Dunkin' Donuts in Olten

The donuts themselves were just regular dunkin donuts, nothing special, but they did have quite a variety. However the lady working there seemed quite impolite. She seemed annoyed at us for choosing too long and just in general very unhappy with her job. She made us feel quite unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would not go there again.

I went to Dunkin Donuts for the first time yesterday. The dark-haired woman was very nice, patient and gave me very good advice. The donuts she recommended to me were delicious! I am very positively surprised by this visit!

I was served very friendly by Indira, she seems very upbeat and full of energy! I was very happy with their service and advice as everything looked so delicious! I can only recommend a visit there!

Bought a box of 12 donuts for a kids’ birthday party, and we all thought they were very tasty. Lots of donuts to choose from, and they were nice and soft, unlike a lot of other ones I have had. Also, the staff was super nice, so all in all a great experience. I’ll definitely be back! :))

Surprise of the day: Very good cappuccino, brewed on a portafilter machine. And until 11:00 for the price of 2.90. Unbeatable the best offer at Olten station 👍

Impossible to order as the waitress was so slow.

Who could imagine that when forgetting a breakfast coffee that my son and me had ordered just among 2 trains....the very fabulous waiter could bring to us just when the next train was arriving.... incredible Swiss, incredible people at Dunkin Donuts. Please give him the Award of the Year

Top pastries ;) Coffee a little sweet. Priced ok for Swiss standards. (Take advantage of offers for good price/performance) It's a shame that a lot of things are "disposed of", especially at Dunkin' bakeries.

One of the best donuts I've eaten. The blonde lady is a very attentive, friendly and communicative waitress. If you want to enjoy a tasty and airy-fresh donut, you've definitely come to the right place! Ah yes, the coffee was just as good and deserved a good grade.

Dunkin' Donuts. When you hear that as a European, you immediately think of the United States, of a donut that is definitely a thousand times better than the ones we eat here. But unfortunately that's not the case at all. We took different donuts with us but none of them had that certain something. With the money we left there we would have bought 5 chocolate dounts, 5 vanilla dounts and 2 cold coffees at Lidl and would still have had money left over. But well, in life you always learn something new. I advise you not to buy donuts here. If I ever go on vacation to the US, I might give Dunkin' Donuts a second chance. P.S.: The lady who served us was super friendly 👍🏼

beautiful and wonderful donuts made with the best best sauces very sweet sweet sweets. good people, they sell donuts for little money, like study or something... I don't know where they come from, but they are the best donuts you can find anywhere...

Product flop! Dry unfilled donuts and for 3.50 fr. was there for the first time, never again! Service was friendly. Sorry, but they taste better at the gas station.

Service was great, donuts were a bit of a flop. Dry donuts with different glazes but no filling. They were very dry and very expensive. It's a shame, I remembered it differently.

I actually wanted to buy two donuts and an iced latte after a hard day. Unfortunately, I discovered that there was a sign on the door that said "I'll be gone in 2 minutes." I waited 4 minutes and ended up driving home without dessert.

When I wanted to go into the store, I was sent out because supposedly only two people were allowed in and there were already two people in there. However, it took them so long to decide that I missed my train, even though they could have taken my order in the meantime.

The Dunkin' Donuts is in Olten train station, more precisely in the basement. The donuts as well as the other products are clearly displayed. On my last visit I counted 21 different donuts products. The saleswoman was nice and competent.

In order to get the Dunkin deal, I would supposedly have to alert the saleswoman about the promotion. However, I had already paid and asked if there was anything I could do about it and she said so to me “se la vie” I don't think it's that cool🤯😳

The donuts are expensive as always but taste very good. The atmosphere is rather uncomfortable because it is in an "underpass".

Like Starbucks: Paying almost double the price for the brand without any real added value.

The Olten franchise of the popular American "Dunkin Donuts" chain. Situated in the main station of Olten and right beside the Migros supermarket. A bit expensive so therefore recommended for an occasional treat. One tip: if you go near to closing time, you can buy a box of unsold donuts for a ridiculously cheap price.
