Has very good special pizzas that you can't find in other pizzerias

Pizza was delivered after 5/4 hours even though it was said 40 minutes. Pizza was already cold when it was delivered and had to be warmed up again. When ordering, it was also explicitly asked whether payment would be made by card. But the delivery man didn't have the device with him.

I ordered a pizza at half past twelve last night. Instead of telling me that they were already closed, the order was automatically placed for the following day at noon. I canceled the order by replying to the confirmation email. Nevertheless, it was delivered the following day (of course I wasn't there) and charged to my credit card. Thanks for NOTHING dieci.

Pizzas from dieci Solothurn are very good and have good ingredients. Unfortunately, the best-before date for the tiramisu that was delivered had already expired. After we reported this using the contact form, we received a call from the branch manager who apologized. We were offered a voucher for the equivalent value of the tiramisu, it's been two weeks now and the voucher never came. A pity.....

Cold pizza and delivered much later than stated. The courier needed 20 minutes for a journey of 5 minutes. No excuses, the raw ham for the Dieci pizza was warm and extremely saucy. Very disappointing. Have ordered many times and have always been satisfied until now. We will no longer order from Dieci Solothurn. We haven't received a response to our email either, even though it's been a week... Edit: dieci pizza contacted me and tried to call several times when I couldn't answer. I think it's very nice that they didn't just give up after calling once, but rather until they were actually able to reach me and personally apologize to me for the inconvenience. They also wanted to know exactly what was wrong and wanted to find the cause, it wasn't just blah blah. Very sympathic! We will try and order again☺️

Last Saturday we ordered 3 pizzas, the delivery person only arrived after an hour and we also live in Solothurn, with the pizza boxes in our hands, without keeping the pizzas warm, so we walked without his car. The pizzas were all cold and I had to pay 66.- for something like that! I think your pizzas are way too expensive compared to others, but I think it's really wrong to deliver them cold!! And dear Dieci, you have about 10 electric cars in front of your restaurant, so why the hell do you wait an hour for the pizzas to be delivered!? We won't be ordering anymore for the time being👎🏻

Ordered for the first time today, I really have to say that the price-performance ratio is great. This is the best pizza I've eaten in Switzerland so far! Fresh, warm, very good dough and the topping everything was perfect, I would love to come back!!

I ordered 2 pizzas online at 6:45 p.m. Were delivered at 6 p.m. I wasn't home yet. My husband called immediately. An apology came + the answer that pizzas would be delivered again at 6:45 p.m. At 7:15 p.m. we called again and said it had sunk. Pizzas would be delivered at 8 p.m. What happened. I think it's a shame, no accommodation, discount or anything like that for the next pizza. Will never order there again!

I heard a lot of good things and was therefore very excited about Dieci's pizza. Very nice and fast service (I picked up the pizzas myself). Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Cime di Rappa on the pizza, as it had a sour note and ruined the otherwise good taste. I'm assuming this was inserted. The prosciutto pizza was very tasty. Nevertheless, for me there are better pizzas in Solothurn.

Last Sunday I ordered a custom pizza with added tomato sauce and mozzarella and you had to look for the corn too! Doesn't look like a pizza and for the pizza? I paid 22.- I'd rather order somewhere else.

Unfortunately it was only delivered lukewarm. Taste was good. Maybe it will be delivered warmer next time.

Delivery time of over 2 hours & quality has decreased extremely. The price premium is no longer worth it. A pity!

The announced waiting time of 75 minutes turned into over 2 hours (60 minutes late) – apparently not just for us. Even if it is Carnival Sunday, the waiting time information can be a little more precise. You should also expect a little more performance from the most expensive pizza courier in the area. If it gets later, some information would be enough. Nothing like that: no explanation, no apology upon delivery. And after 30 minutes of driving for 4 km, the first part was still warm. They've always been great up until now - but now that we know that things can get (much) worse, we certainly won't take the risk with Dieci anymore.

We currently have a waiting time of over two hours. I don't care much about whether it's stressful. You can inform the customer about such an extreme delay. If the pizza hadn't already been paid for, we would have canceled it immediately. Very very bad customer service.

I had a Stromboli that was so spicy that even Mr. Miagi could hardly eat it. Beyond the universe, covered with pepperoncini including seeds. I wouldn't know any master, no matter how experienced, who would have finished eating these. If you can't hear each other anymore, all the best. ;)

Delivery service: Pizza wasn't bad (but not great either), but we didn't get the right pizza and the complaint was never responded to. The gluten-free pizza was very soggy and inedible. In my opinion too expensive for the performance.

We often order from Dieci, however here we just had a one-star experience. 1. Pizzas arrived 100% later than estimated (it took 50 min instead of 25 min) 2. We ordered a large Pizza for our kids without cheese (mild allergy - with three !!! in the comments) -> the pizza had cheese -> kids crying an still hungry 3. we called, the answer was along the line of: we don't read the comments when people order, we won't deliver another pizza, you won't get any money back, we don't care about our costumers. There are several other delivery services in town, which we haven't tested, but how could costumer service be any worse? (Pizza quality was good) Update: The next day, we got a call and kind of an apology: Apparently you need to create a "Wunschpizza" instead of writing a comment (as those are not seen by the Pizza makers).

Ordered there for the second time because you give second chances. Now the last time I wanted to pay with a card because there was no cash at home I specifically said it on the phone, but the courier arrived without a card reader, thank you Dieci for my dinner after a long day that I couldn't enjoy Notice when I say card, I mean it that way

First order from Dieci and very disappointed. It's not as good as I was told. The pizza was overcooked, black in places. It's not very pleasant to have the taste of burnt food when eating. For the rest, rather bland taste, or even no taste for the dough. I found it very strange to receive the bresaola separately in a package, as if I had bought it at the coop or migros. The salad as a starter was not very fresh. The chocolate mousse, cloying, too sweet and of industrial quality. Prices too high for what it is. Otherwise the delivery was quick and the pizzas were hot on arrival.

Pizza only arrived after 1 hour 10 minutes instead of 40 minutes as advertised. The pizza wasn't sliced. It's stupid to eat like that without cutlery. The quality of the pizza was rather average, but the price was rather high.

Great big pizza, friendly atmosphere

Dieci offers a very large selection of ingredients for the pizzas, of which plenty end up on the pizza. The pizzas were delivered quickly and warm by a friendly courier. Taste was good - for a delivery service. One of the pizzas was a little wet, which caused the bottom to dissolve and my daughter then spit out the box (pictured). Salad was fresh and sauce was ok, selling hot oil separately makes sense. Price ok. Unfortunately, the selection other than pizzas is very limited. I would have expected a little more from a supplier that specializes in pizzas. We will definitely order again if everyone in attendance really wants pizza. Otherwise, we will continue to order from others with a wider range and pizzas that are about as good. EDIT: our 2nd order was significantly better than the 1st. Pizzas were baked better, which meant the box no longer fell apart. I am therefore changing the rating from 3 stars (first impression) to 4 stars (second impression).

Pizza are good, but unfortunately we had 3 bad experiences: *once we wanted one less ingredient, because the ingredients were then all charged for individually, the pizza became massively more expensive than if we had left it alone. * Today the wrong pizza was delivered after 50 minutes of waiting! My partner then walked past with the result that * He would have had to wait another 20 minutes for his real pizza. Conclusion: unfortunately we won't be ordering from them anymore! ps: you don't have to call us, we won't adjust the rating.
