Hotel and breakfast was really nice with smiling and kind staff.

Zoom Restaurant Bar and „ Buffet“ should be the name. At the recepción they give you a voucher meal with 4 diferent Plate to Choose one from , : Buchweat soba, Burata , Pasta Vegan , Mac and bacon and one soft Drink ! And you will become at the back of the Restaurant a Little Bit warm, rather Cold : Rice , Frozen Vegetable, bland Pasta, and i think CHICKEN curry - very Strange Texture for chicken. Why Would you do that?

Reading the reviews I would say that it is a place that you love or hate, I find myself on the side of those who were not happy. Restaurant not up to par with the hotel in which it is located, menu with a fairly limited choice, prices, in my opinion, high in relation to the quality of the dishes. Not very friendly staff, not a good appetite when they brought the plate, not how it was when they cleared the table. I got “beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes”, it was basically mashed potatoes with lots of onion, sauce, a few pieces of meat and a lot of grated gherkins with a parsley plant. Positive note a good IPA.

I think the service at the Zoom restaurant made my stay at the Hyatt. The staff was i incredibly friendly (Jerry is great!), meals were delicious. Definitely recommend.

Superb location, great food options for all tastes, service with a smile. Jerry greeted us all with warmth and ease every morning, making us feel relaxed and at home at every opportunity.

The restaurant is simply fantastic! I celebrated my 40th birthday there with my 9 friends. The location is modern and beautifully designed, which makes eating an even better experience. The food is simply great and offers a large selection to suit every taste. The service is also excellent and makes you feel completely comfortable. “I can only warmly recommend the restaurant! Thanks to the helpful staff at Hyatt Place we were able to make our 20 hour layover in Zurich a memorable stay. They provided us with specific directions on how to get the train from the hotel, what stop to take it to to reach downtown Zurich and answered any other travel related questions we had. The next morning, Jerry helped sort out our breakfast as it was added the night before during check in but was not shown in the system. He insisted we start our breakfast and that everyone will be taken care of. 5 minutes later Jerry confirmed the breakfast was added at the discounted rate and that everything is taken care of. He was very kind to check in with us our meal. All 5 of the staff members we spoke to in the 15 hours we spent in Zurich were extremely helpful, polite and positive. I will come stay at Hyatt Place again and will recommend this specific location to other friends of mine who travel to Switzerland.

The food is way too good. The spaghetti is exactly like pasta from Italy/Rome. The beef is great with a side of salad, to keep it a little more healthy. Kid’s pasta is great, too, perfect amount of cheese. Service is pretty nice and friendly. Room could improve, though. Music could be less loud and lights could be brighter at dinnertime. Overall, though, everything is wonderful.

Tried burger, minestrone soup and vegetable plate. Food was generally good. Soup was a little too watery to our taste though. Warm service. They have some games for children. Would love to go back again.

All was wonderful however we sat down for Breakfast at 9.50 and the food at the buffet started to be removed at 10. We were not given a warning so had to eat whatever was left . We managed to get enough food however would have been nice to get a warning so we could have eaten what we would have liked and not what was left . Also had to get the food in a hurry as they continue to remove the food while we were getting it.. we noticed some people missed out completely. Staff were lovely !!

That Bar/Lounge/Restaurant has all i want. For me it’s perfectly balanced between price, happiness, customer focus and quality. Very enjoyable place. Even for a Hotel-Lobby. Only point for my personal dislike, lack of good backroads music. Thank you staff!

Me and my parents had very good time during lunch time mostly due to fantastic service from Priti. She was an epitome of a genuine and friendly service, she went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Priti always approached us with a smile and made us feel very welcomed. Please make sure she gets recognized.

The cold buffet was a bit too dark in my opinion, stronger illumination would be appreciated, to have a better look on the food for those whom sight isn't perfect. Sourdough bread would also be a good addition.🙏

I often eat lunch here and always find the selection and quality of the food to be excellent. Recently I had a shrimp curry that was perfectly seasoned, pleasantly spicy. Another time I had a mango-chickpea salad, also slightly spicy, lukewarm, orientally spiced, not greasy and good portions. Unfortunately the service is not at the same level, chaotic but mostly friendly.

