We've already been to them three times in the afternoon, but 2 hours before closing time, I find two loaves of bread very weak for such a business, so you don't have to ask yourself why you go to the wholesaler and buy your bread there.

In short, everything fits perfectly. Always happy.

Unfortunately I drove from Biel to Lyss to buy chocolate croissants. But they didn't have any because Berliners were being offered that day and the chocolate croissants were therefore reduced in number. Really shit...!

Surprise on Sunday morning: receive a breakfast package! What a joy! Croissants and rolls/tortoises are good and nice! Wonderful jams and juices! Cheese and meat at its finest. Colorful chocolate balls complete the whole thing. The breakfast package is a nice idea to surprise! It has plenty of content! I've had enough (brunch!) Very cozy café in the Beck, friendly staff. Unfortunately there is no other milk for coffee other than cow's milk. At least the majority of the bread in their range is vegan. It would be super cool if there were another vegan pastry or a general animal product-free lunch menu other than the salad. (My personal wish: Vegan Weggli sandwich *.*)

It varies a lot, sometimes very good, sometimes a little less. Portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller, and if I'm not mistaken, the prices have recently increased. Very long waiting times at lunchtime as already complained about.

A large, varied offering: fresh ready-made meals, special sandwiches, well-made bread products, a lot that you can't find anywhere else. Very friendly service. Come back often, even if it takes a detour!

Friendly and courteous staff sell goods that show that craftsmanship, passion and quality are practiced every day. An owner-managed family business that is definitely worth a visit. No matter whether for a large order or simply a coffee and croissants.

The products are very good and the staff is always friendly. But the waiting times are unbelievable!!! And that's less due to the person behind the counter. The management should deal with the issue of hospitality here!! The rush times are easy 6.00-7.00 // 9.00 - 9.30 // 11.45 - 12.45 At these times, not one person can serve all the customers alone!! These are not exceptions, but at these times you simply wait too long because the staff is understaffed. It completely takes away the desire to go to this bakery!

Sometimes you have to wait too long. Even if there are few people in line and there are three people behind the counter. They're very friendly, but if I have to wait so long for a daily menu because I tend to take the comfort route when I'm scooping it out, that doesn't help. We get our food there almost every day for lunch and would like it if things moved a little quicker. For the reason mentioned, you almost never take the daily menu because it simply takes too long, even if there are only four of you in line and show up earlier/later than 12 p.m.

Price-performance ratio was noticed negatively. The portions are getting smaller but the price stays the same????

Very nice place. Dieters and non-dieters can both enjoy breakfast there since salad is available. A lot of Swiss - German is used so would suggest pictures to go with the signs at restroom doors.

The food is incredibly tasty, but the service and staff are very unsatisfactory. It's not the first time I've noticed that many Swiss Germans have no idea about good customer service. Take the example of the Welschen😉

We were shouted at by the saleswoman on Sunday lunchtime, so we left the store immediately without buying anything. Such staff can bring down an entire business. Big disappointment.

Unfortunately not what I expected. In the Lyss Industrie branch in the drive through I always have to wait longer than customers who get out and go in. Do this regularly and whether in the morning or evening. It just doesn't make sense to offer something like that. In the main branch as well as in the Aarberg branch there is not enough choice for bread after 4 p.m. The service I encountered today in the Lyss Industrie main branch was so unfriendly that I didn't buy anything today and won't do so again as long as the service is working there. In contrast, I can only praise the staff in Aarberg.
