On Monday January 14, 2019, we visited the exhibition and requested a quote (deadline: 2 weeks) for a new kitchen after 2 hours of discussion. After three calls, today is Wednesday March 6, 2019, still no news (after 7 weeks). The manager is never there or does not have the file in front of him or another response made, perhaps sent the quote under a false email address! ? ! That's called bullshit. For me, this company is not serious, to be absolutely avoided. Answer : 1. On 3 tel. you told us that only once that you did not have time, the other 2 times your secretary told us that you were not there. 2. I'm not dictating anything to you, it's YOU who PROMISED us a quote within 2 WEEKS!!! So after 7 weeks still NO NEWS, there really is a serious problem on your part!!! 3. If you have so many negative reviews, it is surely not due to chance, but because you are not a serious company. A word to the wise!!! 4. Fortunately there are other companies that are serious :-)

Very bad experience with this service provider. He was unable to manage after-sales service for the replacement of a few parts of a kitchen purchased entirely from him. He wasted my time for several months by blaming his suppliers instead of finding solutions. I would advise against anyone who would like to work with this company.

I ordered a menu and two burgers were missing, when I called the man said he didn't have an order from us even though we had the bill in black and white very cheeky and disrespectful best of all no star no shame never again!!!! I RECOMMEND YOU NOT WASTE MONEY….!!!!!

Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed with Jetline Pizza & Grill Express. My girlfriend and I ordered from Jetline Pizza & Grill Express through Takeaway.com. We decided on the New York Burger. I got the big one (350g), my girlfriend got the small one (250g). Since we didn't know whether fries would come with the burgers and my girlfriend wanted dessert, we ordered a portion of fries and a chocolate mousse. We also chose an Uludag and a Cola Zero for the burgers (included with burgers). After almost 90 minutes the supplier arrived. First I noticed that instead of Uludag and Cola Zero, Fanta and a normal Cola was delivered. After a quick call to the restaurant, the man on the other end politely offered me a large Cola Zero and a large Fanta, since they were out of Uludag. I gratefully accepted the offer and gave back my Coke and little Fanta. Now to the fundamental problem: Instead of the high-quality 30CHF burgers, which are available online with “Homemade Burger New York (350g) with lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, tomatoes, onions, beef Parma ham and fried egg, we got 4 medium to bad burgers. The ingredients were right, but with a burger that costs 30CHF, I don't expect 2 cheaply stacked burger bullets. Instead of 2 burgers, there were suddenly 4. The chocolate mousse (95g ready-made) was also a bit overpriced at 8CHF. I don't think it's appropriate to require a minimum order value of 60CHF, then add 5.50CHF delivery costs and deliver the wrong products late. (PS. Fries were included with the burgers :) )
