Good evening... we ordered a Hawaiian and Galzone pizza this evening... the delivery service doesn't speak German and nothing, well... yes, Hawaii was ok but the galzone was a dead dumpling... no egg flat... etc. We certainly won't be ordering anything else... greetings

Was abroad for 4 years. I really missed pizza, I didn't like any of it abroad. I recently went back to Switzerland, I lived in Switzerland before, and I immediately ordered from dieci take way. They were very nice and quick. I recommend it to everyone. Dieci in uster.

The pizza may be good, but the way the couriers thunder through Uster is terrible. Today our child was almost hit because a courier couldn't make the turn. Not exaggerated: Driving through the densely populated city at 80km/h. Absolutely negligent and unprofessional. I won't support this anymore and will order from Chillis or Aladin, they at least drive decently through the city. Maybe the police will do something soon.

Very good pizza. I like to order here often. However, the delivery time sometimes does not correspond to the information on the website. Food always arrives warm and drinks are always cold.

Poor pizza - they only put few things up basically charging 20 Francs for base with Tomato sauce.. if you ever had proper “Italian Pizza” - this is nowhere near it.. sorry.. 🤦‍♂️

They are still perfect and number 1 even though Pizza Allegrezza says they will take all the work out of you.

Waiting time too long, they say 20 minutes but it's over 30 minutes.

I have been ordering regularly from Dieci in Uster since 2019. To date there have been 78 orders on average for 2 people. The quality and quantity of pizzas have evolved from the top to the bottom. Starting with generously topped pizzas and a great dough, to practically no toppings, missing tomato sauce and burnt crust. During a recession 9 months ago, we also commented on this via email. In a few very isolated cases the quality/quantity improved, in others (despite being noted in the comment) it came back unchanged. With my order today, my desire for Dieci completely disappeared when I discovered a dead fly (unfortunately only at the end) that was under the pizza dough. The quality and quantity that is delivered at Dieci for a pizza that costs an average of 22.- is disproportionate. I have now spent over 3000.- on this company, unfortunately it seems in vain.

I have been ordering regularly from dieci in Uster for some time and am usually very satisfied. Today the Stromboli pizza came without pepperoncino. A short phone call with a nice gentleman and 15 minutes of waiting later, the right pizza was hot and delicious at our front door. Thanks! And for everyone who gives a bad review because of a mistake, have you tried calling them? We all make mistakes, the only question is how we deal with them...

Super Fein, best pizza courier in Uster

Dear Dieci team, Today we ordered a delivery service from you for the first time... The calzone was ONLY WITH ham... CHAMPION AND THE EGG were missing... then the pizza was very small and lukewarm. We are used to something different in Wetzikon. The mixed salad (FROM ALDI) for Fr. 8.00 is a disgrace... I have NEVER received such a salad from a pizza courier... is this your business idea to supply customers like this?? Best regards Leuenberger family

I've read the bad reviews from the last few months. Today 4.3.23 Quattro Stagioni and Occio di bue Speciale were absolutely perfect and well documented. The mixed salad and the ruccola salad with Grana Padano were well filled and of first-class quality. We only order every few months, it's always been so good. We always put the pizza in the 250 degree oven for 1 minute so it gets perfect and hot. Whatever it was, it's over 😀 you can order again.

Food was delivered on time but the lasagna was half raw and not tasty. Although everyone knows that Italian food is eaten with bread, Dieci charges 5.- (!!) for a pizza bread that I didn't order. I also had to argue at the door while the food got cold.

Have been ordering from Dieci for years and it has always been delicious. Now it's something completely different. Are no longer satisfied at all. The last 3 times burned, or raw, etc. A store-bought oven pizza tastes even better. Are very disappointed.

We order from dieci again and again but the quality is bottom drawer. Pizza was either burnt (the base was black), cold that it had to be warmed up again in the oven or that it was on Sunday that the topping wasn't delivered and the courier told me he would bring it to me... Never seen it again nor received any feedback. I contacted you using the contact form and so far no response... I will definitely avoid the Uster...

We have been ordering from Dieci regularly for around 4 years now. We have always been very satisfied, for us it is the best pizza courier in the region. Unfortunately, the toppings are becoming increasingly poor; today we received half a margherita instead of prosciutto e funghi. Rustica also used to be much better occupied. Definitely not enough for an average price of around 20 francs per pizza. It seems as if a cost-saving program is being implemented here... What a shame!

Disaster... close this pizzeria or change the branch management. The poor employees.

The Pizza Dieci only came with mascarpone instead of raw ham and mascarpone. So it was a Margherita pizza with cream. Was inedible. In addition, chocolate mousse was delivered instead of tiramisu. Dieci used to be THE pizza delivery service in the region. Now just disappointing. Have changed.

