Nice cup of coffee in the cafe of the chocolate factory

After 20 minutes without being served/attended to, the four of us left the café again. The food cannot therefore be rated, but the prices on the menu are rather too high.

Beautiful Cafe very close DDLJ bridge( Indian tourist would know what I am talking about 😃). The staff was so nice and the food was brilliant. And the coffee was just brilliant, loved it. Thank you.

The place looks cozy but the employees don't speak a word in English and it is also super pricey. The quality of the products might be good thou, I haven't tried it because I couldn't communicate with them so I went to another coffee shop nearby. Edit : this in response to your answer. Definitely not everyone speaks English there I am sorry but the girl that attended me didn't understand a word, even I said "pastry"and she didn't know what I was talking about. Otherwise I would have given a try and maybe the feedback would be different. Secondly, the pastries were a bit exposed and a lot of flies were around them. Some lid covering would be more hygienic. Take the feedbacks as a motivation to improve not just as a criticism.

Good coffee & OK breakfast. Sitting in the terrace with the view is relaxing.

Waiting for 20 minutes on the terrace to place an order (hardly any guests inside), someone from the staff comes and clears the tables, runs away, heeehhh ????? Do they make money with clean tables!!??? the new Gastronomy 2022 doesn't give half a star, go again.

Best place for Soy Cappuccino or Soy Macha in the area. Bright, clean, sunny, friendly environment with a really tastefully decorated interior - offering several seating options - Small tables by the window, a comfortable lounge area with sofa's, a large common table, and finally an outside area which is extremely pleasant in warm weather. It really has everything and the atmosphere is great. Lots of light bites - sandwiches, soups and bagel options. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more efficient. I highly recommend.

Great place, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of choices for coffee and bagels. And many other things.... There is also a chocolate corner. Everything is homemade. Super cozy. There are sofa tables that make you feel at home. There is also a terrace. I recommend this cafe. In the city center of Saanen

My favorite spot in Saneen. Winter or summer, it’s always a nice place to go to and drink your Rivella made in Switzerland. They have plenty of magazine for you to look at, and also an area for the kids to play so the parents can relax and drink their coffee.

Very nice and quiet cafe. Very fine food and extremely fine homemade ice cream. The service was very friendly. It has several seats inside, lounges and a play area for the children. There are also many tables outside. Has a very nice and clean toilet. Highly recommended.

A very nice, modern, cozy coffee. They have a great selection and the food is fresh. The coffee not only looks beautiful, it is also delicious. The toddlers' corner is particularly practical for families. The service is very friendly and competent. Highly Recommended!

A spacious cafe with table seats and sofa seats. Used by family. We have a wide variety of chocolates and cakes. There are many choices for drinks, including coffee and tea. I ate the Mont Blanc cake, and it was really sweet and delicious.

One star only because it is too expensive! Two small hamburgers, as much as they fit, two salads, two teas, plain water and two small beers cost 100 f😡 apart from the fact that they have their own cakes, treats, and screaming prices, this place does not stand out in any way!

Very modern café in the Bernese Oberland. We really enjoy our time there every time. The bagels are great and the cheesecake is also highly recommended. We are already looking forward to the next visit. :-)

Very welcoming staff and yummy cakes

After a lovely hike, our group arrived in Saanen. A visit to this restaurant was planned. The location on the edge of the village is good. The outdoor terrace directly between the facades and glass front of a planning office is not ideal. The different outdoor furniture should be uniform. The prices are at the upper limit. The quality and originality of the products, service, hospitality and the interior design are absolutely top.

Excellent coffee, salad and desserts. You need to visit them.

The Delice Cafe offers a good quality range of patisserie and chocolatiers. Food for a little hunger in between can also be found on the menu. The cafe is modern and styled with attention to detail. There are bright spots at the window fronts as well as cozy corners at the back. Two outdoor terraces offer space on nice weather days. The service is courteous and friendly, the pricing... well, you're in the immediate vicinity of Gstaad, but you don't go overboard either. All in all: recommended.

A wonderful oasis with the finest delicacies. Very stylish yet cozy, trendy and inviting. The employees are extremely courteous and friendly! Also very suitable for families. Children can spend time in the well-equipped play area or outside on pedal cars... so everyone gets their money's worth. THE PLACE TO BE for a little deserved break in between! We'll be back...Ps: We ordered the small breakfast. Price/performance is awesome!

The deluxe breakfast is overwhelming. Cold meat, cheese, a huge portion of the finest salmon, a wonderful Birchermüesli and of course a selection of the legendary Délice patisserie. Unless you happen to come across a hungry family that eats everything, you should have the rest packed up. The friendly team will be happy to take care of that too.

Cozy place to enjoy a good chai tea or hot chocolate. You can accompany it with a small cake with your eyes closed, everything is excellent. Terrace not very warm

The best coffee far and wide, lovingly served in a pleasant atmosphere. It has a play area for the little ones. If you want to relax more, you can retreat to the lounge corner.

The service was excellent and friendly. Very fast and kind. The cappuccino was very good, the relationship between the bitterness of the coffee and the cakes was perfect. The cake I got was a shortcrust pastry with apricots and another with plums and very good.

Wonderful atmosphere and a cozy place. I tried the Cheese Cake as well as the Bagel with Cream Cheese. Both were of high quality and tasted good. Prices are reasonable compared to other spots in this area. Cappuccino was really good and waiters were friendly and fast. A very good overall-experience.
