Today, January 15, I came across an extremely unpleasant saleswoman and not just with me... 3 tarts to choose from: apple, pear and prunes…great 😊, so pear is good, prunes are good you can have a slice with your coffee but with apples you will have to buy the whole tart because a slice is not possible…!!!!????!!!!???at first I thought it was a joke or a bad interpretation of the German but no and what's more she said to me with the air of a colonel: you don't don't go dying if you don't have the apple one 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬…… It’s nice, keep it up to make the customers want it and keep your pies for yourself, the staff perhaps 🤔 Well done

Detestable welcome! There are other tea rooms, it's worth going to try them and being welcomed properly. Here it's a sort of sergeant major who glares at us before even saying hello, and who orders us to stick to the orders posted on the outside window. And I notice that last year, there were already these kinds of comments. This is deplorable and a shame.

The shop is nicely decorated and has a good range of goods. The staff is friendly, but my guess is that they have little or no sales training. My question about a product was sloppy. in the end not answered at all.

Nice staff, salty snacks and sweet delicacies, good coffee and indoor and outdoor seating. In addition, guest-friendly opening times. We liked it very much!

Everything we ordered was delicious from the milkshakes to the coffees. You could also buy some dairy products that they produces such as yogurts or ice creams. The prices were a bit high, but perfectly understandable for such quality. I would also suggest to sit on the terrasse if the weather allows.

The staff were very friendly. However, what I ate did not settle well in my stomach. I probably must've been sensitive to something in the food. However it was pretty tasty and would visit them again.
