Dunkin' Donuts in Zürich

For 2 donuts and 2 frappe 20.-, but frappe only milk with Ovaltine and donut very old so that all the powdered sugar was absorbed. Also a very long wait, even though the store was empty. Branch: Winterthur

The branch in Winterthur sucks. The donut tasted like it had been fished out of the trash. This store has nothing to do with Dunkin Donuts. The “frappe” was as liquid as water. Very disappointing. Mega rip off.

One like the other but always good and the employees were very nice and happy to give recommendations. It's best to take the largest box so you can try them all.

Horrible coffee! Normally the coffee at Dunkin Donuts is pretty good but it was so bad I couldn't finish it! Too much syrup and not even that covered coffee that was way too bitter. A pity

As a vegan, I was super amazed to see the two donut options for the vegan catergory. Although I definitly hope a better variety is coming. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Good experience.

Normally I don't bother to write anything, but I often go to DD at the Oerlikon train station where I was usually indifferent to the service, but today I was there at around 5:40 p.m. and was treated so extraordinarily friendly by a lady that I thought You should also mention this. The employee was fiddling with the cell phone and didn't say hello. There doesn't seem to be a requirement to wear a mask here either and she was very unfriendly. At least donuts tasted good.

Very nice donuts but the saleswoman is very rude. Didn't buy anything, it's a shame, I would have liked to eat something sweet after a hard day at work.

Was there 90 minutes before closing time, and there were no donuts left. No one tending the shop either.

Dirty shop... An hour before closing time and there were still 5 donuts that nobody wanted. I thought I had ended up in the former GDR. A shop where you as a customer are supposed to buy the waste. Boycott couldn't hurt to educate such stores. Never again.

Super friendly service. Selection of donuts available in a very appealing manner. I can recommend delicious Boston cream. The staff is competent and service is quick. Now also donuts in Switzerland at Oerlikon train station. Well-known quality and a large selection with seasonal specials. Donuts as we know them from the USA.

The waitress could hardly speak German, ordered 2 x milkshakes (15.-) Strawberry tasted sour like a banana, you couldn't drink chocolate at all. Unfortunately very bad

There were 12box and a latte today...great look, great taste...because a lot of people complain about the price...you're here in Switzerland and you want to earn well...I think they're normal prices for Switzerland...

Never in my life I had such issue with this shop. I tried to ordered for a second time by eat.ch For my surprise I couldn't order the big box of 12 donuts like I did more times. So I went to the shop in oerlikon and the person there just pushed me away and said it wasn't possible, a Friday afternoon at 17:30 ,so I couldn't get my order or any other chocolate donuts, no options at all or no help. it's a pity but then don't go complaining about customers when there's no good customer service. If you can't handle orders by ear.ch ,take it out and we can go somewhere else.

It's Switzerland, what can you expect there? Quality no thanks but the main thing is profit profit profit!!!! No seriously, the donuts are just extremely expensive. The fillings are stingy and the ones from the USA taste much better. Start rethinking or just stop selling.

Close to the station. Good choice of donuts that if you remove the icing which differentiates them only 3 or 4 are really different. On the other hand, selling donut holes is a creative idea. The only real concern is the price which is almost as expensive as a macaron in terms of duration.

Good location directly opposite Oerlikon train station. This Dunkin Donuts location is right next to a Starbucks. There are two entrances, one from the train station side and another directly from the lobby of the Swissotel Zurich. The branch is rather small and with many customers it can get crowded. Nevertheless, there are only a few tables to eat there.

There were two of us and we chose donuts and wanted to upgrade to the combo with coffee before paying. The employee then said that this was no longer possible and that we would have to pay the normal price. Guest orientation looks different. Then we got the coffee at Starbucks.

I completed the 10stamp thing, and they didn’t give me the free donut. I complained with them on Facebook, and they gave me a free donut and drink voucher by mail. It was really cool.

Small and fine shop in the perfect location to snack on something on the train 😋

I really like Dunkin Donuts. Especially the Boston cream. I can recommend it to everyone. The only two things that really bother me are the prices that are way too high and the unmotivated employees. A little more enthusiasm wouldn't be bad. Nobody is forcing you to work.

I have traveled to various countries, am a big donut fan and have tried donuts all over the world. What I can say... 1.Dunkin Donuts are some of the worst donuts in the world, but they have the budget to advertise 2.The donuts in Switzerland are 100% better than in the US, you can get them in the US dry and chemical products, even if the ones with glaze don't taste much better in Switzerland than in the US. 3. Totally overpriced in terms of price: Fr.9.60.- for 3 donuts (= Fr.3.20.- for 1 donut).. It's better to go to Migros or the bakery and buy a Black Forest cake, Berliner or something else because you'll get it cheaper and in terms of taste too better, although it's all a matter of taste.

Weak. Donuts are way too expensive and the selection isn't great either. The filling is only available in small quantities. The donuts didn't really taste fresh either. You can go straight to Aldi, where the donuts don't taste any worse but are significantly cheaper! There are only 2 points because the staff was very friendly.

They offer you Munchkins for 15-25. Friday at 5:30 p.m. they had run out. On Sunday at 2 p.m. they still had 20 pieces and wanted to give me 4 old ones from the shop window that had probably been there for weeks. Very unfriendly staff on top of that! I was very happy that DD was coming to Switzerland. But unfortunately under these conditions I have to wait until I go back to the USA. Because here they don't come close to the performance as over the big pond! It's a shame, it's a shame!

I was told the donuts there are good. So I went there to buy a 12 box of donuts with a Coolatta Vanilla and an Egg Cheese Bacon Bagel. I have to honestly say I was incredibly disappointed! The egg was taken out of a box full of artificial egg slices and simply warmed up. Nevertheless, it was too cold in the bagel (and that too with a waiting time of 10 minutes)! What I also saw was that the muffins didn't come fresh every day like the donuts. I have nothing to say about the donuts, they were good, but I think that the prices could be reduced (you can see that they come in quantities, just like the glazes stick together, so they should be cheaper) . The Coolatta Vanilla was prepared for me with a lot of ice and little vanilla, I only felt the ice cream. If Dunkin' Donuts continues to be taken over by PRS Restaurant AG like this, everywhere in Switzerland, that would just be bad!

Unfortunately, on September 17, 2017, the store no longer had any selection because everything was sold out. We could literally only choose from 3 different donuts, which was a shame. The service was anything but satisfactory. Wouldn't recommend it. In addition, the price-performance ratio is not satisfactory.

True, I was there last week to try it out, had a queue but it was quick for about 5 minutes, I tried 4 donuts to start with, they aren't cheap, but something different than just chocolate donuts from Migros etc. The taste is okay good, but it didn't blow me away, hopefully even better varieties will come out like in Germany, for example, with cinnamon, Nutella etc =) I think the location in Oerlikon is great, it only takes about 15 minutes from Dietlikon, really cool, thank you very much To add to this, bagels are unfortunately not offered in this branch in Oerlikon, only in Spreitenbach + Hinwil, most likely due to lack of space? But anyway, I mainly come by because of the donuts
