Absolutely unprofessional!!! Ordered via homepage, received confirmation email, delivery confirmed for 2:00 p.m., asked by phone at 2:35 p.m. and apparently no order was even received. It is also not possible to deliver at 2 p.m., even though it was possible on their own homepage!!! I was almost laughed at on the phone when I mentioned the delivery time of 2 p.m.! Extremely unsatisfactory and totally unprofessional. 0 stars would be more justified.

Never normally bother with reviews but...Terrible food, there was two hairs in my burger and the chicken was rubbery,bread was stale, Chips had too much salt they were inedible, onion rings soggy, delivery person forgot my drink and had no card reader after picking that option when I ordered, so I had to run to an ATM. Really awful. Never again , Beware 😂

Really bad. The chicken wings were dripping with fat and they weren't cooked through either. The garlic bread is from Lidl. The burger was so topped that you could hardly eat it, way too much sometimes less is more. The fries were dry. And the driver forgot half of it in the car.

1st and last time ordered. Waited 2 hours for lukewarm, limp food. Delivery not complete. 1x fries were missing. Capri Sun close to expiration date. Sauces were missing. Not even an apology from the supplier. No one could be reached by phone several times. Too bad, a lot 🍀

I am extremely disappointed. Ordered Pepito and Dürüm. The Pepito bun was very old and hard to bite off. The contents tasted like inferior amusement park food, only blander. The Dürüm was soggy and inedible. I cannot recommend this takeaway. There are many better alternatives!

Very fine and generous hamburgers

50 minutes waiting time stated, after 2 hours still no delivery. Don't even answer our calls after calling 7 times in 45 minutes!!! Absolutely wrong, then at least let me know! Never again!

Ordered for the first time. Super fast delivery, fries seasoned very tasty, hamburger could have been hotter but tasted excellent.

Waited for over 1 hour, when I called they said the delivery person was out and then waited another 20 minutes. The employee didn't know where the supplier was. Food arrived lukewarm. The Burger Patti is not burger meat! Burger wasn't my taste. Fries were very hard. That's really a pity!

I only recommend it!! Very fine food, especially chili cheese fries.

After 2 hours of waiting, our food wasn't delivered at all. Unreliable service!!!!