Dear 10 team. I order from you with a few friends almost every Friday. We were always very satisfied. Unfortunately, the cheese seems to have changed in the last few weeks. A cheese that tastes artificial and really doesn't taste good. So unfortunately we now have to look for a new courier. NEVER AGAIN Dieci Uster! Lasagna was path and like burnt pudding! Pizza dough like chewing gum! I ordered extra spicy, sliced, but it wasn't spicy at all (sweet?) and not sliced! Did you even read the order? It's not even placed next to Quattro Stagione. Quality = 0

Dieci used to be really good, but unfortunately not anymore. The Rustica used to have finely chopped garlic on it, but now it has a greenish sauce/paste that can't be precisely defined and doesn't really taste good. The pizza is also no longer crispy. On the other hand, it would definitely be beneficial to leave the pizza in the oven a little longer to prevent excessive diarrhea... I hope I was able to give some constructive input here.

The pizzas are really good and the price is ok too. Always happy to order them. I think the shop has improved again in the last few months when it comes to pizzas. In the past the surface was too clear, but now I think it's just right. Delivery is always lightning fast!! Why only 4 stars? I often find the offer in terms of price/performance not appropriate (with the exception of pizzas). E.g. Tiramisu is a little bland and reminds you of something cheaply bought in the supermarket. I'm sure that would work better ;) Salads are very nicely presented. I had the gnocchi once and since then I've known to stick with pizza and salad ;)

Excellent pizza (cooking, fragrance, aromas), kind and quick delivery (even on site), the family pizza option is super. n.b.(if you want to enjoy a tasty pizza like in Italy but you are in Switzerland, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!).

The pizza was rubbery like the Americans. It's a shame, they used to be much better.

The wrong pizzas arrived cold after almost 2 hours of waiting. No apology, no replacement of the pizzas, just the explanation that they have a lot to do because of the football game. As a result, 3 out of 5 people couldn't eat because of allergies. Never again !

Driver just drives right in front of you at 9:30 in the evening without lights. If I hadn't stopped there would have been an accident. Continues without reaction. The 2 stars are only for the telephone operator, the driver would have earned 0 stars and a week of onion chopping. And the cut is just 1.

A lot has improved there! Although the waiting time was 30 minutes, the 2 pizzas were delivered nice and warm after just under 20 minutes. And they tasted good too... Had to wait an hour for the pizza to be delivered in Uster, not far from Florastrasse. Let's see how it tastes.

I am absolutely thrilled with Dieci in Uster. Fine pizzas have been delivered in record time for years. A few weeks ago the courier forgot to deliver an ice cream and we only discovered it late. It can happen and we didn't report it. A nice gentleman just came by after a few weeks and brought over the ice cream. I find this to be true professionalism and customer focus. Well done!

Dieci has been making really good pizzas for years and it's still the same today! It's also nice to see how they develop over time; everything from gluten-free to vegan pizzas can be found. Price-performance ratio is therefore right for me.

A few months ago, Dieci was just great! But lately delivery has been totally unreliable. Then it says delivery in 35 minutes, but only gets it in 1 hour. Okey can happen sometimes (or a few times). But yesterday the absolute crowning glory was ordered at 6:59 p.m., they said it would be an hour, but we got it at 9:42 p.m. When I call I'm just told there's a system error and I've called twice. After the 3rd time, no one answers the phone. Honestly, that doesn't work at all and is unforgivable

A job as a pizza courier has been sought for a year. 20-30 people come every day to take a closer look at the job. So far no employee has been found. Actually, Dieci is well known, but I didn't know that Dieci exploits others and uses the opportunity not to have to hire employees. The managing director must act correctly and fairly.

Pizza is great, but the comments are ALWAYS ignored!!! SERVICE is therefore difficult..!!!

I will definitely not order from Dieci in Uster again. The pizza is very tasty, BUT an ingredient is missing every time. EVERY TIME! Yesterday we ordered a pizza of our choice, including mascarpone and rocket. Both were missing. When the courier was about to leave, we were able to stop him and explain the problem. His answer was that we should call the courier. He still took the 3 franc tip with him, which I found really cheeky in this case. He also didn't offer to give us back the 4 francs for rocket and mascarpone... We then complained by phone. We were told that we would hear from Dieci again shortly. No call back! It's just a shame. So many times they have forgotten ingredients, yet you always give it a chance and then you are treated like that. Keeping 7 francs without batting an eyelid is one thing, but then not even calling back as promised, that's simply not customer service... We'll definitely not be ordering there anymore!!!

We order pizza from you regularly and are always very satisfied. We have now moved to Fehraltorf and have ordered here several times and in Fehraltorf the pizzas always arrive warm and fresh. Last time a pizza was a bit burnt but otherwise always great. Keep it up

I am otherwise a satisfied orderer but today I was very disappointed with you. I waited over an hour for pizza and salad (the order time was stated as 35 minutes and in the email it was only 30 minutes) no notification that it might take longer and at the end the crowning glory pizza is total burned.

Ordered twice on Friday and Sunday on Friday I had no sauce with the salad and on Sunday they even had no salad and had to be delivered later. The salads were much too cold both times and were almost frozen. Delivery prompt pizza good but the whole thing counts.

Best pizza, deliver quickly, super friendly staff. Everything is going like clockwork.
