Very, very good paella and tapas. Service was very nice, but the more guests there were in the room, the louder and more unpleasant it became.

Very nice staff. We had the hot stone. The meat was perfect, the side dish was also great but there was a bit too little on the plate. The prices are rather high, but the quality is great.

We ate at Bodega el Pato on November 22nd, 2023 with a group of 13 people. The experience was perfect - TOP service, very good selection of different tapas of very good quality, small but fine selection of wines. We didn't pre-order anything and ordered the tapas platter three times in the restaurant, which were then served very quickly. The remaining tapas (which we reordered several times) were always served very quickly. The whole group loved the evening - thank you very much for a great evening!

Went there for dinner on a Saturday evening - reservations are required! The food is always 10/10 and the service is authentically Spanish and always friendly.

Great food! The only annoying thing was the amount of mustard on the chicken which wasn't declared... great for me but very, very bad for allergy sufferers. Chicken with chili and honey, but the only thing you noticed was the Pommery mustard. Otherwise very, very good!

First I would like to mention that we had made a reservation. Unfortunately, we were still asked to wait a certain amount of time before we were assigned a table. This caused a slight inconvenience as we had hoped for timely service based on the reservation. However, once we finally got our table and placed our order, everything went smoothly. The service was courteous and the food was excellent. There are no complaints regarding the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff. It was a pleasure to dine at this establishment and I'm glad that the initial delay didn't affect the entire evening. We'll definitely come back.

My visit to the bodega was an average quality experience. Although I was looking forward to authentic tapas, I was rather disappointed with the food on offer. The quality of the tapas was just mediocre and the potatoes in particular were obviously microwaved. This resulted in a somewhat dry and unremarkable taste experience. It is unfortunate that the restaurant did not make the effort to freshly prepare the tapas to give their guests a true dining experience. Another aspect that increased my disappointment was the value for money. The prices in the bodega were disproportionately high compared to the quality of the food on offer. Given the mediocre tapas and the fact that they appeared to be microwaved, the price was simply not justified. It is a pity that the restaurant was not able to offer a reasonable price level that met expectations. The lady who served us was personable, but she also seemed very distant. Her lack of attention left us feeling neglected and having difficulty getting her attention when we needed something. It would have been desirable to have a more attentive and dedicated wait staff to improve the service. All in all, my visit to the Spanish restaurant was average. The mediocre tapas and the unreasonably high price level diminished my overall experience. The friendly but absent service was another point that affected my satisfaction. There is certainly room for improvement, both in terms of food quality and service.

The service, food and ambience is not bad. But the prices are clearly too high. The few tapas in the picture on the large platter are available for CHF 60. (without the croquettes!)

Recommended for tapas and beef on a hot stone. Delicious wines. Make reservations in advance!

For the first time I experienced a wedding (5.5.23) with tapas. I was previously wondering how hard it would work? It was fabulous it couldn't have been better in Palamos/Costa Brava. Excellent cuisine and staff.

Delicious tapas, so many things to try and all are good, great house wine, have been here twice and was always happy with the food. One should definitely try it and share the tapas with your friends so everybody can try out more of the different dishes.

They don't seem to need to respond to emails or calls. Have wanted to reserve several times - without success. Disappointing. We now prefer to eat at Orient in Olten.

Very nice staff, warm welcome, authentic atmosphere. Wide and extraordinarily tasty selection of tapas, which can be served as a starter or main course. Tip: Grilled Cambas with garlic sauce. But for meat fans there are also beef fillets up to 300g on a hot stone with sauces and side dishes of your choice - simply top. The house red wine is also recommended. All in all, I definitely recommend Bodega for a visit.

Sorry, it doesn't work at all. You were recommended by a tapas restaurant. I won't come back a second time. I wasn't allowed to sit outside because the table was empty and had been reserved for half an hour later. Cashed-in food no longer available. Boquerones fritas. The rest I received was mediocre at best. Conclusion around the corner compared to the competition is very likely better. Shame on you.

We spent a great evening here! The tapas were excellent and the service was very attentive. We had a table on the 2nd floor at 6pm. There was only one waitress responsible for this floor. Since we were there early, we were served quickly and the food came quickly. I can imagine that waiting times could be longer at peak occupancy.

It's all ok Pleasant atmosphere, delicious food. We had a mixed tapas plate, which is good enough if you're not too hungry. The sweet potato sticks were particularly original and delicious.

An amazing, busy little restaurant in the Altstadt Olten. The food is always top quality, well-presented by very friendly and helpful waitresses. I highly recommend the tapas platter - a mixed plate full of the most exquisite tasting Spanish meats, cheeses, meatballs, prawns and other little surprises. The sizzling meat dishes and prawns in garlic are also delicious. A good selection of wines and cocktails. Highly recommended but reserve a table as it’s a very popular place to eat.

Went there for dinner on a recommendation. The waiting time for 1 taps plate and another 3 tapas took almost an hour. Of course there was a lot going on, but that's still a no-go. In addition, the warm tapas were already cold when we were served them. The taste was just okay. However, portions and selection were good. Still, it didn't convince me in general and I don't see any reason to go there again.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Bodega in Olten. Die Tapas und der Wein waren sehr gut. Speziell das Pollo Flambeado und die Süsskartoffeln. Das Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen bald wieder.

Tolles Ambiente und top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Feinste Tapas bis zum Abwinken. Etwas kostspielig, aber die frischen und einfallsreichen Menüs rechtfertigen den Preis. Reservieren von Vorteil, und es empfiehlt sich, in Etappen zu bestellen. Besondere Empfehlung sind die Süsskartoffel-Frites und der frittierte Blumenkohl.

