We took part in the "Tavolata" event. Super fine food, beautifully presented, authentic Italian, nice people at the table, interesting conversations and fine wines. That's exactly how it has to be! Wow what an unforgettable evening. We took part in the Champagne Gala and were absolutely spoiled with 10 courses. David's team is very well-coordinated and very friendly. You are also welcome to look over the chefs' shoulders and have a little chat. The location is also unique and furnished with great attention to detail. Definitely worth a visit!

We can highly recommend the cooking studio. We booked a Kitchen Battle for my bachelorette party and it was fantastic. What was great about the evening was that Jean-Claude accompanied us and he gave everything to give us a wonderful evening. His humorous and relaxed manner was great, we felt completely comfortable and are very grateful for this great evening, we definitely recommend such an evening. The cooking studio is super modern, everything is very tastefully furnished, with three kitchens, etc. So if you would like to experience a cooking course in a different way with your friends, definitely book at this cooking studio.

The cooking course in David Geisser's cooking studio was great. Very pleasant atmosphere and a nice location. The two chefs taught us a lot and we were able to enjoy a great dinner.

We had a very pleasant stay in the cooking studio. The service was absolutely attentive, professional and friendly. The menu was very tasty and had some surprising components, which makes a dinner like this even more special. We'd love to come back!

Had a private cooking event with 9 people at David Geisser. He had his chef with him as support. It was a nice welcome and relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of space, the appliances are top notch. The food was also top quality and from the region. Unfortunately, David Geisser became more and more relaxed with the supervision and so the quality of the result was unfortunately rather poor (because DG simply did not control the processes and only 'commanded' them loosely). Nevertheless, I would hold an event there again because I am sure that the kitchen team can implement the criticism.

Deserved 5 stars, definitely try it out. In a nice atmosphere, very nice and attentive host and crew. From an aperitif, to a starter and a main course with many unique creations, to dessert. Flavor explosions that delight the palate.
