Amazing sushi and very kind service! 👌🏼

We’re vegetarian and we requested some veggie sushi that wasn’t on the menu and they made some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! Thai food was insanely good too. Very accommodating for vegetarian food, staff was very friendly and a beautiful ambiance as well. 100% recommend trying it out!

As an Asian who goes to Thailand frequently, the Thai food at this restaurant is pretty good!!

We wonder where a 4.8 rating comes from? The restaurant is so loud that normal conversation is almost impossible. The staff seemed stressed, the lady, perhaps the manager of the restaurant, was impersonal and hectic, which was floating in the air. It's unpleasant as a guest to be served but not actually welcome! We had to wait a long time for our food. The Thai green curry was a manageable portion. It's a shame that we allowed ourselves to be deceived by the recession on the Internet.

This restaurant is extremely recommended! Not only because of the delicious food and reasonable prices, but also because the staff is courteous and polite. 👍🏻 I had the crispy duck with vegetables and a honey sauce. It was a real flavor bomb. I also had a lychee drink, which I already knew and really like. 🤩 The waitress who served us only spoke a little German and mostly English, but she was friendly and personable. She packed up the rest of the duck for me and added a little extra rice (for free) because there was almost no left. For dessert I had a Thai banana special menu (banana pieces with coconut milk and super delicious coconut ice cream) *also recommended. 👌🏻 This evening was very nice. If I'm in Pontresina again, I'll definitely come back!☺️

We really enjoyed the food here! Many of the places around here are the typical Swiss cuisine, so this restaurant was nice to eat at. The ambience of the place is really nice, and the staff are welcoming and friendly! The food also tasted very authentic— the chefs even came out to meet us towards the end of our meal. It was a little expensive, but I guess around here in Switzerland you can’t expect anything to be cheap. Great presentation as well as desserts as well! Would highly recommend for someone looking for a non-Swiss meal alternative or just searching for a great restaurant!

5* for the food, 3* for the service. The good thing first: The food is very good. We came in August and now in October, and the two ladies in service are very friendly and charming, but somehow it just didn't work out both times. The reservation was somehow ruined. The waiting times are too long and everything just doesn't seem optimally organized. But this only applies until the order reaches the kitchen, from then on it works well, and as already mentioned, the food is very tasty. You shouldn't leave completely hungry and thirsty, and you should have a lot of patience, then you will be rewarded with good food.

While passing through Pontresina, I had dinner at Deco Thai. I had a very pleasant time there. The welcome is warm, the service is fast and multilingual. The dishes are delicious, very well prepared and presented.

We arrived very late in the evening as we had previously stood in front of the closed doors of the restaurants in St. Moritz 3 times. We were greeted by a very, very nice waitress, Sandra. Even though we only arrived at 9:30 a.m., the kitchen prepared delicious spring rolls and fresh sushi especially for us. It tasted absolutely amazing. In summary, I can only recommend the restaurant, the service and the food. Definitely worth a visit! Many thanks to Sandra and the kitchen team! :)

Absolutely delicious authentic Thai food, one of the best in Engadine region. The place is warm and cozy and the head waitress Sandra is very friendly and welcoming. The chefs are very humble and serve the most authentic Asian flavours in each dish they prepare. Must try - Tom Yam Goong soup, Rotes Thai curry.

Excellent Thai restaurant in Pontresina. The food here is outstanding - genuine Thai food in the alps! The two chefs are both from Thailand and the cuisine is amazing and service is great. Highly recommend. We came here twice during our stay in Pontresina.

Thai is a must try here! The chef is very polite and welcoming. He is ready to go to any extent to serve guests with good food. I dropped here for lunch everyday and had the same dish as it was very delicious!

If you are looking for something different from the typical Swiss mountain food, this is a must in the Engadin. Interior is nothing special, but the service is GREAT (both the servers and the chefs who came out to check in) and more importantly food is delicious. The classic deep fried spring rolls is YUMMY, the chicken skewer with peanut sauce deserves a mention as the sauce is amazing. We always order pad Thai to judge a Thai place at our first visit and it did not disappoint. In general the average price of dining out in the area is very high compared to most metropolitan cities of the world but the large portions made up for it. We also tried the spicy pork dish with green beans and it was spicy as you would expect from an authentic Thai place. We went back twice before our engadin trip was over. Highly recommended.

