The restaurant is located next to the Rapperswil train station. Like always the food in 10dieci is good. I would recommend to make a reservation as this restaurant is almost everytime full. The starters are big portions and its great for sharing. The staff was friendly, especially when you speak italian with them.

Actually you couldn't say anything against the food itself, but the price/performance ratio isn't right. In addition, certain service staff are very unfriendly and can't be surpassed in their audacity. For example, when collecting money, people ask: “How much!?”, something like that is simply not appropriate.

We had to wait a very long time until we were served. The staff prefer to discuss things loudly at the bar. The restaurant is in a top location. The customers come on their own. The regular guests are greeted lovingly. We felt a bit neglected. It's a shame the food pizza was really good.

The waiter was very unfriendly and arrogant. You don't have to wait long for someone to come, but you get dirty looks when you just want to drink something. He had to ask if we could stay. Is not recommended.

Unfortunately, things are no longer what they used to be. I had reserved for two people. The waiter was really arrogant and you could tell he wanted us gone as more and more people came in without reservations. He also just threw the tiramisu at us. Every 10min. he asked us if we wanted anything else. So according to the motto "We should go now". It's not my problem if other guests come into the restaurant without a reservation. Not recommended anymore!!!

The restaurant was full on a Tuesday evening. The two of us asked for a free table, the waiter kindly asked us to go to the bar and asked us to be patient... which I really appreciated because he didn't brush us off... that's how it should be also be in a well-run restaurant...with a drink, the waiting time was also quick...the service is very friendly and efficient..the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was loud and cheerful "alla Italiana".. lovely again

The other tables were served before us even though we were there 10 minutes earlier. Pizza on the edge of the dough is black inside and taken away from the pizza oven too early. The spaghetti was better too. Total bill 80.- and only wanted to give out 10 for 100? 10 Sfr tip or what? The service was in a very bad mood today, we've known Dieci for a long time but it's never been like this.

There isn't much to complain about in terms of the kitchen and yes, on a nice weekend there are a lot of guests and the service reaches its limits, understandably. However, the behavior of the service is not particularly exemplary - poor management by the service manager who was loud several times towards the other employees? Oil and vinegar bottles on the table are pretty dirty and should be cleaned.

Received quite a cold welcome upon arrival. My pizza was really not good and when asking my colleagues, they reported that their food wasn't any good either. What's even more disappointing is that I am currently sitting on the toilet with a runny stomach and cramps. Will most definitely not visit again.

We were there almost 1.5 weeks ago and sat in the bar at the front towards Seestrasse and had a few drinks there and later shared some focaccia that came from the front of the restaurant. The food was good but nothing special. The ambience was nice. There were two employees who served us. One of them was fine and even smiled every now and then. The other was one of the unfriendly waitresses I have ever experienced. Accordingly, we didn't leave any tips there. All in all, I would rather go somewhere else to eat or drink. There are plenty of alternatives nearby.

My experience at Dieci in Rapperswil left me with mixed feelings. The service was a bit disappointing, earning a 2/5 rating, as it didn't quite meet my expectations. Situated in a beautiful setting in Rapperswil, it provided a picturesque backdrop to the dining experience. If you value location and ambiance, Dieci is a great choice despite some shortcomings in service and food quality.

The pizzas from Dieci are great. This time I decided on Gnocchi Gorgonzola. I didn't find it that good, nor visually attractive. The portion was far too big. I had to leave half of it. I always find that a shame. You could also offer a second helping The service was good.

There is 1 star for the fine calamari. Although the portion is quite modest for the price. Service staff totally unfriendly and arrogant. We had to wait even though there were free tables. We are having dinner with 3 other people, the 2 children. We ordered 3 dishes as the little one in the group doesn't eat a whole pizza and we asked for another plate, the waiter was visibly irritated by this. They brought us the food and an extra plate and asked ironically who the "ghost" was. "Pizza was against payment. He asked ironically what you pay and I said the bill. No tip, he said ironically and angrily! Dear Dieci , They have the best kitchen, but the staff needs a lesson in behavior! You really made us feel guilty! The staff couldn't speak German, without hair, disrespectful!

