I used to like ordering from Dominos because, among other things, I think the pizza dough is delicious. Unfortunately the quality has declined. I have the feeling they want to save money everywhere. Very little toppings and pizza sauce. Lots of white and blank edges. And then yesterday we had the experience that the delivery person simply left our pizzas on the cold floor outside the front door of an apartment building and left without calling or ringing the bell. Of course the pizzas were cold. Then why do we have to provide our cell phone number? Maybe just to get advertising 🤔Too bad

I have ordered pizzas here again and again for 2 years, always the same standard pizza with vegetables and chicken. The new boss didn't enter my pizza correctly and charged me almost Fr. 30.00 instead of the usual price of Fr. 15.00. He was extremely unmotivated, rude and unwelcoming. It's time for me to walk away from Domino's Pizza as a long time customer.

I loooove their pizza 🤩 The best in Switzerland. They are superfast and provide of the kindest service, especially Balint, on phone or in person he is always super nice😊

Ordered at 6:38 p.m., still no response at 7:42 p.m.! Calls are not responded to. Absolute disaster. (Payment was already made online) What horrible service.

We got two pizzas and were entertained while we waited by a nice gentleman named Armin who demonstrated awesome pizzaioloskill. Would recommend!

We ordered at 10 a.m. for 12:30 so we had enough time at lunch. We called them at 12:50 and at first they didn't know about any order. They told us we hadn't ordered then suddenly they had the order and told us it would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later still nothing, after another call it was another 5-10 minutes with no compensation and no apology. At 1:10 p.m. we had our meal and our lessons continued straight away.

Why does this branch have a phone that doesn't even work... The service is a disaster over time. Please get modern, no one wants to talk to a robot and then the branch manager is very indecent, he doesn't know distance, feels insulted when someone complains and then insults him, someone like that is definitely not familiar with Swiss hospitality. I'm ashamed that people like that are allowed to work in Switzerland, especially in the catering industry... never again spend my money in such a rate hole.

I was told 35 minutes for delivery. It is now 50 minutes and nothing. No answer on the so-called "call the store directly." It's a corporate number, not the store's

yesterday 12:07 received order confirmation by email, delivery in 25-35 minutes ..... I'll keep it short: it should be on the way at 1:58 p.m. .... ordered AND paid for goods still not received!!! Tried dozens of times by phone and no one could be reached. To date no delivery has been received, no apology, no credit for the payment made.

We just ordered from this store for delivery. In the tracker it says it has been delivered but nothing arrived, nobody ringed, nobody called. We are trying to call them, in the number under "Want to speak to a human? Call your store." and there is no human responding, there is just a loop of an automatic response asking for language then postal code and back to language over and over. Update: After 1 hour and a half after making our order, and trying to call multiple times, we finally got an answer. Apparently the deliver guy was not able to see the name in the door and purposely decided not to call our number. So if we didn't keep calling over and over we would have never know and our order and money would be basically lost?

We are disappointed. I have ordered from Dominos so many times and I have always been satisfied. Today I had to wait 1.5 hours for my food, delivery time was stated as 15-30 minutes. The food was cold and my dip (which I ordered and paid for) was missing. The delivery person was extremely unfriendly and wanted me to come down to the main street because he didn't feel like it and said they were stressed. This time I was really disappointed, definitely lost a reliable customer, a shame

Order arrived after 1 hour and 20 mins. According to the tracker my pizza was lying in the store for 40 mins before being delivered. Obviously it was cold and not fresh anymore. When I called to complain I was stuck in the loop of the answering machine.

Order pizza from Dominos every week, unfortunately not anymore. 1 hour delivery time every time and unable to compromise for the long waiting time. My lunch break doesn't last 2 hours. My opinion on this juice shop!

Ordered twice and was happy both times. Ordering the pizza the first time was too late and I got L instead of XL. And the second time it was the same, the pizza was cold. Without tomato sauce and also too late. You can't even be reached by phone. Your pizza tracker app showed me for 15 minutes that the pizza had arrived. And 15 minutes later the delivery person arrived. Questionable. Never again.

Felt sick for days after. First time I've eaten Domino's in more than 10 years and now I remember why. Fantastic staff at the counter. Cool background music. I won't be back, but not in a bad way... just in a "it's not the right food for me" way.

Went to Dominos at Goldbrunnenplatz for the first time yesterday. The service was great! Fast, friendly and competent. The food was good. Will definitely come by again.

Food was very good, affordable prices for students. Courteous staff and a pleasant atmosphere in general. Interior however a little small but not worth mentioning.

Service was definitely convincing during the visit, there was good music and a quiet atmosphere in the restaurant. Young and nice staff to be found.

Pizza arrived almost 1 hour late and cold.

Went to Dominos about 25 minutes before closing time and were waved off by an employee in front of the entrance with a beer, saying that he has only now sat down (stairs at the entrance) and won't make any more pizza. Super Service…

Ordered pizza at 12:00 and still hadn't arrived at 3:10 p.m. It doesn't seem to be an isolated case that the pizza arrives very late or not at all. I can only advise against ordering here.

What's the point? I've been trying to reach someone for 20 minutes to find out where my order is. It can't be that you have to wait 40 minutes for a pizza.

