The location is ok, but the noodles are real... no more comment. Look at the photo, they sell it as tomato sauce with BASIL, the pasta is too hard and sticks to your teeth. Simple, enjoyable, affordable and one of the best pizzas in Zurich. This chain has many locations in Zurich but the old town near Hotel Alexander is the best. You can watch people on the street while you eat. My favourite is quattro formaggi, their ice cream is also delicious.

We had a voucher, but the manager told his employee to put the full price on the invoice anyway. He probably thought we don‘t speak Italian. When we ask him why the voucher is not valid, he was just arrogant and told us that this is his business and he can do what he wants. Tourist trap, never again.

Both of the pasta were ok in taste but they were undercooked a little bit and the lady working at the cash desk and kitchen was very rude and when i was speaking in english she was not responding properly. I can adjust with the food but she was not serving properly also. Bad experience.

Dieci is good for pizza delivery, but today this place had seriously irritating technical problems with their Sonos speakers. I can't imagine it's pleasant to work here if management can't get this issue sorted out. Or just unplug the broken thing, no sound is better than intermittent playback (50% duty cycle, every handful of seconds).

Affordable, yummy food and well served portions. The place itself has 2 tables inside and few to eat outside. We had the small gnocchi in rosé sauce, pizza gorgonzola and small penne carbonara, plus 2 beers. The total was 54 CHF. Very good price for Zürich and the area.