Spontaneously queued at Dieci at 4 p.m. and waited for a table, normal waiting time. The restaurant was completely booked and we were warmly welcomed from the start and they tried very hard to find a suitable table for 2 people with dogs. Water was also brought directly for our four-legged friend, which is very much appreciated as a dog owner. Everyone was very friendly and professional, I can't share the other negative reviews. It is a very busy restaurant with a lot of traffic, so as a guest you just have to be patient. As a guest in a restaurant you shouldn't have any stress, but rather enjoy your free time, otherwise it's better to stay at home. Thanks to the whole team, we really enjoyed our stay with you this afternoon, with our dog, the super fine food and the very attentive and friendly staff, again and again.

I'm from Rapperswil-Jona and haven't been going to this dirty shop for years, the waitresses are arrogant and cheeky, as is the restaurant boss. Reserved tables were suddenly never reserved.

I found something in my spaghetti that wasn't edible. Nobody cared, even the boss came and said yes and left, nobody responded to our concerns and they were all very disrespectful. My colleague didn't receive her pasta after we cooked it, so it wasn't al dente, and then she had to eat it again

A true gem in Rapperswil, Italian food at its highest. The service I efficient and very polite. Since many years I go there almost everyday for lunch and it never disappointed me. Great team. I can't understand the negative reviews.

The food was great. Unfortunately no service. We were served once to place our food order and then we sat there and were not served again. Even when the food was cleared away, we weren't asked if we wanted something to drink or dessert. Then they left.

Not recommendable. The food is barely edible at best but not edible. A selection of grilled seafood is not recommended. The best thing about the pizzas is the dough. The toilet facilities are small, shabby and unclean. The prices are completely exorbitant and are reflected neither in the ambience (uncleanly plastered grille on the wall, probably various savings in the renovation and partition walls that threaten to fall over if accidentally touched) nor in the quality of the food.

Really a shame about the otherwise delicious food. However, the service was extremely disappointing, unfriendly and left a lot to be desired. There was a full five seconds of friendliness - and that was only when it came to the tip. A really disappointing experience. Definitely our last visit.

Very inattentive service, resulting in long waiting times. "Spaghetti alle Vongole" was very bland, 3 Vongole were spoiled (one mussel shell even only contained black, inedible slime). “Pizza Capricciosa” was enjoyable, 5/10. The food is absolutely not worth the money or the wait.

Very nice place on the long lake. We ate some very well-made pizzas and an absolutely abundant and well-composed salad.

I ate a pizza with my wife and it was good. We also drank two beers. Our glasses were still full when the bald waiter came and told us to pay and leave or order again. We didn't even sit there for 30 minutes. I think it's a huge cheek if I hadn't ordered anything then I would understand. It's a shame, the restaurant would be ok but the service is a disgrace for this business.

The guests were treated unequally and had to wait over an hour for the pasta plate. The other guests, who were more peeking or clearly more peeking, got their menu clearly before us. Service very dreamy.

The restaurant is in a great location right on the lake and has a large, beautiful outdoor area. Even though it was lunchtime, we were lucky and got a place on the terrace. The service was nice and speaks Italian. :) The selection is good and we opted for the lunch menus. Due to a mix-up, the focaccia I ordered turned into a pizza with similar toppings. But the waiter apologized for this and it was still tasty. We found the price reasonable for the location. A working concept where you can eat well and authentically.

We made a reservation the evening before and asked for fries especially for our children. We were told that of course there were fries and a children's menu to choose from. The next day during the treatment there were no fries! We had to wait 50 minutes until our daughter finally received her small Margherita pizza. My son received his fried potatoes after an hour! My wife and I also received our food an hour after ordering - we received the main course (pizza) and starter at the same time! The food was actually fine. But if you have to wait an hour for a pizza in a pizzeria, then you can admit that the order was lost, even though we asked several times and complained later! Therefore there is no star for the service, sorry!