I had to wait over 1.5 hours for delivery. That's a very long time and I don't live 5 minutes from you. Pizza was cold and so was the cheese bread. Your pizza used to be very tasty. Now it doesn't taste like anything anymore. Read the other reviews, they all say +/- the same thing. And nothing changes. This is how you lose customers!

Dont bother ordering online… never knows if the pizza will arrive, and when you call the store a broken machine keeps you on a loop so no one picks up… disaster

It's been a long time since I've made something comfortable and had food delivered. The price isn't really cheap. You can also order Dieci, which tastes better too. You will receive a confirmation email and then you will track when your food arrives. After about 1 hour they put your pizza in the oven and with any luck you will get your food after at least 1.5 hours!! Distance by car 5min.

Other branches make the pizza from Dominos, the ones here are a complete disaster!!! Once thought ok it could happen, now again...

Ordered a pizza and cheesy bytes today at 7:00 p.m., both arrived cold at 8:58 p.m., I called at 8:30 p.m. and was told that I would be given a voucher, the delivery man didn't know anything about it.

I know why I never get delivery from Dominos because they can't do it. A distance that should have taken them 5mins took them 45 minutes, ofc the pizzas were completey cold.

The pizza arrived after 1.5 hours. The phone line does not work. The pizza was extremely cold and they forgot part of my order. There's no one to speak to, to ask for a refund

We order pizza every Tuesday. When my son celebrates his birthday we always order over 20 pizzas. The staff at Goldbrunnenplatz, especially Armin, are very friendly, fast and reliable. Simply a great team. Good vibes! We love Domino's Pizza👍🏾

For a delivery pizza so far ok. But if you order extras, such as additional onions or a few olives, etc., it costs an extra CHF 2.50 each time. Sorry, that's just completely exaggerated. For Fr. 2.50 I get 1.5kg of organic onions. This is how customers are ripped off.

We ordered around 10 pizzas and they all looked a disaster and squashed and they were ice cold. We will never order from there again!

That was the absolute worst pizza I've ever eaten. The pizza was even thinner than a sheet of paper. I wouldn't even wish this food on a homeless person.

I'm reaching out to you today to share a very disappointing experience with your Dominos Pizza location at Goldbrunnenplatz. As a big fan of your pizza and especially your burger sauce, I order from you regularly. Unfortunately, I have to say that my orders from this location are consistently incorrectly fulfilled. Even though I specifically ask for the burger sauce to be added with every order, it has never happened in the last 30 orders. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing that something as simple and basic as ordering burger sauce keeps getting forgotten. I tried to resolve the issue by adding notes in my order, but it seems these efforts are being ignored. I feel that I am not valued as a customer and that my wishes are not respected. I would like to ask you to take urgent measures to ensure that my orders are filled correctly. I would also like to point out that I am not the only customer having this issue as I have heard from other customers who have had similar experiences. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and find a solution so that I can continue to happily order from you. Otherwise I will be forced to place my orders with your competitors.

Fast delivery. Not much English, sadly. Offers were just for a specific pizza (which i didn't want, because i don't take onions on my pizza) Other than that, it's exactly what you'd expect from a Domino's pizza place.

Quite okay, but to be honest I think it's a bit expensive in terms of price/performance. The quality is pretty much identical. Eating the meal there and then is always better than having it delivered, in my opinion. What doesn't convince me is this mozzarella crust that you can have with an extra charge.

The variety of good pizzas is a great thing for any picky eater, they offer minimal seats And the interior is rather bland though not repelling. Take away is recommended! The team is rather friendly and doesn't leave much to complain about. Also if you know what you want, you're in and out in 15 minutes.

I think it's bland that I got a shameful pizza. That's why two stars are welcome.

I arrived at the store at the last moment and it was actually about to close. The file manager was so nice and let us in straight away still in around Order pizza. Today we spontaneously wanted to get chicken kickers at Dominos on Goldbrunnenplatz. That must have been shortly after 3 p.m. The lady was extremely unfriendly and also pointed out to us in an extremely unpleasant manner that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes. We were the only ones in the store. It wouldn't have been a problem to make our order short. When I asked her politely if that wasn't possible since we were obviously the only ones in the store, I was approached very harshly. Never experienced anything so unfriendly and incompetent. As a result, I left without buying anything and will certainly never go there again.

Ordered on site after waiting 10 minutes in the empty Dominis. After that it took another 60 minutes. The lady who worked on site was extremely unfriendly, rude and incompetent! the Piazzollo too. The delivery person was the only one who seemed to care about doing a good job.

We stopped here for lunch and got a pepperoni pizza. The pizza hit the spot and was reasonably priced. We're from the US, so we didn't expect it to be the best pizza, but with a lot of things closed on Sundays, it was a good fix as we explored the city on foot. The service was wonderful and it was a clean shop.

Not recommended. I ordered a pizza and didn't want it but I paid in advance (twint). I was told on the phone that the money would be returned. Nothing received so far. Thanks dominos if you can't manage a shop then read it.

We bought 2 medium-sized pizzas with tuna and 1 small pizza with just cheese. Everything just 27.80 It tasted good, please put fewer olives on it.

Real American pizza! Huge selection and also reasonably priced (by Zurich standards). It's really great that you can also eat unusual pizzas (sour cream, barbecue, etc.).

Very nice experience and service, especially Armin was very customer friendly and overall extremely nice. It was a very enjoyable stay even if i only waited for my take-away order that also very quick! Will definitely come back! :D