Everything was perfect! Jerry from staff is a really nice guy.

Very complicated ordering, three different cards but you have to order via app. Some of the dishes on the menu are not in the app. Food tastes delicious and the portions are reasonable. Service leaves a lot to be desired - no "enjoy your meal" and no "you enjoyed it" no cleaning of the table. For the rather steep prices, it would be nice if the staff in Zurich could speak German.

There is nothing worse than waiting times, chaos and unfriendly staff. Sorry, I'm waiting 2 hours for a burger. As you can hear in the restaurant, other items were also delivered incorrectly several times. For us 2x wrong, for others 3x wrong.

Never again!! Very bad service, staff just walk past without saying hello, without asking what we wanted or saying that you can (must?) order at the bar. At the next table there was a group of men who ate the food they had brought with them from KFC and it therefore looked like this (with all the packaging)....

My partner and I went for a drink and a small dinner at Zoom in the pretty outdoor area. Ordering via QR code is probably a matter of taste, but I personally find it rather tingling when you have to pull out your cell phone first. The organization of the service staff seemed noticeably chaotic. Plates passed by the wrong tables several times, which caused questioning faces among employees and guests alike. Despite the rather uncoordinated appearance of the entire service staff, we would like to emphasize the extraordinary friendliness of Angelo and Briti, who always put a smile on our faces with their great manner. :-) Our beef wraps were generally delicious, but in one half I only had a single piece of meat - more like a vegetable wrap with a little beef. The four sauces served with it, however, were plentiful and fantastic. Conclusion: Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant evening, but the criticisms mentioned should be addressed.

Welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The lunch menus or burgers or fish chusperli are very good.

It's been a long time since I've experienced something so underground. Waited an entire hour for food for 4. In fact, a main course and a salad were simply forgotten. It took another 40 minutes! until this was at the table. The food was very mixed, the burger was served on rusks instead of a bun (probably under the heat lamp for too long), the fries were OK. Of the four visible servers, only one was actually working, the others hovered around a bit and subjectively served as far as possible past the customer. The next table had the same experience. The best for last: We wanted to complain to management. The only thing I can say is that we should have gotten in touch earlier. Congratulations, you just won the award for the most customer-unfriendly service! No more!

What a great service from my waitress Maria Belen! I really enjoyed my time and the food was very tasty! Definitely coming back! Perfect place to grab a quick lunch before a flight!

After our visit, we forgot a bag full of rather expensive Swiss chocolate in the Zoom restaurant. When I called several times later, the phone wasn't picked up once, so I immediately wrote an email saying that I would even come by to pick up the bag the next day. However, there was no response to this either. When I went by the restaurant and asked about it, I got the bag back, but to my surprise there was nothing left in it apart from an opened package. The employee knew nothing. We were the last guests in the restaurant that evening. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and customer service and cannot recommend this restaurant.

The food was good but... we forgot a large bag of chocolate that we had previously bought at the airport.... Calls to the front desk, call to the restaurant and an email asking if it had been found went unanswered to this day! When I tried my luck 2 days later and stopped by, I received a practically empty bag! It's a shame!

Unfortunately have to give such a low review despite the food being really good. The pros are that it’s clean, nice atmosphere, and the two waiters are very kind and have a positive attitude. The con is that they are completely understaffed which resulted in terrible service. I was alone trying to eat a quick meal and it took at least an hour and a half. I saw several people sit down and leave (I was almost one of them) because they weren’t even greeted or asked for a drink to start. Many tables were constantly looking around for a waiter to address them. This restaurant needs to calculate how many servers are needed per table, especially on a busy Friday night. I felt bad for my waiter as she was working really hard and was very kind, but didn’t have time to provide satisfactory service.

Nicely prepared food and not too long to wait. Only marked down since I ordered the fish and chips and the waitress didn’t understand what tartar sauce was when the food came. Also they brought out steaming hot Childs food for the baby, which never makes sense.

The nachos as a starter were OK. The baps (sandwiches) with chicken were delicious, as were the sauces. I would come again for lunch. The menu is a bit too “simple” for me for dinner. Price-performance is good.

