Dunkin Donuts Bern HB in Bern

The Coffe Frappe was simply a cold coffee. No taste, no ice cream and no aesthetics. Just disgusting. I know it differently from another DD in Bern who does it great.

Honestly, it's just a catastrophe, there's nothing more you need to write here. 0 quality or taste 0 Service may be unfriendly and substandard service. Conclusion: Absolutely 0 recommendable!

We ordered via Click and Collect and when we went to collect it the seller told us he had to cancel our order. There would have been an unexpected number of customers today and he didn't put our donuts aside. He also couldn't tell us clearly that we would get the money back, he spoke very slurred and confused. The young man didn't apologize at all and said we should have expected that, which is very dubious. The display case was already empty, even though the store was still open for 3 hours...

The employee was very cheeky, no greeting, no farewell. Couldn't speak a word of German, had to repeat myself 7-8 times for 2 donuts. It was so difficult. I don't understand why people are hired who don't understand German. Besides, it was only 6 p.m. and she didn't want to serve politely and just wanted to close the shop. Will never go there again

Waited 1 hour in front of the shop at 8:15 p.m., it should have been open until 9 p.m.!!! A huge cheek at least changing the sign!! We also saw the employee 3 times and she ignored us.

Not easy location to find but very good service.

I was there 10 minutes before closing time and the store was already closed.

I bought a pack of 12 to share with my colleague. Only later did we realize how stupid we were because we didn't have anything with us to divide it up. We went back and Natalie packed the donuts for us in two new boxes. She didn't want any money for it. Thank you very much for that. With such friendly staff, I would love to come back.

I finally tasted them! Dunkin' famous donuts! The classic “Glaced” and the “Boston Cream”. Spacemen! Aside from the price, that wasn't nice… no. But you're in Switzerland, damn you?! You're rich or you were before you got there, you're wasting everything now! But with a donut like that in your hand, everything goes away! 😎

Like ordering an iced latte every week. Received completely the wrong one. I then asked the staff and received a totally arrogant answer. Only she does it right and all the other employees do it wrong. I then tried to explain to the employee that a latte macchiato with 2 ice cubes in it is not an iced latte. You can make me a new one but I have to pay the full amount again. That really can't be true? Then I spent more money on an iced latte. But this time at Starbucks next door. If you want to have a wide range of offerings, then at least train the employees.

Just came into the store and the employee was eating, instead of giving me a new handbag, she didn't even bother to look at it very professionally.

If I could give this place 5 negative stars I would! I came in on September 4th around 16:05, and the barista and her two friends who were visiting her during working hours looked at me and rolled their eyes when I walked in as if I was bothering them. I ignored their rude behavior because I was just trying to get the donuts my husband asked for and continue my day. Since I was already there, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte for myself, and when I asked the barista for a taller straw her & her two friends laughed at me and the barista said that it was the largest straw they had. To which, her two friends started laughing again. I honestly don’t know what’s funny about me asking for a straw. Up until now, I’ve had a positive experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. But ever since this new barista was hired, I’ve noted that she cares more about socializing with her friends than doing her job. And it seemed as if today, she didn’t want to be there at all, and her friends encourage her lazy behavior by visiting her during working hours.

Great donuts.. but why only open at 9am? Many people probably want to bring donuts to the office with coffee. I think a lot more people would buy donuts if the store opened at 7 a.m.

Wow, the donuts were delicious. But I thought 18.- for 6 donuts was a bit expensive! But we finally had vegan donuts and could finally enjoy your donuts again*.*

The order did not arrive as requested and I called someone to resolve the problem, I waited over an hour and nothing, I had to keep the wrong order...sad!!!!

More expensive than in other cities even though it's a chain...well the donuts taste great as always!!!
