Capsules were not received on 08/02/22 / as of 08/12/22. I had to ask twice whether the capsules would be sent and when; Proactive information from Delizio is unfortunately a request (according to the post on August 5th, 2022, but no pickup order was received!). Logistics process can be improved (competitors are much better; capsules reach me within 3 working days at the latest). I canceled the order because I need the capsule on August 13th, 2022 and I couldn't be guaranteed delivery by tomorrow. lady from. KD was friendly which gives it a 2 star rating.

My boyfriend bought me a cake for Valentine's Day. I'm really not a complaining person but I've never had anything like this before. The cake cost 26.- and looked very nice. When we cut it, we thought it had a raspberry or strawberry filling, unfortunately not. We tried it and it was a scandal, it tasted like biting into butter with 10kg of sugar. We now have to throw the cake away because it really doesn't taste good....... 😔
