there's no Apfel Punch :( Only Glühwein (vin chaud).

We wasted our time and money, waiting for more than an hour before we were finally told that there was no longer enough to fulfill our order...! I understand that there are staffing issues, but please do not sell things if stocks are not able to fulfill orders.

None null and void No welcome. A mess restaurant. Pizza served in takeaway boxes while you eat there!!!!! And frankly by good. If you don't want to welcome people out of season, close the restaurant.

Pretty darn affordable for Switzerland, very easy going atmosphere and friendly staff, beautiful too.

Great views but food was pretty average (we had pizzas, they weren't bad but weren't particularly good). Few beers on offer but bit of a stupid system where you have to queue at the food till and pay there then take your receipt to the bar just to get a drink. Overall not bad but there's other options I'd choose to visit first.

Appears to be manned by a lot of British people, menu also seems more diverse than other mountain top restaurants. It was also quiet whilst we were there.

Excellent burger. By far the best place we visited on slopes in 5 days of Avoriaz ski region so far. There is even Brewdog Punk IPA available

Entourage and staff absolutely top notch. But... as a true Dutch person I have to say it's quite expensive... or maybe I'm just not used to it anymore...

Good food, but of course you pay Swiss prices. Beautiful view. Here you are at the highest point in the area. The pizzas are okay and the burgers are great. Can be busy, so make sure you are there around 12 noon to get a seat on the terrace

Terrace at the top, guaranteed atmosphere. Very nice to eat at the top of the slopes. However, be careful of the prices, which are a little prohibitive on certain dishes.

Great place, good atmosphere and fast service. On the other hand, it's a shame that the good "Hugo Reitzel" mayonnaise has been replaced by another that is completely inedible. And this saving has not lowered the price of the portion of fries. Your portions of fries were enough to convince me to come regularly. Maybe I'll explore other places now.

Great customer service. Especially from the managers. As I am on a trip from the US I was worried about communicating but they were kind and helpful. I would reccomend this place to anyone.

That day, the reception left something to be desired. We felt like we were disturbing. Only one flavor of ice cream available. But the view of the terrace sheltered from the wind made us forget this detail.

After some minor mountain biking problems (rear tire exploded) I spent the afternoon at Les Mossettes to forget this damn day... this place is really nice and very welcoming, the managers are super nice and competent. Thanks to them for their welcome.

Cooki Café Mossettes in a prime location with breathtaking views in the Portes du Soleil area. Not only is the concept American, but the friendliness of the staff is unfortunately very rare in Europe. The food is super fine and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, the waiting time is very long during the holiday season. We would still like to come back. Thank you very much. 👍

Right in the middle of the mountains, this café is great for taking a break from a hike or a bike ride I was very, very surprised at the prices which were super reasonable and I find it very good I really liked this place, I would return with pleasure

Great place: sunny terrace, lovely food (great smoothies!!!) and a stunning view. Perfect access to the whole area. Perfect for every time of the day (breakfast/ cappuccinos/ cookies / steamed buns / fries & burgers) but don’t miss the chilling at the end of the day - music, deck chairs and Apérol!

Apple juice is proper jus de pomme the cookie was AMAZING,great chips and chicken burger would definitely come again recommended by me!

Sunny terrace longer than the others. But self-service with syrup for 3.50 francs for children... We'll go elsewhere next time.
