Visiting Solothurn in the historic center in a somewhat hidden location I found this typical Italian restaurant. So if a person wants to eat real Italian food he is in the right place. I can assure you that the food is better than in many other Italian restaurants. The strozzapreti with sausage and porcini mushrooms was delicious, the portions were generous and honestly I ate the second course out of greed! Second course: escalope with mushrooms and fried potatoes. Tiramisu, espresso and Sanbuca. My partner ate strozzapreti with truffle and burrata, Roman saltimbocca with vegetables. To drink 2 glasses of red coca cola zero and water. Total 160 chf. The service was friendly, fast and friendly. It is truly an Italian restaurant. I highly recommend it.

We were stressed when ordering: statement: "Choose quickly, the kitchen closes at 2 p.m." (on the internet it says hot food all the time. When I asked about gluten-free, I was asked what I specifically meant by that. I can choose mur sauce from the noodles, There is only one type of gluten-free pasta (couldn't name which one). Ask if I can have a portion of vegetables: "No, that's a side dish, you can't do it alone."

The price for Nüsslersalat with egg is unacceptable. The portion is so small that we thought it was half a portion. For CHF 11.50 you get half an egg and around 50g of nut lettuce. Salad dressing and balsamic vinegar. (Both certainly not homemade) Sorry, guys, that's really too expensive. I'm not coming back and I can't see you!!! recommend. Unfortunately, the canneloni we had didn't taste particularly special either. Pretty bland. Were they homemade or was it frozen goods? Doesn't matter. I'm not coming back anyway. A quick comment about the furniture in the dining room: the chairs are broken, disgusting and greasy! Bah. Really disgusting. This is immediately noticeable. You can only sit there with old clothes.

Unfortunately you can't eat pizza for two!!! We wanted to share a pizza and an appetizer between two, but the service staff told us that wasn't possible. We would each have to order a small pizza. However, this was not the right price-performance ratio for us. It was so small that we were still hungry and was only $2 cheaper than a normal one. Very unfortunate!!!
