Incredible wait of over an hour?!? How is that even possible? Food tasted terrible, chicken dry, fries soggy... Sorry, and the price is not worth it! Definitely the last time there.

The food arrived cold, we had to wait a long time (1.5 hours) and the employees were very unmotivated.

Best fast food! I am happy to have been able to find this fast food although it is little known (to my knowledge). On site the atmosphere is warm, a good atmosphere, I love the decor. The staff is very friendly and warm, also very understanding and attentive. As for the food, it is excellent, I now only take my burgers from Crispy. I highly recommend this place!

I recently visited this fast food restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food served. Despite the speed of service, each bite was tasty and well prepared. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making the experience even more pleasant. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. I will definitely come back to try other options on the menu. Highly recommended for a quick but satisfying gourmet break!

I have no idea why it always takes an hour for the food to be delivered. Maybe they still have to slaughter the chicken or something. The chicken has also been burnt too often. The service was OK and the system for calling can be expanded. After 15 minutes the burger and fries arrived cold on the tray. The toilets for women are small and over decorated.

We wasted our money, don't waste yours! Chicken was barely warm and dry instead of fresh, juicy, and hot. French fries were far from being crunchy and more likely soggy and unappetizing. Very disappointing as we were expecting way more! Staff were friendly but there is still lots of room for improvement. BTW: Tables were still dirty while seating. The toilets are disgustingly filthy and very unkempt. This shows how poorly this place is managed. Just imagining how it may look like in the hidden kitchen though!? For the price they're asking you definitely find better and surely way cleaner places for a snack or meal around!

No salt in the sandwich fries not filled enough the double crispy it's just a tender cut in two really disappointed I don't recommend because it's too expensive for what it is.

OK. 1h30 later still nothing, on the phone I hear behind them that they still haven't left and that they still have 10-20 to go, telling me that they had a "small problem" (given the looks of the other reviews , I imagine that this ''little problem'' is still not resolved, in short). 9:15 p.m. still nothing, I call back to see if everything is okay, who knows the problem could have gotten worse? But no, they just left 10 minutes ago, 5 minutes in fact they tell me.. BUT Nothing serious according to them because they gave me a free drink in addition to the two others already announced. Suddenly after 2.5 hours of waiting since ordering via JustEat, the food arrived which was edible given the slab we had (it was hot at least). However, we got our 3 free drinks which more than excuses everything. I absolutely do not recommend.

The burger tasted good, but everything was too wet from the sauce, which was too runny. The ambience was ok (it's a shame there's no music), the tables were very dirty and no one cleaned it for over 40 minutes (stay).

Two people, including the boss, did not wear gloves and touched food including tenders and wings without gloves. The menu was good however they forgot to put the fries in the order.

Veggiburger doesn't taste good at all. Bielburger is so-so. The fries aren't really good either (weird spice mix). The meat is also very dry and not juicy! However, the look of the food is great - for Insta. A larger selection of veggies and more carefully considered ingredients as well as different fries (classic, with strange spices, with cheese sauce, etc etc.) could help the whole thing. After eating we both had stomach pains... Does that come from staff warmly greeting each other and touching everything? The seating outside is anything but comfortable and inviting. The staff is very friendly, we were served quickly and had our food within 10 minutes. All in all, people are making an effort but the food somehow lacks pizzazz. Unfortunately we don't want to eat there anymore. Sorry guys.

I ordered online. The delivery time was stated as 55 minutes. After 1 hour 30 minutes we called. We were told it would take another 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes I called again and the boss offered me a discount and said it would last a maximum of 20 minutes. After another 40 minutes we are still waiting for our food. Well, it was actually meant to be dinner, but now I'm happy to have it for lunch tomorrow...

Thank you for reinventing the definition of Fast Food: 2 hours of waiting for delivery. After 1h15 we called to find out what was happening with the order, a charming lady apologized saying that she was offering us two drinks.. 45 minutes later, our paid drinks were there but not the two additionally offered. On an order for 57.- for 2 hours of waiting. Thank you for confirming my taste for Mac Donald.