Essen und Bedienung hervorragend. Einfach schade, dass die Musik plötzlich so laut aufgedreht wird dass eine Unterhaltung nicht mehr möglich ist.

Ein herrlicher Abend mit der wohl schönsten Begleitung die es gibt, durfte ich im bodega erleben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, mit einem lächeln an den Tisch geführt und rigoros gut Bedient. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Tapas waren ausnahmslos delikat. Wenn man diese noch mit den Saucen kombinierte, ertönte ein Engelsgesang die Gemüter. Meine Creme Catalana war gut, zitrone ein bisschen zu dominant, Geschmackssache ;-) Bei den Sorbets spielten die Engel wieder. Cooler Abend merci :)

Die Qualität der Speisen kann ich nicht beurteilen. So weit ist es nicht gekommen,dass wir eine Bestellung hätten aufgeben können. Das Personal kann Tintenfisch von Octopus nicht unterscheiden, Es wird aber ein Gericht unter beiden Namen auf der Speisekarte angegeben. Sie haben uns sogar noch ausgelacht, weil wir wissen wollten, was wir dann bekommen, wenn wir die Speise bestellen. Tintenfisch oder Octopus? Bei soviel Inkompetenz haben wir nur trinken wollen. Für das Essen haben wir keine Lust mehr gehabt. Wir kommen nie wieder.

Wir haben zu viert 8 Tapas bestellt und jedes davon war ein Gedicht! Besonders lecker war der grillierte Tintenfisch. Aber auch einfache Gerichte wie Tortilla oder frittierter Blumenkohl waren frisch, gut gewürzt und mit feinen Dips serviert. Auch der Hauswein schmeckte vorzüglich! Das Lokal ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Vielen Dank!

Der Jahreswechsel konnten wir om Bodega gut feiern. Das 6-Gang menue war geschmacklich sehr gut und schön anzusehen. Leider, für 99.-, zu wenig im Teller. Normalerweise gibt es im Hauptgang noch Nachschlag wer möchte. Der Hauswein war ebenfalls gut 👍 Das Personal charmant und flexibel.

Die Umgebung und die Mahlzeiten sind so ausgezeichnet und perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Ich empfehle Ihnen, dieses Restaurant zu probieren.

Wer es gern spanisch mag , ist hier goldrichtig. Nebst feinen Tapas, etc. gibts auch eine flotte Bedienung.

Tolles Lokal mit schönem Ambiente. Als 5er Gruppe fast die ganze Palette an Tapas probiert. Geschmacklich mehrheitlich gut, preislich recht hoch. Schade, dass fast alles gleichzeitig serviert wird, denn so fehlt Platz und das Essen wird kalt.

Lokalität, Service und Küche sind hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und der Service ist unaufdringlich professionell. Der perfekte Rahmen für einen gelungenen Familienanlass.

Mit gewissen Vorbehalt, in einem spanischen Restaurant sollte man eigentlich nur spanisches Essen bestellen, haben wir uns für das Rindsfilet und Entrecôte entschieden. Diese wurden auf einem heissen Stein serviert, mit Pommes und Gemüse. Das Fleisch war der absolute Hammer, die Pommes lecker und das Gemüse genau wie es sein soll. Dazu die feinen Saucen, ein Traum! Nicht zu vergessen der feine Salat als Vorspeise und die Crema Catalana als Dessert. Der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können dieses Lokal nur weiter empfehlen.

Inakzeptabel, trotz vorzeitiger Reservation war kein Platz draussen freigehalten worden. Wir hätten uns sehr gefreut, aber wenn nichtmal eine Reservation etwas wert ist, gehen wir noch so gerne woanders hin..

Wir haben uns auf das leckere Essen gefreut Leider war das ein Dämpfer trotz Reservation drsussen ,wurde Für uns drinnen gedeckt . Gott sei dank können wir unser Restaurant selber aussuchen was wir dann auch gemacht Haben .

Wer hier gutes, spanisches Essen erwartet, hat sich geschnitten. Spontan eine Paella essen gehen ist nicht möglich, man muss weit im Vorraus reservieren (was soll das??? In Spanien kann man an jeder Ecke spontan eine Paella bestellen) Zur Bedienung: freundlich aber teilweise inkompetent: Vorspeise und Hauptgang zusammen serviert, Löffel musste zur Suppe nachbestellt werden, Getränke und Suppe schappten über, Geld wird gierig und unfreundlich einkassiert. Zum Essen: Bei Tapas-Platte zu wenig Tintenfisch, kein Fisch, zu viele trockene Fleischbällchen aus Hack (in Spanien selten anzutreffen), keine Muscheln oder Meeresfrüchte (ausser geschälte, vorgekochte Crevetten). Ceaser-Salad hatte zu wenig Sauce, am schlimmsten jedoch war das Chicken-Sandwich: Poulet noch trockener als das steinharte Brot (ich bin froh, habe ich noch alle Zähne). Tragisch auch die Pommes: pampig und beinahe kalt serviert. Restaurant definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Speisen wurden zudem lieblos angerichtet!

cosy Andalucían restaurant with very good tapas and very friendly staff!as a starter I can recommend guacamole, humus and tomato bread! afterwards we had a very delicious tapas plate with lots of different things like pimentos, cheese, meat balls, potato. Finally a very good coffee and crema Catalaña! I may also recommend “cava”!
