Dunkin' Donuts in Zürich

preferably 0 stars.. I ordered the expensive love box for Valentine's Day and selected all the donuts - completely different, unappetizing donuts came and for such a high price. I can't recommend these donuts once and never again to anyone..!-.-

Not a special shop. 0815 as well as the donuts. There are different varieties on offer, but no fresh donuts. And somehow they all taste the same. In my opinion, price/performance is inadequate. The service was friendly.

Your food is POISON to humanity. You would be banned.

Can't confirm all the negative reviews. Employees were friendly every time and I never had to wait long. So far every order has been correct.

They must update their published schedules. I was waiting outside the business since before 7am and THEY DID NOT OPEN (Zurich HB) You should update your business hours, I waited outside since before 7AM and it remained close after 7:45 Prices are 7.45 and not my price

The staff was rude with us, they tried to sell us donuts in a higher price because they thought we don't speak German. Also the donuts we bought were not fresh.. definitely not recommended... you should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring people like that or it is even worse if you were at management level..

paid at the machine for donut not available at all. I paid with a card and never got cash back, so it was useless. Others have offered us which are not at all similar. no effort was made to satisfy us. off to the competition, at least they always have everything in stock. very disappointing last time

Why do you hire staff who are obviously annoyed with serving customers and prefer to have private conversations with each other? Why have so many staff if none of them want to work? Train your staff or take people who are trained! They work better alone than three of your people at the same time!!

the young lady that wated on me spoke perfect English which put my mind at ease as I spoke no Swiss German and she helped with directions to my hotel. After a 10 hour flight I was tired and jet lagged and finding a friendly person to help was appreciated.

The employee wasn't in the mood + I got a donut that looked like it had run out of Nutella! Wanted to make someone happy...Very embarrassing to give someone a donut like that...

I probably go by four times a week (the donuts are a treat). I was often packed with the wrong donuts. Today when I paid with cash, I didn't get any change because the cash register was broken or malfunctioned. The saleswoman with dark hair and eyeliner seems overwhelmed...

Deluxe donuts are horrible, simpler ones are much better but still overpriced, there were 4 employees working here, there were 2 other people ahed of us and employees kept talking to eachother while we were all being ignored

The donuts and especially the donut balls are delicious! The staff, on the other hand, went from absolutely incompetent and unfriendly to helpful and professional. The young lady misinformed me on almost every question and showed little interest in serving me. The young gentleman, who wasn't actually on duty, corrected her and served me kindly. For example, she didn't care whether a flavor was white chocolate or vanilla. She urgently needs training so as not to further harm the company. And how can it be that at 6 p.m. there are only 2 types of donuts and a handful of balls left when the shop doesn't close until 10 p.m.

Train your staff, orders will be taken before the customers leave. Accordingly, you misunderstand the order and make a frappe instead of an iced tea... and since when is your iced tea just water and syrup? Of course the frappe was charged. It's a shame the donuts are good.

Anti-family! Children of kindergarten age are loudly asked by staff not to come too close to the display case at the sales counter. So that it doesn't get dirty. Give one star because zero is not possible.

Assuming that this shop exists already on Google Maps I asked the shop assistant for permission to take pictures in order to submit a review. The lady told me that this specific store was not yet on Google Maps. Hence, the registration has happened now. It is a small store without ordering terminals as in the other store in Shopville. But the selection is as big in other Dunkin' Donuts stores. Friendly and helpful staff makes shopping and my reviews easier.

Small shop inside the station, to be tempted by a donut before reaching the platform. These are Dunkin Donuts - wide choice, very sweet, very colorful.

As always, I was very satisfied there. Large selection of donuts, chai latte was delicious as always. The saleswoman was also very nice. Always worth a visit.

I've always enjoyed going to Dunkin Donuts, but since I applied to be an employee and didn't receive any response from the company for over a month, I've been avoiding the entire company. When I asked, I was put off and shortly afterwards the staff began consistently ignoring me when I used the store as a customer and consistently speaking to me in a language other than the one I used. I am multilingual and have tried this in both German and English. I know from one employee that she understands English better, but she also ignores me now. That's why my visits have now come to an end. For a company that treats applicants in this way, you shouldn't be surprised if they complain about a lack of staff.

The price is too high considering that the donuts contain palm oil. There's nothing special in terms of taste either. The staff tries to be friendly

Walked in because decided to grab something quick and light to eat during my train ride. I was attracted to the colourful donuts and the many flavours that weren't available in my country. The price for a donut was quite shocking though. I still decided to give it a try and ordered something which I had never tried before: the lemon donut. It tasted good and was up to my expectations, though would have hoped it would be a bit more sour and citrusy.

Way better donuts than the US has in a Dunkin

We went to Dunkin Donuts during a city visit to Zurich. The frying of the donuts against all expectations turned out to be "light" the taste of the donut was not overpowered by the fried taste. We took the Nutella donut and the lemon donut, delicious, I would gladly buy them again! On the other hand, seeing the service, which was questionable in terms of professionalism/speed, we opted for the automatic checkouts, so that we placed our order and paid independently via credit card, too bad we couldn't pay with the Postcard . When picking up the order I certainly wasn't expecting kisses and hugs, but at least a "have a good day" or a "thank you and come back to visit us". I wonder if we shouldn't have two people, one at the checkout and one to prepare the orders, instead of one on Saturday at midday...

