Friendly staff and good baked goods. You can use WiFi for short work on your laptop. Gladly again - recommended

The Ice cream was very good. Staff (both male and female) weren't friendly... Not only to us, but to some other customers too.

Ice cream was good, slightly small portions. The homemade iced tea is recommended.

Absolutely brilliant ice cream! But the ladies who serve there seem totally unfriendly and unmotivated. It's a shame, it quickly gives you an unpleasant feeling when you order something.

Very, very tasty ice cream, great café, friendly staff. Chocolates, cakes, jam, etc. are also available here. Very nice. Self-service is a shame. It would be even nicer with service. But maybe that's due to a lack of staff. Terrace should be opened on the sunny side.

The ice cream was very tasty. The seating area overlooks the Needle Dam. The only issue was that they only accept cash which wasn’t very clear when entering the shop. Fortunately there was an ATM just down the corner by the museum.

Very bad-tempered owner! We wanted to sit down and needed an extra chair. Then he jumped out and ran at us without greeting us. Then they left again.

One of the best gelaterias I know in Switzerland. Very friendly staff, good selection, very good quality and extraordinary taste experience. However, it is extremely strange that the staff do not wear masks. The hands are also neither washed nor gloves worn (cash out and service by the same person) corona or not, that's disgusting... It's a real shame, I hope it gets improved. Then I'll come back more often

I think the ice cream is really delicious. The prices are a little higher, but I'm happy to pay for ice cream of this quality. We live in Küssnacht and I often visit the gelateria with my children. You can take coffee with you, everything is great. I just had a few negative experiences with the “service”. 2 years ago, one of my children wasn't very used to eating with a spoon. I cleaned the table myself (I don't leave a mess behind) and then wanted to take the child to the toilet to clean it myself, when they said: "But don't let it touch everything here and stick things together..." I didn't respond because I was a little shocked by the comment. I always pay in cash and once I had to pay with a card and there was a long discussion with me about how the fees are so expensive and that's why they make a deduction etc. Since then I don't even dare to come in if I have to pay with a card. It's little things, nothing that will end the world, but it leaves an uneasy feeling that just doesn't fulfill the full star recession for me. Otherwise, as already mentioned above, we like to come and the ice cream is very fine. What is pleasing is that Ovoglace, our new favorite, has been around for a year.

Best ice cream in the whole country!

Dolce Amore in Küssnacht.am.Rigi...has excellent gelati and Italian baked goods as well as various desserts and fine coffee or choco. You have to park the car at the municipality's parking lot and walk a few meters to Dolce Amore, which is in the center of the town. I'd be happy to go there again and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice and open-minded staff. The selection is plentiful and I think there is something for everyone here. My favorites include Snickers and Ovaltine. The price depends on the size of the cup and how many varieties you use. Here you can choose between sizes S, M and L. We chose size M twice and paid 13.00 FR together. Personally, I think, and hence the three-star rating, the amount of ice cream is too little for what you pay. Of course it tastes good.

I wanted to eat a delicious ice cream with my friend for World Cat Day. Without a greeting we were served by a grim gentleman who didn't speak German. Hands hairy and sweaty. Touch the inside of the cup and the spoon recess with bare hands. It couldn't be more disgusting. But it gets even more disgusting. I paid in cash at the checkout, it was collected and the change was given out. The good gentleman went back to the ice cream counter and without washing his hands the next customer was served.

Finest ice cream and friendly service! Ate apple strudel and cheese slices several times and always loved them. Delicious bread. We recommend.

But the ice cream is fine and last time the gentleman was very nice, so now 4 stars :) But the price (3 ice creams for 20.-) is extremely overpriced, so 1 star deducted... LG

This place is negative for me.. been there 3 times now and there was always something.. last time I went for coffee, came out 10 minutes later and had to pay 40 Fr in fines because they only have paid parking spaces.. unfortunately..