This was a pleasant surprise. Overall a very nice lunch experience in a wonderfully light and tastefully decorated dining room. The ambience was very relaxed with plenty of space (but equally not awkwardly empty) and we could enjoy a long lunch with friends. For our lunch we had to order at the bar, which wasn't really a problem and the food came quickly. The menu isn't too extensive, however sufficient for everyone to find something they like. Only negative we noted was one member of staff who was quite gruff with some American guests who had clearly just arrived. Whilst Swiss typical service is probably not at the "friendliness" level of American service, I found the interaction rather uncomfortable and unfortunate as these guests' first experience of Swiss "hospitality".

Nothing here is Züri Like So fish from Lake Zurich Answer Lake Constance according to the staff very nice but no plan. Fish is snapper in the fryer too long.

Nightmare at the airport: Crispy fish for 36.-, 4 pieces come and without tartar sauce... stingy and loveless. Two different styles of music are playing at the same time. Irritating. Once and never again!

Service quality maximum average. Food overpriced, as was unfortunately to be expected at Zurich Airport. But what was most annoying was the service manager, who was incapable of taking criticism, and reacted arrogantly and unreasonably to a notice of a lack of declaration on the menu.

With a delay of the flight departure, we were lucky to find our way to ZOOM. We decided not to go for the brunch buffet, but got coffee from the bar + something small on the side. They have plenty of options when it comes to sandwiches and pastries. The atmosphere is very nice, the terrace facing the park must be great in summer, and the path to the airport is quick and straight forward to follow.

Tasty selection and fast service. I had lunch, dinner and breakfast during my stay and was pleased with everything. The restaurant was very busy at lunchtime but service and food came very quickly nevertheless

I saw that reviews on here for this place are mixed. But having tried another place nearby to some disappointment we decided to dive in and try it. Perhaps because it was a Friday, or we were just lucky… but everything we very good. Service was friendly, food was fresh and delicious. I mean, you shouldn’t go wrong ordering rosti in Zurich, but one never knows.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, service was good. Had one of the wraps, rosti potatoes, and a side salad. The food was very fresh tasting and a good value for Switzerland.

I found the steak and fries very tasty, and the portion was also completely ok. It can happen that the portions are a little smaller, but I am always satisfied with the taste of the food

The service took a lot of time. Not accommodating. The meal was okay. I ordered a Caipi, which was very bad. The tube smaller than the glass, impossible. Plates weren't cleared away for a long time and you rarely saw the waitress. I got cake from the counter, at the checkout they just gave me the cake without asking if I wanted something to drink. Instead, conversations were held among colleagues and the guest was ignored. It's a shame for such a large hotel chain

Staff unprofessional - never again🤮unfriendly service!

Zoom restaurant at the Hyatt place Zurich airport is a okay place to eat while in the hotel especially for a late checking as the restaurant closes orders at 10:30pm. The hotel setting is nice and friendly, family oriented with a nice terrasse. Staff is nice and friendly and the ordering with the app is convenient. On the food side wraps are good but I am not really into the Bowls dishes.

We waited outside for half an hour until my husband went to the bar. During this time, a waitress came to the neighboring table twice, looked at us, but turned around again. At the bar they said you had to order at the same place and there were cards on the tables. Conclusion: We didn't have a map or a QR code on the table. Consistent non-operation is the bottom drawer. We could have at least been made aware that we had to order at the bar, especially since it was noticeable that there was no menu at all tables. The table was stained and wasn't cleaned even when the drinks were brought. The staff only speaks English. The prices are definitely too high for this low performance. We had to listen to the music from the next table. Of course, you can't be blamed for the misbehavior of other guests, but calm lounge music might help here. The ambience otherwise would have been great. It's a shame that nothing positive has been made of the last reviews.

Prices are high, white wine is too warm, music is too loud, beer is forgotten and in the end there is no meat. Then one person in the group had to pour the wine herself. “The staff is overwhelmed,” she said. Their food was also forgotten. There are no ashtrays at the tables outside. Conclusion: Absolutely non go. Sorry. Others can do that better. That will not do!