We choose delivery every time, and to never change there is always a delay without valid reasons! Almost 2 hours to be delivered when you promise an average delivery of 50 minutes! We eat cold and bland food! It is unacceptable !! If you cannot manage delivery, you should no longer offer this option…

Unfortunately not recommended. Staff isn't exactly helpful or friendly. I actually expected more from the food. Soggy and if you're hungry you have to bring your time. Been here twice now. Doesn `t get better. It's a shame, but I definitely won't come like this again. My criticism of a half-raw piece was pointless.

After noticing that the delivery man had left, more than 30 minutes ago, I called the first time at 9:05 p.m., supposedly, the delivery man had left with the order for a while, but he would have taken a lot of orders and should arrive at our house soon... 30 minutes later, still no delivery person, so 2nd call, another person on the phone makes me wait while he contacts the delivery man... Ordered at 9:30 p.m., food not received until 11:15 p.m. 1 free drink for the delay. Unfortunately it's far too long for a fast food restaurant. The food tasted good. We ordered rice instead of fries on a menu, but rice was forgotten. Chicken pops weren't pops but chicken tenders that were cut... when I called at 11:15 p.m. to report this in person, the restaurant was already closed..

Ordered food for 7 p.m. At 7:00 p.m. the store called me to say it would take 5-10 minutes and the driver would be on the way. Unfortunately, these 5-10 minutes took almost 45 minutes (from Biel to Nidau). The food was cold and the fries were rubbery. It's a shame, the food was actually very good.

So overall I didn't think it was that bad. I was there at around 3 p.m. and ordered some chicken wings, chicken tenders and fries. The store was empty and some products were no longer available. But was served very quickly. Eat Fries were lukewarm and a bit soggy. It's best to let them drain for a minute after frying. Probably leftovers from lunch. Chicken tenders were lukewarm but otherwise not bad nor oily. Probably from lunchtime too. Chicken wings were great and still warm. But a little too oily. Again, it's best to let it drain briefly after frying. I found these to taste very good. The fries were a little too salty. But not bad for me. It's fresh ingredients. But please take it to heart that you also cook/fried these fresh. If it sits around for 2 hours, it is no longer considered fresh and will therefore only be lukewarm and will be rated accordingly. Please think carefully about how much you pre-cook and whether pre-cooking is really necessary. Load Very pleasantly designed and looks good too. Regarding the cleanliness, I can partly agree with other reviews. Not catastrophic, but there is a general lack of eye for detail. Rough cleaning is done throughout the day. But I think the problem is that when a customer leaves, the table isn't cleaned quickly. Instead, whatever is possible is cleaned sporadically and quickly. The toilets are fine. However, please check these a little more regularly, perhaps 4 times a day depending on the number of customers. There was a pile of paper on the floor in the women's toilet. I also appeal to people to please put their rubbish in the bin next to you. The fingerprints on the chairs have probably been accumulating for several months, as well as on the children's stool. Please take a better look at this. I recommend Rough cleaning throughout the day (already being done) When a customer goes to quickly wipe the table. In the evening after the closure, more thorough cleaning with attention to detail. I think it'll be fine. Get feedback from customers, take it seriously and improve what you can. And maybe a little planning too. When to clean, what will be consumed the most, etc. You can't plan everything, but you can plan a little and that helps I'll come back another time to review the lunch service.

I don't understand the hype because I ordered a total of 3 times and were really disappointed 3 times. The chicken is really bad. As soon as you bite into it you notice that the quality is subpar. The delivery person was very rude to my wife on the phone, he didn't want to bring the food up, the reason was that he couldn't park but that's not true.

About the kitchen nothing to say but too small compared to the attendance we had to eat standing on a counter investing in bar stools seems to me a good option otherwise nothing to say one of the best burgers in Bienne
