Eaten rice from the wok with vegetables for 18.95 Fr. Hello. Not even really warm. And without meat for such a high price. Why? Cheeky...😤 Fries are good for that. The salad is also good. I don't want to complain, but I never eat rice there anymore. Sorry, that's a rip-off. Otherwise everything's good.

The rice was unsalted and the meat was so dry and rock hard that I couldn't eat it. Never again!

I ate the piece of pork kidney today. Or rather, chewed. The piece of meat was as tough as the sole of a shoe. In addition, as is often the case, the 2.5 dl glasses for serving by the glass were missing. The operator obviously expects the customer to buy the larger 4 dl glass. It's a shame for going to the restaurant.

For lunch I bought an Olma bratwurst with onion sauce and French fries and a roll and 2 Happy Cola for SFr 21.50 and received 21 Supercard points for it. The woman at the checkout was also very nice. It was Dortmund at 1 p.m. there were quite a few people there (lunchtime) but I found somewhere to sit and enjoyed my lunch.

Unfriendly employees, especially in the afternoon/evening, from the cook to the cashier. The expertise also leaves a lot to be desired... If you work as a cook or kitchen employee at the grill and don't know what saignant is and only know the term medium.

It's very cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal and fresh. What your heart desires. And the price is reasonable to not expensive. Highly recommended.

Spectacular Coop restaurant! I really recommend this place to stop to eat in Bern! It's a 10/10. There are all kinds of food, both hot and cold! And many types of drinks to choose from. You also have plenty of space to sit and eat in peace if the weather is bad. And the best thing is that you are inside a supermarket where you can buy everything you need! Especially Chocolate!

Food is getting greasier by the week! Even the steamed veg is lately mixed with oil/butter/a lot of salt! Go back to the old menu, please! 🙏 We as a family of 5 visit Ryfflihof 6+ times per month for lunch! Customer for 15+ years... I want to give kudos 👏 to the excessively family-friendly international staff, in the restaurant, and at the cash counter in particular!

There are multiple meals available for self-service, which is good. You have to pay for the toilet, which is ridiculous. There are two floors behind the stairs leading from the restaurant to the outside. The wooden planks sank lower than the iron frame. I fell and suffered several cuts and bruises that took two weeks to heal. Hopefully there will be improvements, otherwise I won't be the last person to get hurt.

Good food in a cafeteria style atmosphere. A few items you can have prepared at the grill but the items change day to day. I had the burger and the Ryfflihofwurst on separate occasions and both were excellent. The fries were flavourful as were the mashed potatoes. A good variety of bottled/canned beverages and a salad bar that has the usual salad stuff along with an array of deserts/pastries.

Breakfast buffet conditions not clearly stated...

Simply cozy, there is always space and lots of tasty menus, the tempting desserts! Simply great!

The card machine for the toilet doesn't work, I don't have any cash with me. The cashier at the restaurant doesn't care. COOP again...

We have eaten very well, at a good price for being Swiss. They close at 5 in the afternoon, we arrived at 4:30 p.m. and they made us 5 pizzas in record time, doing a huge favor... Exceptional customer service.....

We only ate dessert, unfortunately there was no ice cream.

The cook (Sir Lanka) was very unfriendly and the bad thing is she ripped the plate out of my hand, which is not possible. and the cashier was very disrespectful when I asked for the receipt and then she threw the receipt at me like I was a dog. That was my last visit with them.

This restaurant is self-service. It's a shame that the salads on the salad buffet are not labeled and neither is the composition of the respective salad dressings. Allergy sufferers and intolerances would be very grateful.

Great value for money, varied breakfast menu with drinks

It is a good place to have food out off lunch time. Because most of the restaurants they close between 2 and 6pm. They have variety of food and dessert and you can have your coffee and your drinks, you just need to pick up what you choose and you have time to rest. You can charge your phone or laptop in the area. It is also Cheap and comfortable.

Very good place to retreat briefly in the middle of the city of Bern to drink a coffee or have something to eat. Very large with lots of space

The restaurant has been renovated, the atmosphere is very nice, even with an outdoor terrace.

The food was quite ok, the meat was cold and unfortunately it was dry for 2 days in a row.

Buffet good choices I heard from them is only till 2pm but they give effort to take out from their rest reserve and serve it warm,in Zuerich buffet choices is super until they close the restaurant and free water ready prepared for public

The restaurant was very full and therefore very loud! The selection is large, something for everyone

Great place for shopping and grab a meal. Good price with decent food. 3 different prices for 3 different sizes of plates. You can fill up the plates whatever/however you want from the station. I really enjoy their curry from hot food station.

A restaurant that you have to pay if you want to use the toilet?!

I think it's a shame that the food is cleared away at 4 p.m. on a Saturday. But otherwise the offer here is really great.

I often come here to work. The food is good, the staff is nice and it's cool in the summer. There are also enough sockets to plug in the laptop. For me it's a great place where you can spend the whole day. At lunchtime it is only quite crowded for a short time, otherwise you can always find a place. Since the renovation everything is much brighter and there is a terrace.

Very wide variety of dishes, a nice curry station, salad bar and lots of dessert. The prices are reasonable and the seating area is big and nicely lit and decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The toilets could be more clean and less smelly though. I recommend it. Cheers

I think 3.90 for a glass of mineral water is a disgrace. Especially if I buy a full breakfast with it!

The restaurant is located in the middle of Bern. The buffet is always well filled and varied.

Beware of false promises at dessert

Things have gotten a lot better since the renovation last year! The decor and atmosphere is great! The food is wonderful! There is a buffet to take your own, pizza is prepared fresh and to your liking! It also has wok and daily menus! Don't forget the breakfast, salad and dessert buffet! It's all so delicious and made with love! Mmm yami!

When you show your Covid pass at the checkout, the coffee and bowl are almost cold, the wait is too long. A PITY!!

Finally turn off this annoying constant sound!!! The radio is way too loud. And it is a disgrace to now make customers pay to use the toilet. I liked the old restaurant much better. The only advantage: you can finally smoke on the terrace like a normal mortal again.
