The cookies were really good but the girl at the counter did not know anything about the cookies so I couldn’t take advice from her.

Was craving an american type cookie, this did the job!

Amazing… I came to the market on Monday with my work colleagues who introduced me to Coom’s! The saleswoman was so nice and smiling, it was great, she took the time to explain the cookies, the store, the history to us, we loved it! I chose the nutella, melting, warm, soft, I had a dose of happiness! We will definitely come back when we are in Geneva! Otherwise, when will you settle in Lausanne?☺️

So much excitement (pun intended for Christmas and gifts ✨🎁🎄) for cookies from Cooms Cookies, I had to try them. It was at Noël au Quai that I tried tasting these famous addictive cookies, chewy and crispy (soft and crunchy) according to their website. First note: for the price, I hope they are ruthlessly good! So already there, we set the bar rather high. What? Disappointment …. Dry, crumbly as can be, I collect the pieces in my napkin! Super disappointed. Basic rule of an excellent cookie, it must be undercooked, underbake as the Americans say. If you overcook it, it's ruined. And then, it's ruined since the edges are more than crunchy and the center is not soft but overcooked. Chewy 0%, crispy 100% 😩

A very nice discovery at the Christmas market on the quays. Took a box of four, we ate them all straight away…! As their ad says, very addictive indeed :)

I went to the Christmas market on Thursday afternoon and we were served by a very nice young blonde woman who took the time to explain everything to us, the perfumes and the boxes to make at home. We went back on Saturday but what a disappointment!!! The 2 people who were there didn't explain anything to us at all and mainly served us 2 cookies in the same bag, as a result the Nutella cookies were all crushed and therefore difficult to eat. Very disappointed given the price of the cookies... We didn't enjoy this moment at all. What a shame, two such different experiences and crushed cookies inevitably lose their flavor... I would have given 5 stars everywhere if I had only had Thursday's experience....

The hazelnut cookie is very nice..! The one with chocolate less nice.. In general, fresh and hot..

During my visit to the Christmas market, I was able to benefit from impeccable service from Manon. Plus the cookies were super good!

Super good! I took a red biscuit and a chocolate biscuit (for my father). we really liked it, he just said it's a little too crumbly. but very good!

These are probably the best cookies you'll find in Geneva. The speculoos and triple C are highly recommended. It is however not the classic American crunchy/chewy cookie that you may crave. It is thicker and quite brownie like in the centre. Still delicious and does the job. It is not the best when consumed cold however. The 4 stars is a rating based on cookies I've had worldwide. But if based only in Geneva it's a 5 star.

I wanted to buy cookies at the Christmas market at 12:30 p.m.... the only customer, but the saleswoman didn't bother to look up. Then a shopkeeper from another stand comes for free cookies... the saleswoman still doesn't understand me and when I still ask to be served first since I had been waiting for at least two minutes, she rebuffs me. Too bad, I wanted to get an assortment with the big box! All she gained was that I wasn't going to spend my money on her. You can make very good cookies, but if your staff doesn't know how to be available to customers when I was the only customer there, you won't get far. Too bad I won't bother tasting your cookies one day.

Delicious cookies in Geneva, but only if they are made as gifts (hard, paper boxes + cookies if their shelf life lasts longer 😍) We bought 4 boxes, it was yummy, I suggest to have hard boxes if we want to have as gifts & the longer expiration date 🙏🏼

Delicious cookies discovered during the Miam festival! I had a rosé with Coeur cream cheese, they were still really hot. That was delicious ! They offered several flavors I wish I was still hungry to taste them all. When will we open in Lausanne??
