Du Du Vietnamese Restaurant in Dietikon

The curry was practically unseasoned and therefore tasteless. The tables are tiny and offer little legroom due to a crossbar in the middle under the table top. Although many tables were free, the staff seated all the guests close together, so there was little privacy and little room to get up to go to the bathroom, for example. The staff constantly smoked in front of the door, so the smoke wafted into the restaurant and you had the smell in your nose while you were eating.

Very fine and large noodle soup and very fine drinks. Location very nicely done.

For me the best Asian restaurant in Zurich. Very good authentic food, very large portions at a fair price, Swiss meat, good service and a wonderful ambience. Can't say anything negative.

Very nicely decorated restaurant with subtle music. Large starters and very finely balanced main courses. Fine drinks with your aperitif and then browse the menu. Sufficiently large vegetarian offering and otherwise just ask. Very good price. Parking spaces in front of the house. Lovely again.

Amazing food and amazing service!

The food was excellent, except for the beef skewers, which were very dry. I really like the restaurant with this decoration, but the shelves at the tables are quite sticky. The service was perfect. Very friendly and respectful.

Very nicely decorated and food prepared with love. Very tasty and the portions are large enough. Service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Parking available nearby, but sparse. You should bring enough time, you can easily wait 30-45 minutes for your food.

Excellent Pho Bo’s (normal and the specials). Banh cuon was also very tasty. My family (pho no lovers) very much enjoyed our meals.

Really good! The food is tasty, portions are generous, staff is nice, ambience is great and it is pretty close to Dietikon train station. There are tables for large (6-12) and small (2-4) groups. I can only recommend.

Vietnamese food is very close to traditional Vietnamese food. We ordered Mi xao gion hai xan, Bun bo hue and Bun rieu. The food was excellent and the portions were sufficient. Service was very friendly. We'd love to come back.

Great atmosphere and nice food!

5 month ago I wrote a 5star , BUT today I ordered the usual (like 10 times already), it was a dissapointment. Meet is much less and the sauce is totally different and less. I called them if we could change it, he told me IF i bring back. We brought back, he wanted to put more sauce on the food we bring back. I told not, but make a new one with more meet and sauce. Than i got something what was not a development. And sorry If you accept the critic and we bring back the food by ourself. Should we not get something as an appologie? It was our favourite Restaurant, but i think i do not order anymore from here.

The best Asian restaurant! The noodle soup is simply fantastic and incredibly authentic. I loved the flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend it if you're looking for authentic Asian cuisine.

Anyone who knows and loves Vietnamese cuisine will feel more than in good hands here. The friendliness and emotional warmth that you know from there is also lived out. I'll definitely stop by again and again.

Amazing place for Vietnamese food! Everything was excellent starting from the fast and helpful service to the tasty and delicious food. The interior make you forget you are in Switzerland but in some part of Vietnam. Definitely a must if you are in the Dietikon area or in general are looking for some Vietnamese food around Zurich.

The Pho was good but its Hanoi style than other Vietnamese restaurants in town because it had lots of green onions, Banh Xeo disappointed us because it fried rather than poured on a pan, also not very special with that price. Papaya salad was good and the drinks were normal. We will considering to comeback. But good to go 👍🏼

It's now our favorite Vietnamese restaurant!! Pho Bo and Pho Du Du Bo Special were sensational!! The broth is super tasty and you get a lot of meat and vegetables with it! They offered us dessert at the end because it was our wedding anniversary! We thought that was really sweet! We will definitely come back regularly! Thanks!

The food was excellent, but the fish and meat portions (except for the duck) were small. Tofumenue was surprisingly good. Service was very flexible. 1 toilet was not clean. But if it's more the guest's fault, you don't leave the quiet place - local ban! Uber seems to be the best customer...

Very lovingly furnished restaurant. A small Vietnam vacation with authentic Vietnamese food and friendly staff. We had banh xeo tom, udon noodles and the homemade iced teas. It was very tasty, we can warmly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

Wow! Everything is simply brilliant! Very good service, the employees pamper you completely. The food, just a dream. You notice the fresh ingredients immediately. Authentic food that was world class!

Very well-kept restaurant decorated with a lot of love. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt like we were in good hands. We were served by the boss, he speaks perfect standard German and was very friendly. We started with a Prosecco. For starters we had Goi Cuon Tom & GA, Goi Cuon Togu, Goi Cuon Bo and Cha Cio Chay (3 x summer rolls and 1 x spring rolls). These were delicious and a generous starter. For the main course we had Ga Sa Te (chicken satay with rice), Udon Xao Bo (beef with noodles), Bo Sa Te (beef satay with rice) and Com Rang Hai San (fried rice with seafood). The food was very tasty and the portions were generous. With our meal we had a bottle of Merlot La Baume, which was also very good. The dessert menu takes a bit of getting used to and since we had eaten a lot and very well, we only took an espresso, a cappuccino and a hibiscus. We really enjoyed dinner and will definitely come back. The price/performance ratio is also very good.

Friendly personal. We were here the second time and chose again the Pho Ga. Great soup. Price seems at first high, but once the soup arrives, it's hard to complain. The soup is very big and was enough for me and my wife (both times)! The lemonds are also very good.

Although the location might not suggest it, DuDu is a really great restaurant. Furnished in a traditional but not kitsch way, you can enjoy authentic and delicious cuisine and have a lovely stay here. Particularly worthy of mention is the extremely friendly and courteous service.

Du Du is indubitably a hidden Vietnamese gem in Dietikon! If you like Co Chin Chin, Du Du is a must visit and might well advance to become your new favourite Vietnamese in the region!

Top address for Vietnamese cuisine! Everything is very tasty, the visit is worth it. I give the full number of points, but there is "minor room for improvement", the lady in service really tries hard, but unfortunately the language works very mediocre and the presence can still be improved. And please, please, throw away this ultra cheap €1.29 (pack of 30/40) from DM, Edeka or Rossmann, jasmine tea bags and buy something of higher quality.

What I mean by authentic Vietnamese food is something completely different. The service was friendly but didn't take the order completely correctly. The best part of the whole thing was the ambience... and maybe the Vietnamese iced coffee.

We were pleasantly surprised. We really liked the food, the decor and the ambience. 🍜 The Pho noodle soup was tasty and authentically prepared. The rice noodles with the traditional "Bo La Lot" were also very tasty. Since we only ordered one main course each, there would have been room for either a starter or dessert :) We'll definitely come back for that next time!
