The first time I bought traditional "alheiras" sausages from the north of Portugal made by this establishment in Bussigy because when I started eating them I noticed something something abnormal to my knowledge, from the palace of couchon "offal" I took the liberty of claiming my purchase and I was told that it was "normal"... needless to say that I would throw them in the trash. Second time I bought half a pig when I started cooking there were parts that smelled bad impossible to eat but not all the parts so that leads me to believe that there were several pieces of different animals . I took the rest of the meat and took it to the store and with great diplomacy I called one of the managers nearby and he offered to replace the meat because he had a so-called problem. I accepted because a “mistake” can happen to anyone. I continued to make my purchases just this Sunday, no more problems because as usual I buy ham cooked to cut which I ask to be fine and in addition they have an automatic slicer arriving at the house I have it I put it in the fridge in the afternoon I opened the package and the ham had an appearance that I didn't like. I called the store and they didn't answer me because they were probably closed on Tuesday because on Monday they are closed I took the package of ham to the store and once again very politely I called a manager and I started to explain, it was at this moment that the manager grabbed the package like a rag and without letting me finish to throw the package on the ground. With my education and politeness I made him understand that I will no longer come into this store and let him shout.