The team in the bar seems very busy with themselves. Went on a rainy day and had a little chat outside under the Marquise. Almost no guests and still waited 15 minutes for the room. Had to ask for the bill twice. I think there is still room for improvement

Disgraceful service! The waiter came up to us at the end, gave us the bill, then asked ‘how much?’… confused, I told him the amount on the bill. He replied ‘no tip?’ - awkward. We said nothing, then he reluctantly entered the number on the terminal. After we paid, he sarcastically and frustratedly spoke Italian then angrily waddled off. Never have I seen such poor service in Switzerland.

Basically, the service and the kitchen are overwhelmed with serving the guests. It starts with taking your order and you're basically ignored: "Attention, work". Children's plate, simple pasta with butter takes over 30 minutes and is generally brought after the adult plate. Absolutely incomprehensible. The penne for the children wasn't even cooked through because all the penne stuck in their teeth. A replacement was brought within 10 minutes of exactly the same poor quality. As if the staff wanted to say “No children please!” Not suitable for families, eat somewhere else with your children. In EVERY other restaurant in Rapperswil the service is worlds better.

Unfortunately, the service staff left such a negative impression that I will never go there again. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The stylish and clean decor suggested a pleasant meal. The menu offered a decent selection of Italian dishes, so I opted for a pizza while my companion ordered a pasta. However, the main problem was the service staff. The waiters were extremely rude and arrogant. Her behavior was condescending and significantly marred our lunch experience. It took multiple efforts to get their attention, and when successful, they appeared annoyed and stressed. There was no effort on her part to be friendly or helpful. This wasn't the first time I've had such a bad experience with service at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I couldn't see any improvement or even an apology for her behavior. As a paying customer, I don't feel comfortable spending my money in a place where rude staff detracts from the experience. Overall, my visit to Restaurant Dieci in Rapperswil was a disappointing experience. Although the food was acceptable, it could not disguise the arrogance and rudeness of the service staff. For this reason, I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant as there are better alternatives in the area that offer quality service.

Large terrace is usually fully booked from 6 p.m. Very friendly staff. The food comes quickly and is very good. One star is deducted because the pizza and Spaghetti Vongole were not seasoned...had to add salt and pepper

I had 2x multi-person portions (gnocchi and pasta), both of which are not recommended because they were overcooked. The service itself is top. Some of the staff can only speak English.

Unfriendly and inflexible service

The food was not super great. The pasta did not remind me a lot of classic Italian pasta. It was oily and untasty. The focaccia was slightly better. Probably the pizza is decent but I had better Italian pasta.

The two of us had dinner. My meal came about 10 minutes earlier than that of my colleague, who had ordered ravioli for €29. It was a small portion and not even done. Since the service was poor, I decided not to tip. He then said something derogatory in Italian that we didn't understand and threw the reservation sign on our table. The man who served us had no hair on his head. I have never seen such disrespectful behavior and it amazes me how he can still keep his job.

Something like this has never happened, such rude staff, a waiter even makes faces in front of the customer's face, shame on you, you don't know how to be Italian, that's not how customers are treated, I certainly don't come there anymore! Think you don't have to commit yourself, just ski......o

Fantastic location. On a sunny day it's great to sit at one of their tables and order a simple family lunch. We have been here several times and have always opted for the pizza. Good, but not superlative. The waiters are kind, sometimes a little tired and therefore distracted depending on the amount of people present. Understandable. The manager on the other hand is decidedly rude. Classic "if you don't like it here, go elsewhere, there are 10 other people interested in your table" attitude. It remains an overall pleasant place, but a better attitude from the management could make it even better.

Since the restaurant was full, guests felt like they were being mass processed. The two of us ate at a table with 4 other unknown guests. As soon as they were finished the plates were gone. Pizzas were good according to Dieci standards, but they lack the Italianità and therefore that certain "something".

It takes a long time for the pizza to arrive, so sitting is a bit boring for impatient people. But the hunger for the pizza becomes stronger and you look forward to eating it even more. Even as a small child, I was enchanted by the pizzas at Dieci. They are so juicy and definitely worth buying a pizza from Dieci. You can also order a pizza from home and it will arrive in about half an hour.

Cozy, chic atmosphere, authentic cuisine, attentive and courteous service, tip-top experience. Price performance is right. Very recommendable.
