There was no ringing or calling, and the food was simply shoved into the mailbox. After calling where the food was, they said the bell rang several times. After complaining that it wasn't okay, they hung up. When the call came again it was immediately pushed away. Customer-friendly equals 0. After we heated up the food ourselves and wanted to eat it, we noticed that the entire pizza was covered in garlic, not just a little, you practically only bit on garlic, it was inedible. The ice cream ordered was placed ON the initially (possibly) hot pizza and was therefore completely melted. We will definitely never order here again.

Always a reliable source of food! Good discounts available on Tuesday (crazy Tuesday).

Ordered pizza T-Rex 30cm on Friday December 1st and never again! 37 francs for a pizza that was cold, true ham, dried out minced meat, burnt! I then warmed it up in the oven, not edible, what a disgrace!

Order always missing items, when trying to call the store no one picks up, not the first time either.

Just ordered 2 pizzas and 2 soft drinks but the delivery driver forgot that. So he want to give it to me tomorrow but I want to drink while I eat the pizza... update: the delivery guy didn't bring the drinks at all so I lost round 10 chf

The best pizza from all Domino's in Zurique. If you live nearby (Oerlikon, Seebach, airport),Kloten Domino's is the one. I was about to give up on Domino's, till we tasted their 🍕 😋😍.

After I got the food after 1h30, part of the order was missing. The delivery person apologized and said, "You can call the pizzaiolo." I think the pizza is good but the service is not good at all. When you call the store, no one answers.

Just ordered and ate a delicious pizza by Domino's. The website is great and easy to use. Same with the app. We ordered 2 large pizzas for 2 adults and 2 kids.... 1 margarita and 1 self creation with rucola, onion, olives and sweet pepper. Definitely too much 🙂 Great service speedy delivery. Thank you Domino's.

Very disappointed! The pizzas were ordered at 7:00 p.m. for delivery at 8:00 p.m. The pizza was delivered at 9:25 p.m. Nobody was reachable and nobody was informed. The crowning conclusion: Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 of which were wrong and something was forgotten.

Hello, I was in the restaurant today. I didn't like it. One of them had very long hair and didn't tie it back. The other one eats pizza during this and my sugar cinnamon bread doesn't even arrive after 30 minutes. Very dissatisfied because they are not friendly and don't understand what I want. And the employees are on their cell phones all the time.

We ordered pizza, made pre-payment, but pizza has never arrived! No one have called back! By phone they are not reachable at all! Be careful, they are cheaters!

Order time was 8:30 p.m. now it's 10:42 p.m. so far no response and no one can be reached. My order has been confirmed by Domino and has already been paid for 😡😡

We are very dissatisfied with their service. We ordered a pizza at 8:00 p.m., but it didn't arrive until 10:30 p.m. and we couldn't reach them by phone. The courier even demanded that we pay for the late delivery, which is unbelievable. It's disappointing that we have to chase after them even when they don't provide timely service. This type of behavior is unacceptable and we feel betrayed.

Pizza was cold and it took him 30 minutes to drive 200m after the delivery was shown. Unfortunately not good service.

The pizza was. It was ready very quickly but it was very sloppy and nothing special, unfortunately there is no MOZRAND for the XL size. We also ordered cinnamon bread, received expired sauce, were made aware of it, but only after paying. still no reduction. The employees understand us just as we didn't understand the employees properly. It's a shame we were really looking forward to Dominus Pizza.

Incompetence is the first name! I wanted to treat myself to a large pizza and ordered a lot of extras and paid online. Unfortunately, we didn't check the pizzas when we picked them up and we only got a normal (basic) pizza. That means I paid 6 Fr more (too much) and only got frustration in return. impudence. Thanks for nothing!

I ordered a pizza online and said I'd pick it up at 18:00. I pull up there at 18:00 and they haven't even started making my pizza. I walk out there 10 minutes later with my pizza, even though I ordered it 40 minutes earlier. Also, the bro that served my pizza didnt even say the number he just walked infront of the counter and asked the 3 customers if this was their pizza. He came to me and asked me, I asked him if it was the order *my name* and he just nodded and gave it to me. Food is great but service is passable at best. Really could do better.

Small new place with great staff and awesome service. The orders are quickly prepared, and the opening hours are very convenient compared to other businesses that close around 8:00 pm max. Highly recommended 🍕🍕🍕

We ordered two pizzas and chicken wings. We waited for our order at the counter where we had a direct view of the employees making the pizzas. Unfortunately, it wasn't at all pleasant to watch. The employee who made the pizzas wasn't wearing plastic gloves and had very long hair that wasn't tied at all. In addition, he wiped his nose with one hand and was occasionally on his cell phone, where bacteria are also present. I think if you already have an insight into the kitchen, you should adhere to the hygiene rules. When we got home we saw the results. A hair was found in a pizza at the first bite and then we had to throw it all away. Plus, you forgot the BBQ sauce with the chicken wings. Please don't open a shop if you don't have enough staff or want to save costs. Just awful!

I ordered a Texas BBQ and unfortunately no meat, only vegetables since when are Texans vegetarian. No menu, uncomfortable seating

I now ordered an extravagance pizza with jalapenos paid extra 2.50. Pizza came with no jalapenos or meat. They made me a veggie pizzaa. I find that cheeky. You pay more and don't even get what's included with a normal pizza.

A big disappointment We ordered burger pizza and extravaganzza, we waited despite the intensity, when the pizzas came home and opened the boxes, it was a big surprise, I had a nervous breakdown, please employ people who know how to make pizza!!!! We wanted to order online, after the payment process there was a pushup, the order cannot be carried out but the credit card has already been charged and the money would be transferred back within 7 working days. We then called the restaurant to possibly order over the phone, I explained in advance that we had tried it online, the answer was, "yes yes you will get your money back" not asked what we wanted to order or a " I'm sorry" Well, of course a chain restaurant can afford that. Then we ordered pizza somewhere else, it was worth a try, but it won't happen again.

Unfortunately, delivery times are long and the pizza is half full.
