Good food with reasonable prices. It has vegetarian options.

I paid 14.- for my plate half empty of side dishes, because the meat was finished. Some thieves! I thought it was by weight and the cashier didn't tell me anything.

The self-service restaurant is located in the middle of Lugano's shopping and pedestrian zone on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator or escalator. The ambience seems a bit cool. You can enjoy the sun while consuming on the terrace with a view.

Friendly staff, clean toilets and a balanced offering like in most Coop restaurants in Switzerland. Quality fresh and good and also an appropriate price-performance ratio. There is also a play area for children and it is clean and well built with no risk of injury. The seating arrangement and large terrace tempt you to sit and linger comfortably. Thanks

C’est une bonne alternative d’avoir un repas plutôt pas cher dans un pays plutôt cher. Ils ont des offres spéciales pour le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le café et les gâteaux l'après-midi. Si le temps le permet, vous pourrez le manger sur le superbe toit-terrasse.

Notre première visite dans cette ville. Nous avons été informés que nous pouvions trouver les deux salles de repos et une nourriture décente dans ce magasin. Il y avait une bonne variété et des sélections dans l'aire de restauration. Super soupe et des sandwichs.

The new coffee machines in the Coop Restaurant offer a new, delicious cappuccino. You can enjoy this on the terrace with a beautiful view over the roofs of Lugano, if the neighbors' cigarette smoke doesn't bother you. It's mostly quiet here, but it can get quite turbulent if there are families with children present. The little ones then romp around in the play area.

Abbiamo visitato questo esercizio perché ci è stato consigliato per la cioccolata che si trova a buon prezzo. Siamo stati perfettamente consigliati dall'addetta, molto simpatica, professionale ma soprattutto alla mano. Ci ha lasciato un buon ricordo e mi porta a consigliare questo posto

Wie schon gesagt: die Schweiz ist überteuert. Etwas günstiger ist es im Coop City Kaufhaus-Dachrestaurant. Frühstück für CHF 5,95: Heißgetränk, Brötchen Croissant, Butter Confitüre. Alles was man braucht.So kamen wir auch zum Mittagessen. Auch recht günstig- Zubereitung zum Teil aber mangelhaft. Paniertes Schnitzel (ca. 100g - CHF 12.95) mit Pommes frites ok, Gnocchi - matschig und fade. Olma-Bratwurst - ein Gruß aus St. Gallen, am nächsten Tag war wieder gut.Da kann man nicht viel falsch machen.

I found a very nice restaurant on the top floor in the coop, Nice inviting buffets and a wide choice. The food was good and at a good price. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and helpful, they even took my tray away after I finished lunch. The place is also nice and clean. To be recommended!

Visited today with my children. The only shop assistant present was chatting with a friend and didn't even notice our arrival. At 6.15pm the coffee machines had already been cleaned, no coffee... Not even a chocolate for the children, both dispensing machines had already been decommissioned and cleaned. There was no sign of a pastry, a cake, a snack. Everything already stored in the cold room. At 6.15pm... Even a group of Chinese who arrived just after us had to make do with PET bottles... And this is tourist Lugano? The one about restaurants that no longer offers anything to customers 15 minutes before closing time? Needless to say, when leaving the restaurant the sales assistant didn't even spare us a glance, she was so involved in counting the cash register. Poor Coop... Poor us...
