I had a chocolate cake for a birthday. The cake was very good. In the photos, the 2 holes in the cake were made for candles.

I walked to this cafe from my hotel to get a chocolate croissant. I asked for the croissant in french, and she gave me the bag and I left. During my commute back, I realized she gave me a regular croissant not a chocolate one so I turned around and went back. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and refused to exchange it for what I actually ordered. She tried charging me for a new one. As much as the atmosphere is nice, I won't be returning.

I was invited in the store by the yummy pastries I saw by the window however, I was not expecting to be greeted by a dismissive lady behind the counter. There was a language barrier but the lady did not even try to assist me. She then proceeded to package a cake in French and when I asked for an English one, she said no. I will not recommend this store.

It's been 1 hour that we are a table for 7 6 we were served and the 7th received an hour later plus his dish was not cooked enough

The bakery and pastry shop impressed me with its diverse selection and fresh products. The lovingly designed baked goods demonstrate craftsmanship and high quality. The staff is very friendly and also understands English. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff contribute to a pleasant visit. A place that I would happily recommend to anyone who appreciates real enjoyment.

I ordered a birthday cake yesterday. The lady who received me was horrible and arrogant this morning. The lady who gave me the cake was super nice.

I needed a cake at the last minute and it was the only one in the area that was open. There was no other choice than a frozen fluorescent yellow vanilla cake. Besides, I am convinced that it was paint (food grade I hope). At the time I didn't pay much attention to it, the need for a cake took precedence. Around 40.-! Bag not included and not offered before payment. It was falling off the ropes and it was just after cashing that she asked if a bag was necessary. But she didn't sell it to me since I only had my credit card. As for the cake, none of the guests wanted to risk tasting it given the few decrepit red fruits and the artificial fluorescent color. The cake just served as decoration for the candle. Home: 1/5 Service: 0/5 Kitchen: 0/5 I cannot say it enough, the level of standards in this city is so low, which is why this type of establishment persists. If this pastry shop was located in Tokyo for example, in 1 week the key would be under the door or they would seriously question themselves.

I ordered [09.21.23] a birthday cake for my daughter's first year [09.24.23] My wife chose the round shape and yarrow inside. The BIG and fundamental MISTAKE and I would also say CATASTROPHIC is that at no time did the woman who was responsible for taking the order tell us that it wasn't going to be a good idea to have a mille-feuille entirely covered in cream... Millefeuille cakes all over the world are open from ribs to allow the leaves to remain crispy… When cutting the cake we thought it was frozen because we couldn't cut it, it became all sticky and the leaves were too wet... Anyway, we used a real knife 🔪 and the taste I must telling the truth was good... Very disappointed

I'm really disappointed with the quality it was, really haughty waitress bitter and all the comments that go with the quality exploded, didn't go there and ended up super expensive I was at a loss when the waitress was talking to us

My favorite Portugese bakery on this side of the lake. I find the service and the food to be better than at Bessa or Bom Gosto.

This is a great café if you want to have a cup of coffee in busy Paquis - on rue de Lausanne. Quick and humble service, the terrace has quite a few tables.

Excellent bakery located in the center of Geneva, a stone's throw from Cornavin station, and with public transport nearby. I rarely come because I am always in a hurry but when I go like for example this morning, I am always very satisfied with the ultra fast service of the salespeople. I am taking the time to write to you this time because the saleswoman is morning, despite the incredible number of customers waiting, was able to be professional, helpful and fast at the same time, all the quality needed for such a busy place. Otherwise the Natas are delicious, they are the best in Geneva hihi I would go back and recommend a thousand times!!!

Excellent pastry, very beautiful and good birthday cakes…. Too bad the reception doesn't follow. A very unpleasant saleswoman (I don't know her first name, but she is of Brazilian origin) towards customers and also with her colleague. Every time I pass I find it unpleasant, so I will pass less than usual! It’s a shame because the rest is very good!

Portuguese cafe/bakery. Very nice. Open on Sunday. Truly authentic and delicious pastries. I highly recommend.

This coffeeshop is adorable and they have a wide selection of pastries, sandwiches and salads. Their coffee is good and they have dairy-free options for milk. They have a lot of space to sit and it’s not too loud to do work or read. They even have some tables outside. The only negative aspect is that they don’t have wifi.

It’s not a place that you would go to have a quiet and nice breakfast! In the morning is to many people going in and out and the place is extremely small. The service also is not the best. Wouldn’t go back!

The best "Portuguese bakery" that I have been able to know on the other which I do not recall is the side of flavor which makes us recall Portugal we have the impression of being there when tasting their pastel de natas and then all the rest was excellent. I highly recommend for those who want to discover Portuguese specialties and those who want to rediscover our flavors of the country 🥰

During my short business stay in Geneva, I stumbled on this amazing Portuguese backery! It immediately became my place to go for breakfast, and I tried several of their sandwiches, pastries and coffees, and not once was I dissapointed! If the owner of this place is reading this, please open a branch in Zürich ;)

One of the best espressos in Geneva, I have only tasted the coffee, roasted by specialists from Portugal, Delta coffees, the same quality for 30 years that I have been drinking everywhere in Europe, independent opinion, yes yes I swear, and I'm letting go here, I've wanted to write for a long time to proclaim that Delta coffees are so good in bars and in bakeries like here!

Nice bakery, pastry shop, Portuguese tea room. The coffees are good and the cakes are beautiful. The sandwiches and pastries are very good. Its location is ideal, rue de Lausanne accessible by car, bike, motorcycle tram. But not yet by helicopter or plane.

It's a relaxing shop where you can eat good Portuguese pastries with a good Café Delta and order cakes by weights, I'm Parisian and when it comes to prices we're really in Switzerland so be careful not to have too much eyes bigger than the stomach. I recommend the waitress is very welcoming.

First of all, I wanted to take a photo because I was so happy to see Portuguese products and they wouldn't let me because supposedly it could be for the competition, unfortunately it was exactly the competition that sent us to you because apparently you would have more choice. The premises are clean but the products are VERY lacking in freshness uma broa de milho of at least 3 days and uma broinha de mel com sabor a mofo. Please do not worry about the quality of your products.

Like in Portugal...birthday cake order in less than 24 hours...rare enough to be reported!!! Afterwards, you have to love “light” pastries :)

I come from time to time to buy cheap and delicious pastel de nata pastries to take away. However, I always feel under pressure from the waiters to order something quickly at the checkout and the waiters seem to me to be unwelcoming to people who wanted to stay there for a while. There was one time I took a balloon at the end of the day and they sold me the bread even though it was hard as a rock.
