Eat Hola Tapas Bar in Bagnes

Very lovely and great service from the man serving our table , top notch! Though the food was really not good. I did not even finish the tapas dishes ,and I never leave food! The tartar was ok, but ice cream on top which totally destroyed it. And then octopus tacos, flavors divorced each other and also the 3 tapas as well with homemade pasta, so so not good. And very expensive for tiny tapas I have eaten I many tapas restaurants and even lived in Mallorca during longer time. And this was nice looking to the eyes ,but taste really bad , not to recommend for the food. But nice service

Good presentation was good, but food itself wasn’t excellent. The waiters were great and accommodating, especially the head, Charles. Croquettes are the best thing on the menu.

Sergi Arola's new tapas bar is a must-do, must-eat experience for W guests or passerby while in Verbier. A petite but focused menu or single and sharing dishes, each prepared at the bar - the best seats - by an expert team headed by Arola the evening we ate there. The wine list was great and provided something for everyone. We revelled in the different moments and dishes that arrived, amidst brief conversations with the chef and team. All dishes were expertly crafted using top ingredients. We will return and make sure our bellies our ready. Stellar work. Would love a musician to serenade the locale next time.

Ordered carpaccio mushroom, crab lasagna, and steamed scallops … which tasted ok and caused overnight stomach discomfort. The visual presentation of dishes was over-engineered (probably excess of butter, milk, to create experimental foam effects) potentially leading to allergens. Despite asking the waitress about the ingredients, no indication of excessive butter/cream/milk was given.

We had a nice evening. The food was good, just not as diverse as I expected for a tapas restaurant. Only 4 seafood and 3 meat dishes. These were good, but very heavy and cheesy. All in all the food was fine, just not 5 stars

Very good tapas and desserts, quite expensive.

Very good tapas place inside W hotel. More modern than traditional tapas, but beautiful presentations and interesting ingredients. We has very enjoyable dinner.
