DaPizi in Zürich

It was my first time eating here and the food was very tasty. The atmosphere is also very chic and everything is clean. Can give a clear recommendation.

I visited the restaurant with high expectations based on the many positive reviews, but found a cuisine that was significantly different from the restaurant's Italian name. Although the dishes were well presented, I missed the authentic Italian taste that I was expecting.

We have been visiting friends in Zurich for a few days and one of the days we were alone in the city we found this Italian restaurant. Very good treatment by the staff and very delicious food. If we visit Zurich again, we will definitely eat there again 😊.

Authentic place with good food and cozy atmosphere. It’s not one of those fancy hip places with too many people squeezed in! We had a nice table and enough space to next tables. Staff were friendly and food - we had pizzas - tasty and good size.

At the recommendation of a colleague, we spontaneously went out for pizza for lunch. The owner welcomed us in the most friendly way and accompanied us to our seats. I ordered the Pizza Rustica. After a very short wait, the pizza arrived and was a real treat. The base was very crispy and the ingredients were very pleasantly conceived. The owner came by regularly and asked us if the pizza was tasty. In my opinion, an absolute must-eat for pizza lovers and friends of good gastronomy.

We came here about 9pm on a Saturday evening, was very quiet which was quite nice but wasn’t sure if that was a good thing or not. Music not overly loud and the staff were friendly. Plenty of choices from a pizza perspective and they also have some pasta dishes. We went with the Hawaii and 4 cheeses pizzas which were both extremely nice and large in size. The base could be slightly more done but nothing to complain about at all, really enjoyed the pizzas and the drinks were nice also.

The chef is very friendly and enjoys welcoming customers. He is convinced of the quality of his cuisine based on fresh produce. Unfortunately I do not share his opinion. The dishes were not to my taste. The ingredients used are not of quality and the preparation leaves something to be desired. The house wine had no taste. The seemingly homemade ice creams made me think of popsicles with crushed ice. So a disappointment...

The pizza and pasta I ate when I moved from Italy to Switzerland were less salty and delicious than the ones I ate in Italy!!!! The wine of the month (Hoeit) we drank together was also clean and good!!! I was in a hurry to find this place on a rainy day, and the owner was very friendly! The person working in the kitchen came by later to ask how the food was, and it was so fun haha. I wrote it down because I remembered it, and when we said we were Korean, he took out a Samsung phone and said he liked it, so we showed him an iPhone and said we use Apple, and he laughed. Haha, that's how cheerful he is. The atmosphere is reasonably quiet and it's a great place for family, friends and lovers to come. After we finished eating and paying, we chatted for a bit. He said he would come again the next time he comes to Switzerland, so he gave me his business card. Haha. If you don't like European food that's too salty, I recommend this place! The price was good compared to Swiss prices! Both are good!

1st time trying out this restaurant when we first arrived into Zurich and totally impressed us with the friendliness of the boss, Fabio. And the food were so delicious that we went back the following day for dinner. Fabio and his team are very friendly and great services as well. Fabio consistently checked with us to ensure that everything was in order and also if we need anything else. They are also able to cater to my gluten free pasta request and it's also delicious Definitely highly recommended!!

We were warmly greeted with all our luggage by the owner, Rico. He was very gracious and didn't rush us as we settled with all of our stuff. Had wonderful conversations with him while we waited for our food. We had the gluten free carbonara and the prosciutto fungi pizza. Both were delicious! They were also gracious to let us to stay a half hour after their lunch closing while we waited for our train. Highly recommend!

I had dinner in the evening with friends and I tried the seafood spaghetti which was really good. I regret not having taken my girlfriend's dish which was less beautiful but a thousand times better (parmigiana di melanzane). The offers with the green fork were really accommodating, take a look, it's worth it. Regarding the staff really loves even if the cook had forgotten 2 starters. It wasn't that bad because our eyes were bigger than our stomachs so in the end it was all the better. We were delighted to know that they spoke French. They were chatty and welcoming, a really friendly restaurant.
