The cashier is not friendly and the food is very expensive

The prices are simply too expensive. 8.60 for two donuts. Sorry, do the donuts have so much gold in them that they are so expensive?!!!

The seller is pitiful. Only comes when called, no welcome, doesn't explain the system and therefore gets angry if you don't understand how to order, doesn't ask for anything, breathes in exasperation.

The toppings are so sweet it’s sickening. Too bad the dough is good

I have ordered drinks from the menu several times and it happened several times that they simply didn't know how to prepare the drink and gave me the wrong drink. Stupid!

I think the donuts are way too expensive, but I'm a very big fan of the togoodtogo packages

I ordered via Uber and had to wait 1.30 hours. The worst thing was that the package was crushed.

I had a really good experience when buying donuts for a whole classroom. I wasn't sure about what to expect from Dunkin'donuts given the (very) different reviews I read beforehand. First, it took me a while to figure out how to get there (Google maps for a bike trajectory goes to the other side of the building,maybe something to be checked by the owners of dd). But then, I was warmly welcomed there and the saleswoman was really nice and patient with my poor German. She prepared a mix of donuts and advised me on combinations (boxes of 12 or 8..) that would yield a cheaper price. She also explained me how to store the donuts overnight to keep them fresh for the next day. The one I ate was excellent (although really sweet but that is to be expected from a donut 😉) and it was a big success at school! Thank you.

Extremely friendly staff, gives you more joy in life. I always enjoy coming here to study etc. It is a very pleasant location. Only the prices are a bit too expensive.

Large selection even shortly before closing time and a friendly employee. Unfortunately I had to wait a relatively long time because there was only one employee on site.

Well very dissappointed by my order from too good togo, they cancel the order 15 minutes before the pickup time, just a waste of time and money😡🤬...

I was so disappointed. They cannot cancel my oder an hour before the pick up time. I ordered in too good to go apps. After a year i ordered again tru toogoodtogo apps. Unfortunately they cancel again my order. Really dont understand why they keep on posting that the ordered is already secured,if after 30mins to pick up the order they cancel. Really disappointed.

When we walked up to the checkout, the young gentleman was on his cell phone and didn't even greet us in a friendly way. This is a shame and not customer friendly. IceTea was good but unfortunately there was no lemon wedge in it, coffee was much too hot for my standards.

The person working is not welcoming at all, she never smiles or even says hello and goodbye. Really unpleasant. When you come to eat here, you say to yourself: “Oh no, not her”.

It was good, but the employee who served me wasn't that friendly, you couldn't even choose something in peace. Because I'd never been there, I didn't know much about it. She didn't even advise me what would be good. She was constantly pressing her phone and didn't do anything different. She was cheeky, impatient and unmotivated towards me, which is why it was a bit uncomfortable for me to order. I order a coffee, the coffee wasn't even tasty except the donat🍩 was lovely .I hope that the next time I visit Dankin Donat, I will receive good advice and friendliness towards customers and motivation to work. I think the others would want that too. Just a tip☝️. But overall it was good!.😍 Would come again

A taste place where you can always find the taste you are looking for with the same quality. It seems that it is not easy to give up this taste, familiar from the USA, even though it is anti-calorie.

The selection was rather limited in the evening and the service was so careful that customers in a hurry left without ordering. It's a shame because the donuts and coffee were delicious.

The Donuts are good, like they should be, and are in a very good place, that being the Welle 7. However, the price for a single Donut is a bit high compared to other places. Nevertheless, it’s still the classic American chain

Cool, there is a DD in Bern. However, when you go by in the evening the full offering is no longer available. Unfortunately, the freshness of the donuts is no longer that great later in the day.

Friendly service and real sweet tooths

Personally, I only like one donut from the entire range, as my friend bought a whole box several times to try them all. He, on the other hand, is enthusiastic about almost everyone, so everyone has to see for themselves whether it's for them or not. The prices are still reasonable, but I recommend downloading the Poinz app (it's amazing how few people know about it), you get one point per purchase and if I remember correctly, it's 11x free. Unfortunately, a box with several donuts only gets you 1 point like a single one.

Only a few varieties are really good. Most of them are bone dry and the price/performance ratio is not right at all. In Germany the donuts are 1.cheaper and 2.also much fluffier than those in Switzerland. In the beginning I ate there a lot but now only on special occasions.

I treat myself every now and then even though I find them quite expensive. I usually only buy 2 pieces.

The donuts are tasty, although certainly mixed with numerous flavorings, but unfortunately very expensive. There are a few tables but I would never think of sitting there. Not the best atmosphere for cawing.

Don't understand the hype about Dunkin' Donuts. The taste is artificial and the prices are exorbitant. To be honest, I like Coop's donuts better. The ambience doesn't really invite you to linger.

Unfortunately it didn't convince me. Taste was artificial and no better than donuts or donuts from the supermarket. If I'm craving something sweet, I'd rather go to a fine bakery or get a cake from Migros. I don't know why I should spend another CHF 3.20 on such a sugary cookie.

Haaaaa I was waiting for it!!! The real subsidiary of American Donuts which is setting up in the Swiss center! They are as good as in the USA, really delicious.... The only negative point is that it's expensive: around 15 francs for six is ​​excessive! but for the quality I don't mind buying a few for myself.

Prices are horrendous compared to abroad and the selection is very limited; I can't buy some of my favorites from abroad here. But the service was friendly and the waiting time was quite short despite the rush.

Open until 9 p.m. but not a single donut left by 7 p.m. Excellent.