They recently changed the kitchen to Thai cuisine, from thai chef. I'm a thai and I loved the food there. It's of course with some adaptations to european taste but you can definitely ask for the real thai spicy. Service is very friendly and helpful. You can sit outside at the terrace, enjoying the sun. I would drop by everyday if I stay in town.

We loved the place. The food is authentic Thai style and if you ask for it they serve a delicious Som Tam salad as spicy as in Thailand. The service was great. Fast, kind and with a great sense of hospitality.

Wir haben heute unser Nachtessen hier genossen. Das Essen war köstlich (sharing untereinander klappt super) der Wein ebenfalls, die Bedienung authentisch und sehr nett. Darüber hinaus ist die Akkustik super - Musik in angenehmer Lautstärke, man kann normal sprechen und hört von den Nachbartischen kaum etwas. Gerne wieder!

Das Restaurant Deco war DIE Entdeckung an unserem letzten Ferienabend in Pontresina. Wenn man Thai mag und sich vegan ernährt, könnte man es in Pontresina nicht besser treffen als im Deco. Die ThomKa-Suppe und Frühlingsrollen - zur Vorspeise - waren ein Gedicht und die raffinierten roten und gelben Thai-Currys, die mit Tofu und Pilzen ein proteinhaltiges Mahl lieferten, ebenfalls eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, und sogar der Koch ging von Tisch zu Tisch die Gäste begrüssen und fragen, ob es geschmeckt hat.Einziges Verbesserungspotenzial: Die veganen Gerichte könnten auch auf der Speisekarte als solche deklariert sein.Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren heute kurzfristig und spontan im Restaurant. Das thailändische Essen ist super lecker (Pad Thai und rotes Curry) man spührt, dass der Koch ein Thai sein muss. Absolut empfehlenswert und mit Leidenschaft gekocht. Auch Bedienung war sehr nett. Weiter so! Achtung, es lohnt sich zu reservieren. Es ist oft ausgebucht.

Schöne und ausgewogene Speisekarte für thailändische Gerichte. Sehr gut und mit viel Herzblut gekocht. Der thailändische Koch stellte sich bei uns am Tisch vor und wir erhielten auch ein Dessert, welches nicht auf der Karte war. Auch italienische und schweizerische Gerichte sind auf der Karte. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Eher überrascht von dem Angebot, haben wir es versucht und waren durchaus zufrieden mit diesem Besuch. Das Angebot reicht von regionalen und aktuellen Speisen bis eben hin zum thailändischen.Die Thailändische Karte ist nicht riesig, aber man findet für jeden Geschmack was. Das Ambiente ist schön, aber unter dem Namen Deco haben wir etwas leicht anderes erwartet, was aber die Wertung nicht verschlechtert. Besuchenswert!

Sehr leckeres Thai-Essen mit frischen Zutaten, ein Genuss. Ausserdem Europäische Karte; unserer Tochter haben die Nudeln mit Bolognese sehr gut geschmeckt. Unglaublich freundlicher Service, so nett (und schnell) sind wir selten bedient worden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich habe noch nie in einem Restaurant gegessen, das Schweizer, Italiener und Thailänder anbietet. Es macht Spaß, weil Sie dieses Restaurant drei Nächte lang genießen können und das Gefühl haben, jeden Abend an einem anderen Ort gegessen zu haben. Alles, was wir an beiden Abenden bestellt haben, war hervorragend. Wir haben oft thailändisches Essen gegessen und fanden das rote Curry-Huhn und den gelben Curry-Lachs und das Hühnchen-Pad Thai gut gewürzt, wunderschön präsentiert und großzügig portioniert. Reis Portionsgröße war genug, um die ganze Sauce zu genießen. Der Wildbreteintopf war herzhaft mit zartem Fleisch und reichhaltiger Soße und wurde von kandierten Kastanien, Rotkohl und Spätzle begleitet. Von den verschiedenen Vorspeisen, die wir bestellt haben, war der Chicken Satay die beste - vier Spieße mit dickem, saftigem Hühnchen mit einer würzigen Erdnusssauce - ich glaube, auf jedem Spieß waren 4 Stück Hühnchen. Champignoncremesuppe war erdig, würzig und wurde heiß serviert. Die großen Garnelenspieße waren gut, aber wenn Sie nur eine Vorspeise auswählen müssen, nehmen Sie den Satay. Der Kellner an beiden Abenden, an denen wir da waren, war eine junge Frau aus Italien, die so nett und freundlich war und sich trotz der vielen Beschäftigungen um unsere Bestellung kümmerte. Der Essbereich ist hell und modern und passt zur Frische des Essens. Es war eine gute Erfahrung an beiden Abenden.

