Good improvement since last time!

Mc Flurry with lots of lumps and very little Ragusa sauce... Fries not at all crispy and cold and the hamburger was also cold... The staff who responds that it's normal because you can keep the hamburger for 6 hours😱

There were digital discount coupons, but they refused because they had a computer problem with the coupons and we had to pay the full price. There is a problem with them and we are the ones paying the price?! I was really disappointed to see no action to resolve the problem since they had had this problem for 2 days. I miss the old vouchers we received in the mailbox.

Drive-thru Very unfortunate. I ordered 2 Happy Meals. At one I received a gluten-free cheeseburger that I hadn't ordered and at the other the sauce was missing.

We wanted to go eat last night, at 12:40 a.m. (the establishment closed at 1:30 a.m.). They refused to serve us inside... so we went to the drive-thru on foot. And we had to eat outside. The young man who took our order had the desire to do well, despite the visible pressure of these two executives stationed just behind him who kept sighing and complaining when they saw the customers arriving. Obviously a drink was missing as well as the sauces. So we went back to get them, which visibly annoyed the manager. This forgotten person who is the customers who make his salary.

A disaster! Bad service, no friendly people, cold food, rubbery burgers, dirty atmosphere and lots of smoke. The quality at this McDonald's has deteriorated significantly. Don't go back! Jamé!

Today I was at this McDonald's where a newly hired worker surprised me very much. His commitment to customer satisfaction was exemplary. He always did his best to ensure that each customer's needs were met promptly and with a smile. He demonstrated remarkable efficiency in processing orders and ensured that waiting times were minimized without compromising on quality. His ability to multitask and maintain a fast-paced environment was impressive. Throughout my stay, The Young Man demonstrated professionalism in every interaction. His demeanor was polite, respectful and attentive, creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. He paid close attention to detail and ensured orders were correct and neatly presented. His meticulous approach contributed to a seamless dining experience for customers. He has integrated seamlessly into the McDonald's team and works effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations. His willingness to support his team members and contribute to a positive work environment was commendable. Overall, his exceptional service greatly enhanced my dining experience at McDonald's and I would highly recommend him based on his outstanding performance.

Incompetent staff there are 4 lines on the order and they find a way to forget half of them.. on the other hand, they have time to discuss with each other and ask me to check if what I say is correct, you would have done better to check correctly the first time

Biel DriveIn Ordered 4 Happy Meals. When it came out after 40-45 minutes, 1. it wasn't even our order, 2. the order was twice as much as ours, they even had dessert and everything. & the best is yet to come: fries were cold, chicken nuggets too? So if I have to wait 40 minutes for my food then I at least expect fresh fries & nuggets.

Convenient place to have a break. Has a drive thru and a terrace with a kid's playground.

Very unfriendly staff... if you ask something politely (because something is missing, for example) you will be looked at grimly (or not looked at at all) and will answer in a stroppy/annoyed manner. I was just passing through, everything was fine except for the fact that the men's room had an unusable throne because someone had fun filling it with paper. I pointed out what had happened, the manager replied that he knew about it but did nothing to fix it, not even putting up a "out of order" sign. If you can see the restaurant from the toilet, then it's really shit..., actually no, It was not possible!

The fries were a bit soggy. The burger was top notch.

Unfortunately, that was one of my worst experiences at a McDonalds. When it felt like it was 38 degrees, I felt sorry for the employees at first. Accordingly, I didn't find it bad that the salad dressing was missing from my order. But when I politely pointed out to the employee behind the counter that a sauce had been forgotten on the salad, she snapped at me aggressively, for absolutely no reason. That was the end of my empathy. Heat wave or not, this behavior was an absolute no-go.

Very poor and slow service (15min. for a coffee). Very poor welcome. Disorganized, serve ice cream first while menus are served 15 minutes later. Having worked at McDonald's, this is not normal.

Inside it is very hot, no ventilation. Fortunately the weather was nice and there was space outside.

Absolutely unfriendly staff. The burgers are cold and the bun is already hard. So not fresh goods, but goods that have been lying around for a long time. When complaints are made, the staff becomes very unfriendly - the little 'shift leader' in particular urgently needs training on the topic of "How do I deal with guest complaints". Recommendation: DO NOT go or drive!

It's a real furnace in there, it's not possible, frankly, a little air conditioning wouldn't be too impossible to stay inside.

We wanted to go in at 12:40 a.m. on Saturday to order something. According to Google and the information on the door, the opening hours are until 1:00 a.m. We were turned away for no reason and told it was closed. Ladies and Gentlemen I was recently a guest at MacDonald Grenchen and would like to express my opinion. In general I really liked the ambience and the food. However, I unfortunately have to say that I was very disappointed with one of their employees. One employee struck me as particularly negative. He was rude, bad-tempered and didn't do his job carefully. This affected my dining experience as I felt uncomfortable around him. It's a shame that this employee's friendliness and professionalism did not meet the standards I would expect from a restaurant. I hope that my criticism helps the guests. It is important that every guest who visits the restaurant has a positive experience and feels welcome. The first situation happened in the restaurant. At the checkout I wanted to pay in cash, but I didn't get a receipt from the machine and had to place my order again at the machine due to the employee's laziness. My coupons had already expired at that point. When I spoke to the employee about this, I was told that it was my bad luck and that I would be able to benefit again next time. In the future, staff should ensure that the machines are serviced regularly. The second situation occurred at the drive-thru. I had ordered for five people and all the dishes were handed to me in small bags, the drinks were all individually without being placed in special holders. When I asked the employee about it, I was told that it wasn't a problem since I would be sitting in the car. However, we wanted to enjoy the meal at home on the third floor and not in the car.

In Silvio Hofmann's two companies (Biel Bf & Biel Grenchenstr.), the take-away and drive-thru products are regularly missing items from the bags that have been paid for. I can only recommend other customers to check the contents of the bag against the order when handing it over.

They removed baby chair in middle of eating(while my wife took baby to change diaper). The servent never asked me before removing the baby chair is not nice.

No politeness, doesn't speak French or very bad German, meal is way too expensive, no coke, no fanta (for an intolerable fast food) and of course the order was not correct, yet you just have to read a voucher, oh yes, reading and speaking should not be a criterion for commitment...

Unfortunately, something is always missing or you get a different order.

The cappuccino is really good. But when it rains outside like it did on Saturday, it is very dangerous. I almost couldn't walk because the floor tiles were extremely slippery. It would be worth considering laying non-slip floor tiles. It costs more, but the customer could walk to the counter without slipping

Absolute impudence! Big Tasty Bacon was stuck to the bottom of the box, the packaging was not closed in the bag and so the burger was cold at home! In the restaurant they don't take hygiene seriously and are always very dirty. I only eat at home because it disgusts me in restaurants! Every time the order is wrong!

It must be the same throughout Switzerland but minimum 8€ (Swiss franc but it's the same) for the happy meal then 12€ for a simple mac chicken, as a French it quickly gets expensive and what's more you pay for the sauce in more... But hey, it’s still a McDonald’s so nothing crazy.

Day Saturday February 4 around 7:00 p.m./8:00 p.m. I went to buy menus to take home. It was when I was picking up my purchase where a very rude lady started shouting because she didn't understand French. His attitude from the start was not to mention the number in French, it was very unpleasant for us to be able to take our order. And what's more, she leaves and leaves her job to continue insulting us from behind her desk. I think it is obligatory on her part to be able to take an order in French, or at least to be polite! Bienne being a bilingual community where everyone makes an effort to hear us, it is unacceptable to find dishonest people who should not be in front of customers. With this kind of employee, we will have no problem going elsewhere.
