It’s 6:30 p.m. and already no more donuts according to the waitress. Everything was empty. While the stop closes at 9:00 p.m. I just traveled 25 minutes for nothing. THANKS

Elira is a wonderful young woman, sweet and smiling, a pleasure to have been served by her. On the other hand, and unfortunately her colleague this day, did not crack a single smile and was really cold and merciless in her gestures and attitude. A big thank you to Elira who saved the day and was able, despite everything, to put me at ease and enjoy my donuts 😁 He is a very good person, I hope management realizes that!!! Thank you Elira

A little disappointed, I stopped by this morning to pick up a box of 12 donuts. I realize that we are still in the period of “Dunkin Mega Deals”. The vouchers are on the counter and yet I haven't been given a discount even though I often pick up takeaway boxes. However... they slipped the vouchers into my bag to remind me to come back. Commercially it's super average and I'm obviously disappointed.,

I really enjoyed my experience at Dunkin' Donuts in Geneva. The donuts are beautiful and good, the service is fast, with a nice selection of delicious donuts. The only downside is that the staff could use a little more smile. Otherwise, everything was great!

No donuts 1 hour before closing. “You understand, we close in an hour, we’re not going to do it again” And I thought that the opening hours were precisely for the consumer to know when they can claim to benefit from the service. Probably I'm wrong. 🫡

To please my granddaughter who wanted to see “donuts of all colors” she was not disappointed! What a great choice and so good that we left with a box of 12. In the evening there was nothing left. A treat for the whole family The welcome was very friendly

In addition to being beautiful, having friendly service, the donuts are incredible! Soft as can be, colorful and tasty, nothing better for a little snack.

Well, I’m usually not the one to complain too harshly but my “visit” there was a joke. I ordered a Latte with Soy Milk and Syrup for a whopping 7,50CHF and pretty much everything that can be done wrong to that coffee was wrong. I ordered what they consider a large one but the cup was not even filled half way and the milk was poured into the coffee right out of the fridge. As the coffee content was quite small anyway, the Latte and the foam were cold as well. Working in the customer service industry myself, Iwould personally understand a lapse like that if they were busy but there wasn’t a customer anywhere around and the two employees were bored to death and in my view plane old lazy. I ordered the Latte via the touch terminal, as English skills aren’t a strong suit in the French speaking world it seems, so technically I should have been able to just pick up the Latte but when I got to the PickUp-Point, first I had to wait to actually be noticed (again…No one else around) and then I actually had to point out that I had ordered via their terminal. Furthermore the employee didn’t show any emotion whatsoever and simply couldn’t be bothered which clearly showed in the Latte. So basically what I got was a cold Latte of which the cup was barely half full, with terrible service and for a far too high price. Every selecta vending machine would have produced a better coffee for not even half the price and it at least would have wished me an “Enjoy your coffee”!

A Dunkin well located in the airport, the waitress is super smiley, a wide choice of very pretty donuts but a little expensive for the quality.

I don’t like donuts but they also have really really good coffee , very friendly staff and a comfortable seating area. It’s very clean and it’s really nice to not have loud music as everywhere else. If the owners read this: your staff is great and they are taking good care of the place!

Excelent and proffesional treat by the workers at this establishment. My flight was delayed and me being alone with my kids was not easy but they still made me crack a smile and we all enjoyed their tasty donuts! If you fly to or from Geneve definetly worth a stop.

Outstanding service, the employees are always pleasant, no matter how rude all their other customers are. They deserve to be applauded for their patience, kindness and resilience when dealing with the inhumane, stressed out clientele that is the Geneva train station. Small reminder, they are humans, they are at your disposal, but a minimum of respect and patience is due to them when you interact with them. Only love for the Cornavin team!

Service pretty terrible. I asked for a coffee with milk and the woman was so distracted chatting to her friend she gave me a black coffee. I only realised as I left but had to get my train. Just poor service.

They are delicious but they are too expensive, in the USA they are $7.90 per dozen!!!!!!!!

you have to check before leaving because they are wrong about the flavors I asked for a strawberry and he gave me something I don't know what it is I'm allergic to some things so I threw it in the trash

Too expensive for a low quality

In the station part of the airport. If you want to have a choice, go early otherwise there are only a few flavors left. There is a screen for ordering, if you pay with the card otherwise you order at the cash register and pay in cash. Attention: ECO TIP: to pay less you must first choose a box of 6 or 12 then choose your donuts. If we take them individually and take 6 or 12, it costs a lot more.

I understand that Sunday is a day of rest, but being open and having nothing to sell is a shame!!

Delicious! We are very happy to have a Dunkin Donuts in Geneva! The donuts are superb! The drinks are almost better than Starbucks.

Well located place, the donuts a marvel I highly recommend them (Double Caramel as well as Bavarian with vanilla cream inside) I asked for the parfaits so they were a total disappointment. The cafes are good and nothing to say. The prices are 3.50Fr each donut with takeaway boxes of 6 donuts priced at 17.90Fr and 12 donuts at 29.90Fr. The prices are 7.50Fr for small ones and 8.90Fr for large ones. I find it a shame that the reception to customers is very cold and unfriendly. Fast service in my point of view nothing to say. Location in the center of Geneva airport on the station side. Wheelchair accessible with elevators available near the bus stop. Makes it easy to park this car at the front (Geneva Airport Parking) safely between main.

The Donuts were delicious but there wasn't as much choice, I took 12 for 29.90.- and tasted almost all of them, the tastes were very similar. It’s expensive but hey it’s Switzerland. 1 Donut = 3.50.- 6 donuts = 17.90.-

Very very bad. Served by kids irresponsible, expensive, not applying the offer exposed i order, the desk was mainly empty and they refeel while paying i asked gor more articles she asked me to do again the queue, never again

The donuts are really disappointing for the price, 24 francs for a box of 6 dry donuts like sand and a coffee which was good although a little too bitter at the end. Speaking of hunger, I remain on mine too disappointed by the rocks that were served to me. My two stars are attributed to the kindness of the staff who nevertheless tried to kill me with their too dry donuts and to the beauty of the donuts which in my opinion is similar to a Big Mac beautiful on the outside but ugly on the inside, false advertising!!!

The service was great, i hav social anxiety but the employees were very patient and kind. the donuts are great, i tried the vanilla coffee and it was good at first but a bit too bitter near the end. Still great!
