Coop in Schaffhausen

Coop restaurants can vary a lot when it comes to quality. This one is certainly among those in top 20% of about 15 Swiss Coop restaurants I've visited so far.

Bratwurst with onion sauce and fries was great!

Great place to go for a quick and too expensive meal by Swiss standards..some good promotions

Very poor customer service. An older woman came to our table twice and said very rudely that we had to order something, even though we had already said the first time that we were waiting for another colleague. She wanted to throw us out within 5 minutes. Don't go there if you want to relax and drink coffee!

Small Coop Restaurant in Coop City, Schaffhausen. You can eat quickly and well. But there is not as big a selection as in large Coop and Migros restaurants. I love coming to the Coop Restaurante after 2 p.m., when there are great prices for coffee with dessert Drink coffee and have lunch every now and then.

Nice atmosphere. The coffee is very good. Friendly service.

Clean, good food, self service, chef & staff amiable

Very pleasant atmosphere, we ordered fresh peppermint tea, which was plentiful and excellent, gladly again!

Friendly, simple and the usual Coop standard. Just the thing for a break after shopping

We helped ourselves to the buffet. The selection was ok, but definitely not something that evoked "wow" feelings.

Around 14:00 on Saturday there was not much on the buffet and no meat but my husband and me we still ate some soup and vegetables with homemade ice tea. It was very good in general.

It seems a bit gloomy and dark. But it's clean, the staff is friendly and there are "I was here" notes

All tables were cleaned perfectly and the armchairs were extremely comfortable. I can really recommend this restaurant! The waiter worked quickly, cleanly and friendly. For my part, I can say that nothing has disappointed us so far! The restaurant was a success in my mouth every time.

Server understood the menu inside and out, seriously fulfilled. Don't generally go out for lunchtime, found this place by accident. Lovely staff and good quality food. Met my sister here for dinner, energetic atmosphere but no waiting. An enjoyable place for meals out, will have great food here and it doesn't cost too much money. Several different food options to choose from the menu, amazing.

Department store restaurant! Not too big, and rather homely, and manageable!

As with most Coop restaurants; large selection, freshly prepared and good. Absolutely within the price range. Usually pretty full during lunchtime. In short, you can eat well. Whether for a small or large hunger. Sweets or something real, almost everything is available. Enjoy your meal, Sergio B.

Just restaurant. Price and quality are ok

In my opinion, there is still a lot of room for improvement, I don't like the food at all, I've already tried a lot, it's been a while since the last time. Generally in the SH Coop and Migros Rest area, rather poor cuisine, except in Herblingen, 80% of the food can still be described as good!

Modest selection. Few culinary highlights, menus are always repeating. Suitable for a quick lunch. Correspondingly high throughput.

Large department store with various departments such as jewelry, clothing, sporting goods, electronics. There is a large Coop food department in the basement.

Friendly staff, great promotions

Very quick and superb service at the food counter. Upon mentioning a menu for my kids, I was given to special plates for a discounted menu on everything plus a free drink. The kids were able to play in the kids corner, while I was getting our food. There was enough room for us and nobody cared, if the kids were a bit loud. Great place!

Beautiful in the old town. Right near Coop City and Manor which complements the range and if you can't find something you don't have to go far to the next branch. Opening hours could theoretically be extended until 8 p.m. but yes.

Tasty and hot food, home made pasta, pizza and salad at afordable prices! Between 12 -15 CHF a dish somerimes with salad included. The main course will also include meat of fish. The restautlrants are to be found in most of the big COOP shops across Switzerland! Enjoy!
