A very nice discovery, by chance. We had a good dinner (dish of the day, fried food) and discovered very friendly, helpful and smiling staff. We had a great time and we will definitely come back :)

Friendly welcome. Superb medieval setting. Very good tartare. Very good pepper steak. You can have your tartare with a very very strong sauce. Good dessert. Pretty terrace at the back of the building, in the sun or sheltered. I recommend this restaurant. Reserve your table.

Excellent and varied catering. There is the possibility of eating dishes that are not found everywhere. The presentation is neat and truly a must-see for truly classy cuisine. The quality/price ratio is top notch. The staff is friendly, available, efficient, smiling and very professional...and the chef makes a small visit to the table...☺️ Bravo!

We ate at the restaurant: very average service, our dishes were good but the acoustics are horrible, it resonates and there is an infernal noise. Ultimately, we are a little disappointed. Really too bad the owner doesn't realize he needs to invest in acoustics.

In a most charming inn, you will find a hotelier in the style of yesteryear. Look for him, not hidden behind some electronic machine, but seated in his own establishment. Recently returned from Ukraine, where resources are meager and where the human soul weighs more than gold, I discovered this same spirit in this family home. O how I cherish this place, and highly recommend it! Attached to the walls are effigies of our famous comedians from the 1980s, straight out of my fond past, just like that of the owner of the house, I guess.

We were invited to a birthday where the salad, pasta casserole + fruit salad was ordered from this restaurant. There were beetroot, celery, carrots, corn, Russian salad and green salad. Unfortunately the carrots and celery were from the can. With the fruit salad I didn't know whether I was eating a pear or a cucumber, all the fruits were unripe. The casserole was very bland, I realize that you can't over-season it as not everyone has the same taste but a little more salt and pepper would have been appreciated. The salad dressing was very tasty and I used it to season the casserole.

The perch is simply delicious and the staff very kind. If we find a fish with this taste in Ticino I might give up the 700 km journey to taste the perch here. Nowadays hope never dies, even after 30 years in this case.

The 5 stars are for friendliness, cleanliness and price/performance. The hotel in a historic house is simple but very well maintained. My room was spacious and in great condition. Significantly more and better than I would have expected in Switzerland for the low price. I was positively surprised. Same with the restaurant. The fresh perch from the lake were great. The cook knows how to prepare fish.

30 minutes to bring a scoop of ice cream. When I ordered a glass of wine I was served a spider in the glass as an extra (disgusting 🤢) Terrible service and waitresses to the west!

I just returned from a group dinner that was announced. Good food but not enough staff, we waited 3/4 hours for coffee, but it never arrived…. I congratulate the young girl who did everything possible to serve us, but alone for 54 people that is not possible, while one of her colleagues cleared the tables and put away the tablecloths, look for the mistake!!!! !!

The fries had quite a strong oily taste. 4.50 a glass of water supposedly bottled water but served without the bottle. Heaviness effect on the stomach when leaving. Lots of people, quite noisy. High prices. Pleasant service and decent waiting time. Well overall disappointing experience. In the region there is much better and for less money.

And even the fries are fresh and good. I like the fish and the salad buffet.

Good meal, prices are a little too high. Attention 2023 business will be more difficult..The wallet is not expandable everything increases..! Best wishes

Very nice reception, overall the service was very attentive. Unfortunately there was a small misunderstanding when ordering, but that didn't become a problem either. Beautiful garden terrace away from the street, with lawn and children's slide. The perch fillets made the chef's way were excellent and the salad buffet was varied.

Great restaurant (salad with the fish dish is great, and the chocolate mousse is delicious, I'd like some now lol), several rooms, good waiter. If I should "quibble": missing baby seat, pedestrian access a little tight, and a downside when the waiter offered me for 5 francs more I could have had perch from the lake (Switzerland) I had the impression of being in a market. A good restaurant with a nice covered terrace. The filet de perche with sauce au vin blanc was very tasty. The service was a bit slow but it was Sunday so it was acceptable. Overall everyone in our party enjoyed their meal.

Very expensive for average food

We ate well at the reasonable price taking into account that it includes a nice salad buffet. For my part, I just have one negative point about the cooking of the fėra fillet which was overcooked. Otherwise nothing to complain about, smiling and pleasant staff.
