Really friendly team! The pizza chef is very good! The manager (a blonde woman with glasses) knows how to set the tone, contributes to the good atmosphere and offers first-rate professionalism at Dieci Servette! Really a place to recommend! Excellent experience, top-notch address to keep warm in your address book!!!

A pastry that is too ordinary and thin, too bad. And too expensive for what it is!

Pizza was very authentic and delicious, generous toppings. Nice ambient atmosphere and the staff are very warm and friendly (especially the woman serving us with the blonde hair and glasses)

Finally I found a place with good quality gluten-free pizzas. The service is excellent and the pizzas are delicious. I normally order, but I've been there a few times and it looks great too. I definitely recommend.

These pizzas are really so good

I order a pizza containing pepperoni, I receive a pizza filled with pepper but without meat... So I ask at the cash register but I am told that I did not order a pepperoni pizza (*pepperoni pizza* being noted on the menu of the restaurant). So they made me pay for a second pizza. 24€ for two small pizzas containing only chilli, I find that not very professional of them…

The gentleman at the checkout with the beard in a circle is too nice and talks with the customers, we really liked it with my friend <3

Went in to order gluten free pizza for delivery on New Year's Eve. Staff were really helpful and we ordered for delivery to our hotel. Pizza arrived on time as promised and was delicious. Recommended as staff helpful and food was perfect. Thank you.

I placed an order for 2 pizzas, and I waited for over 1 hour... I find it unacceptable to lie about the delivery time! I will not order from them again!

Uber Eats delivered a Dieci pizza without ham twice in a row. The first time they refunded, the second time they wrote that there was no separate price for the ham and did not refund anything. The result was a margherita pizza at Dieci's price.

So nothing to say about the pizza which I find good but then the pasta carbonara removed it from the menu..it's really not great..

Very warm welcome from the staff. Served in less than 10 minutes and on top of that, my pizza was very good. I recommend that you make your own experience with Dieci.

Best pizza in town. And delivery is always quick. Love being able to build my own pizza and different sizes too, and can specify a delivery time, which is great when having friends over. And super fresh green salad to order as well. They use great ingredients and cook the pizza long enough so it’s not soggy. Thanks!

Thank you for your response, but at the prices I paid for the pizza, I also have to travel to discuss it. There are plenty of other pizzerias that are just as good but cheaper and less RADIN. I don't like your answer at all, an excuse from m...., for me it's the marmot that packs the chocolate , there were 2 pizzas and on the 2 they did things half way, it's taking the customer for crap... Still 2 40 cm pizzas at 45 francs per pizza and no mozzarella on the 2 pizzas This is theft, on your list there are only the prices of the ingredients, put the quantity more information.

I was sold a small pizza even though I asked for a large one. HAS Plus 14 francs... a total scam. Never gives a napkin, no respect from customers, the pizzas are mediocre. Honestly go somewhere else, to escape.

The pizzas are not bad but too expensive for what they are. I give it a two because an employee, presumably a manager, older than the others (who are all young) was largely unprofessional with me. While his pleasant and smiling colleague did not charge me to put basil instead of capers on my tuna pizza, he was rude and disrespectful, telling me that it was a mistake on the part of his colleague and that it’s the same everywhere. It's not the same everywhere, sir. The employees in other pizzerias are nice. I paid 19 francs for my pizza instead of 18 without capers and with three poor basil leaves. (which is an ingredient in the original recipe) Anyway, move on.

Wouldn’t recommend for vegans. Only two of the pizzas can be made vegan. There’s a 2CHF vegan surcharge and the cheese substitute isn’t high quality. I’ve had much nicer pizzas elsewhere.

It takes so long for a pizza, and once you do get it, it’s cold and nothing good. You just lost your self a customer. I feel scammed!

Delivery took ages, when i called to ask they kept me waiting for over ten minutes. The pizza i ordered had spinach which was lumpy and watery and the egg in the middle was over cooked. Was my first time tryin out and I will not eat here again. There are way better options for the same price.

Their business model focuses more on takeaway sales (at the time of writing this review) - the pizzas are good, but better enjoyed at home than on site. On site, the service is slow (we saw dozens of pizzas being sold for takeaway before being served after 30 minutes). The restaurant is almost empty and the atmosphere is special. I think eating there is perfect when we are alone but coming for a romantic dinner or a group of friends is just awkward.

Being a big fan of 4 cheese pizzas and having a good number of tests under my belt on these pizzas, I can confirm that the pizzas from DIECI 10’ are excellent and delivered hot quite quickly on top of that… Bravo, I advise with my eyes closed…. 🍕✌️✌️✌️

Order at 6:50 p.m. Arrival estimated at 7:30 p.m. Since at 8:20 p.m. I have no news, I call them. "A little late"....the pizza comes out of the oven after 1h30. I am delivered at 8:58 p.m. The journey therefore takes 38 minutes. (Travel time from restaurant to home: 25 minutes) It's way too long. 2 hours for a single journey. The pizza was cold. The quality of the pizza is fast food. Not exceptional but good to fill your stomach. It's expensive considering the quality. I do not recommend, and especially not for delivery!

We ate at the restaurant and it started well with a warm welcome. Started with salads that were a good size, great quality ingredients and dressing on the side so you add as much as you wish. Pizzas were fantastic, helped by the excellent base and superb quality toppings. Small wine selection, but loved the bottle we chose. Next time will save space to try a dessert. Super friendly team rounded it off perfectly.

Excellent ! For delivery or takeaway, Dieci's pizzas recall the flavors of Italy through varied and original recipes. The ingredients are fresh, the dough crispy for colorful pizzas that will make you salivate even before opening the box. It's hard to hold back when you bring the pizzas home. The possibility of creating your own pizzas allows you to give free rein to your imagination thanks to the many ingredients offered. I highly recommend this pizzeria :)

The best pizza I ate in Geneva, the Dieci pizza at Dieci (lol). With the cold meats given separately (a guarantee of quality so that it does not dry out on the pizza and to put yourself to take away or delivery according to the super nice boss with whom I spoke for a few minutes). I highly recommend, I also love the dough in addition to the excellent foods. Dying without eating a Dieci pizza is a failure of life, really!

A disaster !!! An 8-10 year old kid who helped the pizza maker at 9:30 p.m.! yes the kid did his best but wiped his hands on his shorts, not at all hygienic, not even work clothes! The cashier who best responded to delivery calls was also overwhelmed and there were people so that I could receive my pizza... I'll let you see the face of the pizza for 19chf for a "normal" size without drinks and the best they have didn't even put the cold cuts on the pizza. See attached photo... and then we see their ads everywhere... a real shame! Don't go there!!!