Dieses Lokal ist gemütlich eingerichtet und als Gast wird man herzlich empfangen. Die grosse Auswahl an Gerichten......... wer die Wahl hat? Die Zubereitung der frischen Zutaten, spitze! Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. In Pontresina würde ich dieses Lokal immer weiter empfehlen, ein Besuch lohnt sich 👏🏻

Italian, Swiss and Thai cuisine. We ate Thai and it was all delicious. The location is very beautiful, a warm and typically Engadine environment. The staff is friendly and very customer oriented. We met Sandra, a wonderful person. The experience was great, we will be back for sure. I forgot: Tia (the chef) is Thai! In short, an experience that I would not have expected to live in Pontresina.

Interesting menu mixing Italian and asian dishes. A bit on the expensive side but not overly pricey, the food itself is delicious. On the negative side, the house will bill for tap water, which always strikes me as stingy.

Wir waren jeden Tag dort, um die verschiedenen Gerichte auf der Speisekarte zu erkunden. Glutenfreie Speisen erhältlich. Reservierung im Voraus wird empfohlen. Sehr leckeres Essen und einige überraschende Aromen

Zu viert besuchten wir das umgebaute und neu konzipierte Restaurant. Neben ein paar Hotelgästen füllte sich das Lokal rasch mit externen Gästen. Ein einziger Kellner wirbelte herum und verlor seine gute Laune trotz dem Stress nicht. Wir wählten das grüne oder rote Curry mit Rind oder Poulet. Serviert wird es in Schüsseln auf Warmhalteplatten, zusammen mit Klebereis. Es war geschmacklich sehr gut und als wir nach etwas mehr Schärfe verlangten, kam der thailändische Koch persönlich und brachte extrem scharfe Chilischoten. Insgesamt sehr gut und eine wohltuende Abwechslung für Pontresina. Speditiver und freundlicher Service. Vernünftige Preise.

Dieses Restaurant befindet sich im Schweizerhof Hotel, hat aber auch einen separaten Eingang von der Straße. Wir haben hier 2 Nächte gegessen. Einmal aus dem asiatischen Stilmenü, dem anderen italienischen Stil. Beide Mahlzeiten waren ausgezeichnet und wurden von freundlichem Personal serviert.

Im Rahmen unseres Hotelaufenthalts waren wir an einem Abend im Deco. Die hausgemachten Capuns waren gut. Der Service freundlich. Sehr warme Räumlichkeiten.

Ci siamo capitati per caso attratti dalla vetrata esterna,una luce accogliente invitava a lasciare le temperature fredde di questi giorni e ad entrare.Subito ci ha colpito l'accoglienza del personale,un caldo sorriso che riscalda il cuore,posto curato e carino...Menù ampio con diversi tipologie di piatti davvero per tutti i palati...abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto thai per poi sperimentare diversi piatti.Curata la presentazione e le pietanze ottime...ho assaggiato qua e là i piatti dei miei amici e sono rimasta soddisfatta...dolci fatti in casa e un buon amaro hanno concluso la nostra serata...i ragazzi in servizio ci hanno mostrato la Stuvetta per le fondue di carne e di formaggio...idea eccellente per la prossima volta che mi troverò in zona...VE LO CONSIGLIO

Abbiamo cenato sia al ristorante, dove abbiamo mangiato bene, ma quello che ci è piaciuto moltissimo è stata la fondue chinoise con spaghetti di soia nel brodo, carne tenerissima e salsine fatte in casa buonissime: il tutto nella allegra stübli -bomboniera. Merita senz'altro!

Das Restaurant liegt sehr zentral an der Hauptstraße. Der Veranstaltungsort selbst ist gemütlich und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. In einer Gruppe von 5 hatten wir alle verschiedene Gerichte aus dem italienischen, thailändischen und schweizerischen Menü. Wir alle genossen das Essen, die Speisen waren schön und lecker. Nächstes Mal werden wir ihre Stuvetta für Swiss Rackette ausprobieren. Desserts sind hausgemacht - Sorbetto Braulio einer der besten. Schöner Abschied mit Petitfur zusammen mit einem guten Espresso. Sie nehmen auch weg. Werde zurück kommen.