I was there on June 7, 2022 around 5:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. A very unfriendly, stressed out young Indian woman who spoke perfect CH German served me. Packed me the wrong donuts and the non-vegan ones! As a vegan, I had to throw away the donuts at home. Teaches the employee to be friendly and listen to customers. It was definitely my last visit. It's a shame because I was looking forward to it. I'm not sensitive to people who go about their business, but that's not possible.

We always buy dunkin doughnuts anywhere here in zurich but this afternoon here in hb i feel racism in this store where the salesman told my son not touch the glass for health pusposes then i told my son not to touch while choosing…then after that we wait outside because my wife buy train tickets for us…then when i saw the next customer has a son and hes not just touching the glass but it also leaning while choosing what they want the salesman did not comment….im asian and the next to us is maybe european but i feel not fair to threat my son like that…

Perfect location and service, but didn't enjoy the donut. I took two with macarons and they were too bready and they tasted too sweet. Not the donut I would expect.

Way too expensive and no alcoholic drinks

The young black man who served me was not very nice to us and did not speak French or English and got angry with us.

A very sudden and emotional arrival at the station led us to immediately head to Dunkin Donuts, donuts that are very attractive and activate the enzymes in the palate. We took six donuts at a cost of around 18fr, a price that is far too high when compared to the quality, which mainly focuses on the aesthetic aspect, flavours, not very strong and far too sweet. Friendly service who also spoke Italian, unfortunately he was not as kind to our savings account.

Attractive with its offerings. Atleast 16 different donuts to choose. If you are a donut lover then you just want to try each one of it. I tried 6 and 4 of them are delicious.

Very fine. After the sugar shock 😂 everything is clear. No joke, very nice donuts. Worth going. Filled or unfilled in abundance. Prepared with a lot of love. Many different fillings and decorations. Smileys, hearts and much more. Sweet, fine, addictive.

Go there often mostly when I go to Zurich to go trainspotting. In general I like it more than Starbucks and it has replaced Starbucks title of "my most favourite coffee and food shop". I love the staff, always nice. I love the donuts and the Drink selection. My favourite is the Vanilla machiato. Granted, they don't offer as many snacks as Starbucks, but starbucks snacks taste a bit bland. Usually I only order A vanilla machiatto in the cold and warm variant, not often any donuts. I really love it, I am glad theres one at Zurich HB.

Average coffee and donuts, which doesn't really bother me, but the service is a disaster: Unmotivated employees who look at you angrily and immediately make you feel like you're in the wrong place. The slightest change in the order is a mystery to the employees and causes the employees to roll their eyes (which I have seen several times). You can always have a bad day, which I can understand, but it's not the first time and you just don't feel welcome there. I would recommend either motivating the employees or replacing them completely, as I'm apparently not the only person who noticed this. So you have little reason to come here unless you have absolutely no expectations.

There should have been another rating without a star, so I would have chosen that one. It's not about the donuts, they're mediocre. I've had better Dunkin Donuts in Germany. I've been there 3 times and each time there were different employees and each time I left in a bad mood. It can't be right that you hire such employees at a location where so many people come every day. Unmotivated, disrespectful and then you don't even get the iced coffee or a donut you ordered. How can you hire such incompetent people? It's better to go to Germany and eat donuts. Today was my last time at Dunkin Donuts at Zurich HB. After so many negative reviews, the boss has to do something about it. I alone would have served the customers better than all the employees combined and I don't even come from sales. What a waste!

We were there 10 minutes before 8 pm and all Donuts were emptied. If one cannot get a donut in donut store, why is it open?

The donuts are edible, but nothing special.

So the food was as good as the chain provides- pretty good. However the service at this Dunkin doughnuts is terrible. The employee (a girl) is quite rude (been there a few times)- Doesn't say Hi, Doesn't smile, just looks annoyed. These are all things I could let go, if it wasn't that she just gets the order wrong many times. Me and my boyfriend went there, and we ordered a doughnut and drink each. After starting to prepare my drink wrongly, I then correct her. She starts over, this time preparing two drinks for me, plus a doughnut. I repeat my order, and finally she hands me a drink and a doughnut. My boyfriend orders, and she forgets to give him a doughnut. It comes to payment, and with my student card I get a small discount (which I typically don't mind not if they forget, but after this, the fact that she forgot the discount was just the icing on the cake. For none of the mistakes did we get an apology, she just rolled her eyes.

Fast service and friendly and professional employees, very important to be quick in a station. Today February 14th they used Valentine's Day containers, a nice idea. The coffee was better than I thought, just a little sweet.

I ordered a coffee with milk (hot and without lactose): it was COLD and the waitress put normal milk WITH lactose although I specified her twice not too... well now I’m bloated. It would have been much easier to just tell me that they did not offer lactose free milk but she lied instead. Also, there were almost no donuts left.

August 17, 2019 around 4:30 p.m., we came into the store and were not greeted. The 2 ladies preferred to talk and giggle with each other. There was lots of chatting and giggling during the order and even after paying. No thanks, no goodbye. In addition, they could hardly speak German.

Decent place. Good donuts but very expensive when compared to US prices, makes sense though considering location. I must say I would be very pleased if they had not just a sugar-glazed donut version but also a traditional honey glazed.
