We ordered 2 daily menus. On the map, it is noted 2/3 port. a Frs 21.- We therefore ordered the daily menu starter + main course without dessert and made it clear to the waiter that we would not have dessert. In gastronomy, when a daily menu is offered, there is often the possibility of having: 1. Starter + main course (2/3) 2. Starter+main course+dessert (3/3) When adding the bill, the waiter charged Frs 24.- the menu was starter+main course+dessert. We asked for explanations and according to him, it is 2/3 of the portion and not 2 dishes out of 3. Despite our dissatisfaction and our arguments, we had to pay the entire amount of the menus, i.e. Frs 24.- for the menu of the day. Given that the waiter did not warn us when we ordered specified without dessert, this is clearly not a lack of communication at all, but a theft. Commercially and given our clearly factual dissatisfaction, he could, for example, have offered us the 2 coffees ordered and added to the bill. I would also add that my partner ordered still water.
